The only competent employee they have is Ellie, everyone else I have encountered are a bunch of ding bats. I'm seeking legal help because I paid my bill on the 11th and less than 2 weeks later they are calling me, texting me that I'm late and I'm not. I've contacted their manager and no one has corrected it. I told Elias who worked there to stop calling me then he starts playing on my phone from a private number when I told him I was recording he hung up. On top of that my property was damaged because someone hit the unit I was renting and I have insurance and the still did nothing. I moved my stuff like they asked to another unit and all they do is harass me for no reason. I have all my proof of payments and they still harass me. As soon as I get help I'm getting my stuff put that rat infested place! Don is rude. Elias is rude. Thank you Ellie because you have a lot to deal with between customers and those morons!

I promised Mr. Don and Mrs. Ellie, the agents that helped us set up our CubeSmart account, that I would write a review to voice how terrific helpers they were! We interrupted Mr. Don during his lunch break but he still showed exceptional customer service skills with his willingness to assist us. Mrs. Ellie was just as amazing, during our second visit, to start the service. The facility is well maintained and professionally ran. They both showed us a unit and made it super easy to reserve that unit. They effectively communicated an expected price, reservation date, possible service dates, and Mr. Don also showed flexibility with scheduling to start the service. Mrs. Ellie showed grace to make sure all account information was accurate and reflected new customer discount details as a brand new customer with this location. I hope Mr. Don is enjoying his vacation, wherever that may be. I look forward to a great storage business relationship with this location, especially with Mr. Don and Mrs. Ellie working there! Don’t believe any of the positive reviews it’s all fake. Only store your stuff here if you’re okay with it being torn apart by rats and if you want to find dead rats in your belongings. Their insurance doesn’t cover rodents either and my stuff is ruined. Don also attempted to lock me out of my unit with dead rats in it before the legal date and they refused to give me a discount considering all the damage I went through. Don’t trust these people.

I was serviced by Ellie, the general manger and she was such a great help! While I did the reservation online I booked a locker by mistake and she called me to let me know and make sure that’s what I wanted which it wasn’t. I thought it was so sweet of her to double check. She also transferred over my promotions even though I had to change what I needed. She explained everything throughly and I felt comfortable after she went through all the info. I was grateful for the awesome service and wouldn’t want to work with anyone else but her from now on!

When I arrived my cube was occupied and I could not reach anyone for an alternate cube. So I left and returned the following day just to be told the cube still isn’t ready. I was not offered a different cube nor any recovery for my cost and efforts…I would not recommend this place. I will however, Nicole was very pleasant but I don’t think she did enough to resolve the issue or she just wasn’t empowered to do anything

Overall, I had a very good experience at CubeSmart Self Storage at 100 Constitution Ave, 19802. The staffs there are nice and helpful. The only thing is that during my storage time, the main garage door was broken and I had to use the side door for moving out.

I have been using this storage for almost 2 years and it is completely the worst. I have to now find somewhere else to go. The door is always broken, have to carry your things to a side door. The code will randomly not work. There is also tons of white dust on 2nd floor that gets over all your clothes and things. I suggest you not use this place. A waste of money and such a huge inconvenience. Something is always wrong. The staff are also horrible, never have any answers and there is constantly new people. They respond the same message to everyone on here but they do not follow through. It’s just for show!

I am a little late writing this but never forgot the promise I made to write such a fantastic review review for this place. Let me start of by saying that as a college student who was moving out it was a very stressful process. I was worried before trying out this new storage place that the employees would be unprofessional and that I wouldn’t like the company as much as I did another one. Lesson learned don’t judge a book buy it’s cover. When I first entered the facility. I was greeted by two nice women who smiled at me and my mother and said hello I automatically felt a burst of positive energy which I definitely needed since I had already been exhausted from the amount of moving around I’ve been doing.Secondly I never thought I would connect with a stranger so well in such a short amount of time, and went from saying hello to us giving each other, praises, and talking about my life and its accomplishments . Kimberly could not stop complementing me about how respectful and hard-working I was and it really made my day. I felt the same towards her and was really happy that I got to meet her even though it was for a couple of minutes. I felt really grateful that a woman who barely knew me was proud of me and proud of the young woman that I am. Talking to her felt like talking to an older sister more than an employee so much so that after just meeting her, I nicknamed her Kimmy. Elle seemed very educated onto what unit was going to work best for my needs regarding storing my stuff and so I definitely felt rest assured that coming back to CubeSmart again in the future would be a very good idea. She was also very respectful and I felt comfortable being around her. overall, my experience is definitely a 10 out of 10 and I don’t see myself going anywhere else anytime soon. I think Kimberly and Eli so much for their support and cannot wait to see them again whenever I need to move my stuff out if you’re not sure about this place definitely do it

My experience with Kimberly at this location was great. I actually went to CubeSmart first before I went to another self storage facility to view the size of the unit I needed. I actually came right back and decided to pursue my reservation with CubeSmart because of Kimberly’s customer service and for the fact that the facility was clean and manicured, unlike the other storage facility that I toured that was lackluster in the cleanliness department as well as their customer service. A well taken care of facility is priority to me since I’m downsizing and will need my items stored for at least a year. I want to know that my belongings will be residing where people care about the building and offer good customer service. Again, Kimberly’s service was very much appreciated.

My personal experience went south due to the location of my storage units in the mezzanine. On the two most important dates there were critical issues with their elevator, and garage door at the back. Without that elevator in the back, getting your items to and from the mezzanine means taking a flight of stairs in the front but the problem is to take things close to the stairs you have to go all the way around down and up a ramp. When you are moving boxes and furniture up and down those stairs your body gets exhausted. Avoid the mezzanine at all costs it should not be rentable with 1 elevator that has issues every other week. There was no compensation for the trouble (I didn't ask lol) and sadly no emergency repair service for the elevator or garage door (someone rammed into it like a genius jamming the door). The back elevator also seems to not align perfectly with the floor so you gotta hoist stuff up about an inch into the elevator. No clue when it was last inspected as there is no indication inside. Other then that and my bad experience on critical dates it's a storage unit. Your stuff will be safe from what I can tell and it's managed well. I have to give it two stars because God almighty I killed myself trying to get my items from the mezzanine without a working elevator. I had to dig deep those days and making moving possible. Again I warn avoid the mezzanine at all costs or ask for super low rent for the trouble to come.

I reserved a 12x5x4 locker which they confirmed was 4’ tall confirming that you could walk inside the unit if you bent down. When I arrived, they showed me the locker which had a door height of 2’ 3” and a ceiling height inside of 2’ 6”. We looked at several other vacant lockers and it was clear that they were all constructed the same way, with the same ceiling height, the only ceiling area that was higher was the first 20” of the unit which was raised to accommodate for their roll up door. We spoke to Cecil, the manager, who acknowledged the height discrepancy from their advertising and responded that “the advertisement stated that all measurements are approximate.” They we’re not interested in honoring their agreement with a suitable unit. This was clearly an intentional strategy to get reservations knowing that people would then be forced to pay the much higher rates on their standard height units.
