Staff (Keisha) was very responsive and helpful! She patiently walked me through the process of accessing the storage unit. Shevalso gave me a heads up on how to maneuver in the facility and anticipated traffic. She also recently got in touch with me about an issue concerning the unit. I had a great experience I set everything up online I got a phone call from Keisha asking if I was sure I wanted the size unit I picked and I didn’t know lol so she told me to come in and look in person before i pay any money she was very welcoming and knowledgeable she walked me around and showed me the different units showed me how to work everything I have no complaints

The staff at CubeSmart - Ogontz offered great customer service which is hard to come by these days. Kiesha-store manager was knowledgeable, patient and courteous. She assisted with determining which space would best fit my needs. I witnessed her doing the same with another customer. Michael escorted me to several spaces to ensure I had the size I needed. He answered all my questions and one question he didn’t have an answer to, he made sure to ask Kiesha so that he would have the answers for future reference. The location is clean and tidy, with the office filled with a non-overbearing fragrance. It’s the little things that make a difference for me. Michael was thorough in his explanation of the contract. Kiesha assisted him with something he was not familiar with. Overall, I am so pleased with my decision to move forward with this process and location. I have two other storage facilities closer, but Ogontz is worth the few extra minutes.

Young Black Entrepreneur here. I turned my storage into a photography studio for me to be able to have somewhere safe to conduct my hobby. Got the idea from other people who have studios inside of a storage or even of business use. Must’ve misread the rules. I did not rent out my unit, just only used it for personal use. I have only visited the unit 5 times in the 3 months of ownership. I was terminated immediately without warning and its unfair to me because apparently I was seen on camera having a photoshoot but the people who are living in this storage facility and are doing things like fixing bikes are not seen on camera. Had no issue with anyone and if so, they should’ve voiced it. If i was told “hey, this isn't allowed would you still like to keep the unit?” I would've been more comfortable. I was given 5 days to vacate. But it is not fair that someone made a review tarnishing my unit, because they claimed that there was a photoshoot party when there was only 5-6 people, and we were not disturbing anyone. To those who have said that in the review, all we were doing was playing music and working. Wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone looking for a unit. Refused to show us camera footage because they claim we left out after hours at 10:30 when we exited the facility at 10:05. I do see where I was wrong in all of this but I feel like the management could’ve handled this differently. Its not fair to me that the people who are living there are still there.

Would've given a 5 star but rushed down there to pay my bill to find that their hours don't match the website. Contact the district manager for him to return the phone call almost a week later, leaving a vm with a number, to not even answer when i called back. Also, theirare ppl using their units to host photo shoot parties. Very disturbing
