What a nightmare experience!! First, they tried to overcharge me $100 until I spoke with the senior manager Tiffany and she realized I was no dummy and I could figure out simple math. They acted as if they did me a favor by not overcharging me the money that was not owed. Furthermore, the associate Stephanie said “wow you’re the first one who actually spoke up about being overcharged. We usually just charge people and they don’t say anything.” I was blown back! Continuing my venture on unloading my very expensive wood detailed leather sofas and a $9000 bedroom set that all happened to get damaged due to their narrow space throughout the second floor storage unit; you cannot make turns with sofas or large furniture pieces without damaging your property beyond repair. I had to abandon a gorgeous three seated cognac leather and wood bottom and top detailed sofa that matched the loveseat I was barely able to maneuver into the storage unit, which is a 10 x 15 that occurred irreparable damage; in their parking lot after we were unable to get it off of their elevator. I will not be able to sell this as a two-piece set losing $800. There is no accessible unit to safely store furniture unless you get a first floor unit that is outside and they will charge you $400 per month!! I am in the process of now filing a small claims suit for all of my damaged furniture, including the piece I had to abandon on their property. They will be hearing from my attorney. Furthermore, they are harassing me by calling my phone day and night leaving voicemails to contact them back. I’m sure due to the beautiful large sofa that I had to abandon in there storage facility that they will try to assess fees and charges against me for removal. I am intentionally ignoring their phone calls until the civil suit is filed by my lawyer.

My car was parked in a space here @ the Aramingo location and someone stole my catalytic converter. I got a police report and spoke with someone @ the facility l and no one ever followed up. I just spoke with the manager and he was very matter of fact about the situation. Never apologized and proceeded to say “okay…send it to your insurance”. Not to mention that the fence was damaged and instead of getting it repaired they used zip ties to hold it together. VERY unprofessional. Save yourself some time & money & a headache and DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR STUFF STOLEN OR DAMAGED.

I stored a vehicle and many different items at this location for almost a year. The only reason I moved is I found a more convenient location for my storage needs. Otherwise, the storage unit was easy to get to, they accommodated my moving requests as I tried different unit sizes, and I never had any issues. If drive-up access and long access hours (6am-10pm) are important to you, I would definitely recommend this location!

Rented a storage unit and the day I went to put my things in there somebody had broke into one of the units to Down from me it was the very next day. I asked for a refund on the property which they were very accepting on doing but they did not give it to me at that location they said it would have to be mailed that was three months ago and I am still waiting

Oh looky here, another price hike......I have the smallest unit and it went from $87 dollars to $114 dollars a month in just a few years. Prime Storage was waaay better......this place hikes the price up every year, then when you call and say you notice it, they tell you they sent out an email smh stating so...the only time they send you out an email is when they want payment and they send you that like a week in advance! But they'll blame it on covid and keep it pushing. Can't wait until I get my house and get my stuff out of that wretched place

They tried to auction my belongings, when I missed 1 monthly payment because my auto pay didn't pay them when they took over from old owners. Charge me a 100 dollars for administration fee and never returned it .. Never returned my email or my phone calls. These was during pandemic to boot.

Let me start by saying this location is old and the units are metal which sucks because water seeps in and there's no air or heat but Danielle the manager makes up for this old property, she's extremely patient and kind even when my husband was yelling at her she took her time and explained everything to us without an attitude. We were going to move out the unit but she was just so pleasant we decided to stay. Keep her please she's a godsend to this horrid property

This is the worst CubeSmart location of the 4 have experienced - and we have been loyal users since 2012. The initial sign-up process included a live person taking our information and incorrectly setting up an account for the wrong type of space to store our 15 ft travel trailer. These problems were rectified by "Tiffany" the competent customer service person who found a space for us near two vintage cars whose presence made the place seem safe and secure. WRONG! We just discovered that this CubeSmart (#5661) allowed someone to live in our trailer! The person broke the lock, ate our food, bathed (his towel was still wet), filled and possibly emptied the toilet cassette by breaking a second door, and stole a variety of tools, hitch locks and accessories. So much for 24-hour video monitoring.... When we called the CubeSmart 800 number we were told a manager was on the way, within 20 minutes. After an hour, we called again, waited several minutes before the operator said we needed to call the police - the manager had no intention of helping us - and clearly no interest in how someone could break into the facility and move-in... This site is also home to dozens of ATV's and dirt bikes that are illegal on the streets and parks of Philadelphia. Weekends the place is a huge staging area for this activity. CubeSmart has shown no interest in helping the city clean up this scourge.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They literally do anything in there to make a quick buck. The two females who work in there have a bad attitude. Instead of saying “Hold on one second” or anything a little polite, you get told “YOU NEED TO WAIT!”, when you try to handle a situation politely and say “Look, its not worth an argument. I would just like to handle this.” Their response was “I’m not arguing. Im stating facts”. When I removed my items, everything was riddled with rat fesces and what looked like stink bug carcasses. They give you one deadline to remove items but once they get your money, they tell you a totally different story. And even after talking to the regional manager, there is no change. Its an overall outrageous experience and you would be smart to just stay away!!!

Filthy. Since Prime storage bought the facility there has been zero maintainence. Avoid at all cost. Serious rodent problem.
