This place is a headache. I pay for a 10x10 unit. The price has almost doubled over the last year. Their carts are in bad condition even with new ones being assembled incorrectly, where the wheels were falling off. The rodent problem, where they left feces on my belongings & chewed paper that was stuffed inside new shoes. On multiple occasions including today the call box isn’t working & I couldn’t access my unit. I was told a manager was going to call me to explain how I could access the unit & I’m still waiting on that call. At this point I’m ready to just throw everything away close my account. Have the day u deserve!

My experience with CubeSmart has been great just wish access was 24hrs and rates didn’t go up. Anyway, big thank you to Eli! He was so kind and informative over the phone and in person. He answered all of my questions and was very attentive which made my experience so smooth . Keep up the good work your customer service is outstanding. Also, the facility is clean with multiple platform trucks so you don’t have to wait on other people to get done.

The facility is very clean and organized and I stored furniture here for over 10 years. The problem is that the company raises prices steeply on a yearly basis. I personally don't believe that my rent, $275 per month, is fair for a 10 x 10 space and I'm moving out.

I was searching for an affordable storage unit to store my seasonal clothes and a few items because my studio apartment just wasn't cutting it and thankfully, I found this. The monthly price is very reasonable for me and the easy access is what I needed. I brought my belongings the same day that I rented the unit and I was able to gain access to the building, elevator and unit with no issues. I was hoping someone would be in the office at 4:30pm but they weren't and I was concerned because I did not want to take all that stuff back home. God is good, I figured it out and everything went well.

I went online and apply for one of cube smart storage units upon applying. I was told that I was getting 40% off the original price. Which lower my price down quite a bit and I was really satisfied, with insurance. Taxes, I think I'm going to be paying about $60 per month VS the other storage facilities that I checked into, which was at $85 a month for a 5 / 10 unit and on top of that, they gave me one free month.

CubeSmart Storage is perfect for the short term. However, if you think you will need to store your belongings for a long time, over 2 years, than it is extremely costly. The staff was very helpful and I do give their employees 5 Stars. Its just the cost that is prohibitive.

I reluctantly give one star to leave a review since no star isn’t an option. This place is mice and roach infested, my belongings are ruined. The staff and company are not customer friendly in terms of pricing, service or accommodating. You are not allowed to use the dumpster at the location, meaning you will need to rent a truck to remove in trash or unwanted items. In the beginning of the rental cubesmart seems like a good idea, but it turns sour quick. I can’t say enough about how rude, greedy and awful this company is to do business with. Look elsewhere.

While the location is ok, I noticed that one of the reviews kind of fits my experience today. The location closes at 7pm as per online, 6:30pm as we know. We arrived at 6:25pm to grab 4 bags out of our storage as we are moving. Literally 4 bags!!! The access door opened but the representative was definitely not concerned with what we had to grab, yet more about getting out of there. I understand ready to go, but go that extra mile for the people supporting the business. It matters! Besides 6:30pm vs 6:25pm is a difference and we could of been in and out.

I arrived at 3 pm today on August 28, 2022, I saw the staff there closing the garage door, and I asked that it closed at 4 o'clock today. he asked me if my car has a lot of stuff? I had about 10 boxes of stuff, and he said 3:30" closed, so I parked nearby and saw 2 other customers full of Vans and he opened the garage door for them, I went back. When asked him, he said he thought I had a lot of things so it would be past closing time, then said the police would ask me to get out of that area bla bla, but he saw that I was angry so he opened the garage for me. I put all my stuff in the warehouse and went home and I saw him opening the door for another customer around 3:30pm. I feel the way he serves is very bad . And there was a bit of racism, because only I was Asian at that time, the other guests were all African Americans. he was very nice to them but not good to me . I think your company should reconsider . I remember his name Jay . Thanks !

Been with this place for years. Bought my 10×10×8 unit at about 155.00/month ...they are now charging me 240.00/ month. So for loyal people who pay there bills on time with no issues THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!!! I inquired about another unit, the same size at the same location and the offered me 133.00/month..... like I said...if your loyal, pay your fees ontime and looking for storage over 6 months...DO NOT USE THIS PLACE....they reward people who have been staying there for years with higher rates then a random person coming of the street.

I can't even begin to explain the courteousy, the blessings of just his personality, the support during a traumatic time I'm going thru and the prayers and ease of renting and just gentleman like and humble helpful behaviors of Shawn the General Manager. I have been going thru hell these past two week over finding storage I could afford and he helped me to get the best price not only that but I'm handicapped severely especially now find out out I may have cancer and he gave me an easier access first floor that was the same price anyway knowing my situation. I am honored and extremely grateful for the level of professionalism and just human heart that we should have for our human beings and people who are in that level of management he has within his facilities. Do not rent from Cube Smart so call property manager calls me and said I had left item's there in which I wasn't aware of till she calls me while having conversation with her I told her I will be there get items get there they we're stolen her attitude was nonchalant oh well attitude so I called my attorney he stated get police report because it happen still on property so waited on police they came so call district he was rude he was mad because police wasn't listening to him he terminated my lease I still don't know the items that were left behind or who stole them on property I getting ready file charges on cubeSmart mgr before Shawn that whole crew would've never let that happen they are more caring to there customers new people are there are trash rent at your own risk

My entire family each have storage units there for a total of 3 units. We have had them for 4 plus years now. The place is clean and managed very professional. There must be an incredible level of training there because the staff seems to promote up and out to their own locations. We hate to see them go but understand they become very knowledgeable and qualified for promotions.and we always wish them well in the careers. While they are there such as Marcy Moore is, we receive outstanding top quality professional service. Along with a family atmosphere that you enjoy every visit. I know we can pay online but I just enjoy coming into the office to make a payment so I can chat with Marcy and laugh while she processes my payment. They don't tell customers if you have your own Renters/Homeowners Insurance you can use it to cover your storage unit. Cubesmart will sell you there Insurance. When you can you your own Insurance. What I don't like about them they don't give you and option to use your own and they don't tell you either. When I called them bbn on it they reimbursed and credited my account. I have been in the office and he sold units and not once did he (Shawn Manager) tell or ask if they have Renter/Homeowners Insurance he just told them about Cubesmart Insurance.

Yesterday I called this location to get a price quote and was told by Vicki it would be almost $140 for a 5x10. Confused because I couldn’t understand why this locations quote was 120% more expensive I went to the website and found that the price here is almost the same as the other site. I reserved the unit and received a call from Vicki who while speaking to me condescendingly tried to explain how a lock, insurance, and some other fee makes up for the difference. Did she give me a difference price when I told her I have renters insurance and a lock. On the site the price I was quoted was 53.25 with the $24 admin fee included and half off the first month. So tell me how did we get to $95??? If anyone wants to see my reservation details I’d be happy to share them with you.

I moved my things in it seemed clean until about a week in I went to get a few things and it was a roach in one of my open boxes . I’ve never had any bugs at my house so yes I definitely believe it came from someone’s unit . Come to think of it every unit is basically open so bugs can transfer all day and night it’s very nasty . I had to physically go through each of my boxes before bringing them to my new apartment it’s a hassle I will not be using any storage facility again . The managers are nice .

Had my stuff there for over a year and had to give it all up after finding roaches in my unit. Other reviews stated the same thing never had any problems previously for over a year and they just popped up. Not to mention they charged me a cleaning fee of $150 to get rid of the stuff as I refused to move any of it out.

Shawn Williams is the store manager at this location. I lost my home in October 2016 and have been renting a 10×10, forcing me to squeeze the most necessary contents of a 3 bedroom house in it. Trying to save for a new home, but working a much lower paying job, there were several times in the last 20 month's I could've lost my storage. Shawn has gone above and beyond to keep that from happening, more them my own family members have. He's HUMAN, considerate and compassionate, and very good at his job. Horrible facility, staff are rude they make mistakes by telling you the wrong information and the manager Jo'an just covers up for them. I had the manager Jo'an talk very condescending to me that had me in tears and embarrassed me in front of other customers. I Used plenty of storage places and this facility, cubesmart, was the worst experience ever. I am currently using another storage company so happy with them. Before cubesmart it was extra space storage never had problems but this facility and manager Jo'an run the facility however they want and fail to give correct information.

The actual facility itself was great very clean and security seems excellent. But I must say I really do not appreciate the way I was treated by the general manager. He was very arrogant and condescending. He made me feel as if I were a derelict a bum dude off the street trying to live in a tiny tiny tiny storage unit. He made sure to announce a few times that there was no living in the storage unit while I was trying to organize and put my things into the unit so disrespectful and embarrassing. I did not give the appearance that I was trying to move in and I told him that I was not before we first even started the transaction because he let me know from the beginning that I could not put a bed inside the unit. This was absolutely ridiculous I did not like being treated as a bum or someone that needed to live in a storage unit and for him to make several announcements all I did was take off my jacket because it was very hot and he made like a second or think their announcement that there was no living allowed in the storage unit or appearing to. I can't help what he thinks. And appears to him is not my fault. Its absolutely ridiculous so i can't take off a hot top to be comfortable to stop sweating i do didn't even use a bathroom or anything like that. All this was a very big turn-off and if not for the fact that I already paid for my unit I wouldn't have gotten the unit and I doubt that I'll stay after this month that is already been paid for. I have the need to get some things I left there by mistake but I'm so embarrassed and upset I don't know what he'll say next time.

Put my furniture here a few months ago and only had it there for 3 weeks. I found an apartment and put my furniture in my apartment and then had bed bugs coming out of my furniture. I've never had bed bugs ever in my life. Some people are clean and some people are just dirty and you never know who's going to have their infested belongings near yours.

I have to say I am very dissatisfied and unpleased with the pricing of the storage unit I have had over the last year and a half... when I first got it I thought the price was great and fit into my budget but within the year and a half that I have had the unit the prices have gone up at least twice, with the latest spike notice I have received was today... CubeSmart says in their advertisements on their page that they are raising the bar in expectation and not storage pricing... FULL OF CRAP....FALSE ADVERTISEMENT... that statement should be removed from your website!! For my storage unit to start out at 120 to now be 170 is completely ridiculous and as we speak I am writing up my 10 day notice and moving my belongings else where... this is an absolute RIP OFF... I along with anyone else have every reason to move our things out of this storage and go else where especially since I can access the website and see the same unit I have rented for 70-90 dollars cheaper! If i could give 0 stars I would!! Sincerely a really pissed off customer!!

Everything about this has been a positive experience. The general manager was a pleasure, extremely understanding about us getting caught in bad weather while moving cross country and delaying our arrival date. Was helpful and walked us through everything, showed us around so we wouldn't get lost in the large, very clean and secure, building. While moving everything in during 95+ heat he even gave us some bottles of water. Just above and beyond. Said hello to us evertime we came to get things out after we got a place set up, and processed our end of lease letter right away. Was really nice about us getting set up in a new city. The facility was always clean, secure, lots of carts to use, no issues with bugs or mice, well lit and everyone was friendly. Reasonable rates. I would absolutely use this location again for storage needs.

It was a great experience starting with the rep when I called. Unlike other storage places I called she took the time to find out what I was storing. I had a bigger unit reserved at another place that was indoors but not climate control. The rep recommended a smaller unit that wads basically the same price as the bigger unit (at the other place) but it had climate control. I prefer climate control. About a minute after hanging up with the rep; the manager called. He give me directions so I didn't have to Google it. The help was nice a Cube Smart. The employee took his time explaing and showing me everything. Another employee helped pushed my cart over the uneven spot were the parking lot and loading area meet when he saw I couldn't pull it over. The only issue is that they make you have insurance. To be fair all but 1 storage places I called make you have insurance.
