The storage facility is Clean, the sales reps are friendly and courteous. And in my opinion, the prices are reasonably affordable. The only reason why I didn’t give five stars because from what I’ve seen from some of the clients, this isn’t the best storage facility to be a soldier in the field of storage wars. From what I’ve been advised, This is where junk goes to get scrapped but other than that this is a Five star facility with five star customer service.

The woman who helped us initially with the unit and the woman who helped us when we left the storage facility. There was always someone available to speak to in the office. We were locked out one time at the gate and were given an emergency gate code within minutes to enter the property and the issue was addressed and corrected the next day. Great communication, friendly staff, clean rental unit, great rate for the size. We will be back this winter!

Overall, customer service is good and place is maintained well. but READ THE FINE PRINT. They raise the charges 1+ times per year, even if you haven't changed anything and in the same space. There is no end date to these cost increases. My monthly costs have increased 2x this year alone for the same space I visit one to two times per year. I didn't know this was their policy signed up.

I decided to give cubesmart a shot after uhaul didn't have a unit large enough. I was able to reserve my unit online and shortly after received a phone call from Patricia, the gm at this facility. Patricia confirmed my info and the size unit I opted for and told me to stop by anytime during business hours. Upon arrival (30 min before closing- sorry!) I was greeted by Kimberly who assisted in getting all final paperwork and lease agreements done. Kimberly also showed me the unit before signing anything to confirm the size was good for my needs. Despite showing up right before closing, i never felt rushed nor sensed any annoyance from either employee. Both lovely ladies were knowledgeable and friendly and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend this storage facility!

We recently rented a unit for my mother-in-law to keep her extra stuff when she moved in with us. There are climate controlled and regular units. We opted for regular, since all her pictures, candles, etc. came with her to the house. We are very comfortable with her going there any time she wants to putter around with her things. There is a gate code specific to each unit to gain access to the yard, not just a general code, so we feel she is safe if she goes there alone. It is very well lighted after dark. The people who run the place really seem to care about their customers and the upkeep of their property. We also had family members who rented a climate controlled unit for a few months between houses and were pleased with it. We all would definitely recommend this Cube Smart.

***Update*** Cube Smart increased my monthly rate. Had to vacate my parking spot. Not a happy camper. This is by far the most cleanest and professional rental places I've been in. (Woonsocket Location) Looks like everything is well maintained and very clean and organized. Was immediately greeted by a gentleman at the front desk (don't remember his name) and I could not have been treated any better. This was on Saturday morning 10/26/19. This man answered all of my questions and concerns in a professional manner and handled my transaction extremely quickly. First time there for a rental parking spot for my vehicle. Was in and out within minutes. I highly recommend Cube Smart for all your storage needs.

I couldn’t get to the store by 6:00pm when they close and he stayed past 6:30 so I could rent the unit! One of the best experiences by far. The managers at the Woonsocket location were extremely helpful! I called in 15 minutes before they closed to buy a lock and Mike offered to stay a few minutes late so I could get there which was extremely kind of him! I also enjoyed the fact that I not only had options in pricing, but options available in location of their units (depending on availability). Also, they were experiencing some paving when I was moving in and the paving company was extremely helpful with letting me get in and out without ruining my vehicle! Wish I could remember their name to give them a shout out too! I’d recommend this company for their efficiency, helpfulness, and great customer service!

The staff here is awesome! I was in a panic needing to store furniture and boxes. Marylin was amazing helped me decide I needed a bigger unit and got me all set up! Boy did we need that extra space I had no idea what I needed but Marylin sure did! Very convenient can drive up to your unit. Very secure you need a gate code to get in.

A great experience. Moving is super stressful and I was a bundle of nerves when I walked into the office to inquire about the facility. The Manager Maryann was more than wonderful. She was nice .. patient .. and super knowledgeable. I would recommend this facility hands down! And Cubesmart is lucky to have such a wonderful employee! Keep doing a great job!! I don't know what happened to the help but now there is a very rude gentleman that repeatedly call you back to back without leaving a message. Then when he finally leaves a message he is very rude. It's too bad too. When I first got my unit the woman I delt with was extremely pleasant and helpful. I can no longer recommended this location if this is how you treat someone because of a day or two past due and don't understand that people forget sometimes and can't answer the phone at work.

The place is clean and people are friendly but the price is crazy, and if you dont live in the area and you pay by phone or online there is a fee and it is also crazy. Not worth that much money.

My positive experience with Cube Smart has changed over the years, with unannounced price changes, the inability to prepay monthly invoices and seemingly unkempt records resulting in calls about due payments when in fact payment was made. They cannot acknowledge payments made more than 1 day before due date, and expect you to pay again on the due date "without capability " to refund or apply payments made before the due date. I am not aware of this as an acceptable business practice in any industry. Head for the hills!
