Be ware about fake initial pricing before renting from them!!!!!! Cubesmart just practices marketing strategies to hose your money out of your pocket. Their instore and online pricings differ. After first few months of low rates, they increase prices by $100. And when contacting their costumer support line they do nothing but tell stories. My 10×20 unit started at $210 And 3 months later increased to over $300. After receiving their increase notice letter. And god knows how much more they will increase again No thanks, Im moving out at the end of the month!

They have randomly gone up in price..not sure why, it's not like it's an apartment with gas, oil etc...and for MONTHS I can't even see when I go to my unit all the lights are blown out not to mention they don't even have a light inside the storage unit itself so even if the hallway lights worked I still need to bring a flashlight just to see inside my unit which makes it more of a hassle to try and get things... and what's up with them constantly calling me and leaving me messages and emails about my rental fee on the day it's due??...it's not even classified as late and my phone is being blown up at 11am while I'm at work over a payment that's not late yet! I know when my payment is due, I don't need the whole squad calling and emailing me every single month on the due date!...it's annoying and not needed. Wait til it's past due before you start bothering people for money...also why is there a certain time I can only get my stuff??...just because your office is closed I'm not allowed to go through the gate to get my stuff I pay for every month to be there??...some people work different hours than you do...I will be finding another place...been a customer for about 2 years now, they don't take care of the place, no lights etc. And then have the audacity to up my payment plan while nothing has been done to the place.

I would give this place 5 stars for the past 5 years, UNTIL NOW! The lift that services my unit has been broken for over a month now, and I am not able to get anything out or in now! As a disabled individual, I feel as if I am being robbed - I am literally paying them over $200 a month to keep me from accessing my unit! Avoid at all costs!

The person on the phone initially walked me Through the entire application process and was patient and thorough- just wonderful!!! Then when I got to the storage facility in Pawtucket, the employee there walked me over and described every detail of using the entry gate and the unit! She was patient, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and just an amazing person! Made me feel comfortable the entire time!! I would recommend this place and company to anyone without reservation!!!!

I highly recommend the CubeSmart on Delta Drive in Pawtucket, RI! Laura and Indy were exactly what you hope for in customer service -- they were helpful and friendly and VERY patient. We needed a safe, clean, reasonably priced facility to store my college-student-daughter's stuff, and CubeSmart was perfect. Indy personally showed me how to access the unit, and Laura double-checked to make sure our account was in order before we left. They answered every question I had, and they were really nice! When I walked into the office to rent my units I was greeted and treated with excellent customer service and it was a straight forward easy process. Indy and Laura greeted me as soon as I walked in. I was completely clueless as to where I was going. I asked if it was possible to be shown where my unit was. Laura looked it up quickly and asked if I needed my key code. I said I was all set but when I got to the unit, I had deleted the email. Indy showed me where my unit was and was able to get my code. He even showed me the emergency exits. Indy and Laura were so helpful. Thanks guys!

The two counter reps were EXTREMELY polite and kind! We showed up to sign our lease around 10 minutes before closing time, in a thunderstorm. ??????? They still helped us immensely, explained everything thoroughly, worked through connection issues to make sure we knew what we were signing up for! I initially rented 2 storage units; I needed them due to a recent change in my employment situation and had to move away for quite a while. The staff whom I worked with was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt secure in my decision to leave my belongings there. There are security cameras everywhere and the units are temperature controlled. I have left my stuff there for roughly 6 years without incident.

I didn’t get an answer to my voicemail upon moving out but thankfully they routinely check the facilities and noticed my unit was empty and without a lock. They called to notify me and make sure that everything was ok. I would use this cube smart location again if I ever need storage in Pawtucket.

From Day 1 Damon, the general manager at this location has been awesome to work with. He made the entire process super easy and was very accommodating. CubeSmart is the best! I had a 5x10 unit in the climate-controlled space for almost two years, and I had an excellent experience throughout that time. My spot on the first floor was super easy to get in and out of. The staff were super helpful at move-in and move-out, the space was clean and dry and pest free, and the access was always easy and convenient. I left everything untouched for over a year before moving away, and when I opened the door everything was in perfect condition. CubeSmart exceeded my expectations, and I would 100% recommend this CubeSmart to anyone! Shout out to Derek for great service on moving out day!!

Just started renting here. Great customer service. Staff really pays attention to you. Today, which has been especially cold and windy, my car battery had died. I took a chance, going to the front counter and asking for a jump (I've seen people who were denied a jump even with cables) and your General manager Derek Giordano didn't even hesitate and took the time to jump my car and save the day!!!! Derek at 2 Delta Street was AWESOME!!! I had made a reservation to stop by and secure my cube..but Because I had been in the process of moving for two weeks I kept canceling my evening appointments... Derek was SO patient with me and stayed late even though it took me full two two weeks to finally show up! Derek took me all around the facility to show me the temp controlled units - for my piano as well as ever non temp- controlled unit available. He explain everything in detail and I was able to finally make a decision that day. This week I will start moving things while I look for my new home! It's an alright place to store your stuff, I guess, but the guy at the office is always trying to pull a fast one. Went for some supplies and he totally ripped me off. They raised my rate without any notice at all... I wouldn't recommend it.
