Thieves. They will up rent with no notice, and cancelling is the most difficult cancellation experience I have ever been put through. They kept my account active for months AND increased their fees after telling me multiple times it was cancelled. Cannot say enough negative things about this experience.

The staff was kind & helpful while booking and renting. Although I am only giving two stars because when I cleaned out and took the lock off as directed, they failed to close my account after speaking with the front office. The next month I noticed they charged me for full rent. When I called to office to report the same, they just then went to check the unit to make sure it was cleaned out and closed my account. When I asked to be reimbursed for their mistake, they denied to do so, and only offered for me to keep the unit until the end of the month which I cleaned out a month prior.

So far, this place is worth the monthly fee. I just downsized from a 2 story condo to an apartment, so needed the extra space. I think my locker is 5x15 which sufficed. Only draw back is the units are outside.... stopped by to take some things and seen mouse droppings in my in unit.

I love this place so far- I have a 10' x 10' outside unit that's easily accessible and I can just pull my car up. Also, there haven't been any crazy price increases like the indoor, temperature-controlled storage places try to pull on you once you have everything moved in...it's been a straight $95 a month with no worries and it's perfect for my storage needs- I have two 10' kayaks stored vertically, all of my tools and ramps so I can pull up and do 15 minute oil and filter changes, and shelving full of boxes and totes.

The cube was exactly as promised, I had easy access into / out of the facility, and 100% of the staff treated me w/ courtesy, professionalism, and friendliness. There was a freak incident when lightning (!) struck the building and the fire dept needed to access my cube to ensure the fire alarm system was working properly. The staff updated me promptly and my stored items were undisturbed. Kudos! Note to self for future storage: I had several boxes of books in the rear of the cube and they became musty smelling, so next time I'd store books in a climate-controlled space. Thank you, CubeSmart, for a positive experience overall!

Honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would. My payment in June 2022 was $283 (which is what it had been for several months), up to $362 in July 2022. Our same size unit is currently going for $292/mo on the website. No notice on the increase, just a nasty email threatening a $110 late fee because the payment was late (thought I set up auto pay last month but apparently didn't). Everything in my unit is COVERED in pollen, it's disgusting.

I would definitely give this storage facility 0 stars! First off, I will start by saying I had the worst experience having my belongings ina storage unit here! My unit was compromised not once, but TWICE, within a 6 mth time frame. Not only did I have my personal possessions stolen, but there was obviously no solution to the problem, the first time around, as it happened TWICE! The staff didn't even seem to bat an eye about the situation and I believe handled it very unprofessional. I had to move my whole life into this unit and it was not safe. The insurance is a joke and was told the second time that it was an inside job, from a previous disgruntled employee. I will forever deter people from using this storage facility and never forget how careless this company is.

The online reservation service was easy to use. I was able to fill out everything online and was ready to go. Unfortunately I discovered before I moved in that I no longer needed the space. They were able to cancel my lease and refund within the day. Will definitely consider this location again in the future!

They will raise your rent without even telling you. I went from $112 a month to $152 in barely a year. Not worth the money. If you need to take apart some furniture and you ask the people in the office if they have a spare screwdriver, they'll ignore you (if they're even there during business hours).

I was told at the time I reserved it that they wasn't from ocean-going of $96 plus text for 5 months. They then connected me to the manager at the Pawtucket store Concord Drive which I was interested in and he confirmed it. When I got there to fill out the application in the car as they were doing and they took my payment information over the phone, they were then telling me that that was not the truth about that price. I'm going back and forth with the manager I told him the story of calling in and that's what they said and he was the manager I spoke to him he had confirmed it, he said he promised that there would be no increased for the first 6 months. So I signed the contract put a little bit of fear but hoping he is a man of his word and so are they!

Clarice was absolutely awesome - very communicative and helpful. The storage lockers were clean and it was quite easy to make a reservation. Will definitely use this place again if I'm in need of storage in the Pawtucket/Providence area.

Rented a 10x30. Dealt primarily with Damon and he made check in and check out a breeze. Moved in and out on a Sunday so the Sunday office hours were really helpful to take care of the admin. Unit was in great shape. Highly recommend and will likely use next time I need storage.
