It was super easy to load and unload my unit. The gate on the way in and out gave me a good sense of security. None of those niceties compare to the best thing about this place, Mary. She was my savior when I went to move out of my unit and forgot my keys. She was able to cut off my old lock and make sure I was able to keep my schedule on time! I would have been significantly delayed if it hadn't been for her and I am forever grateful.

This is melissa in 122 I'm very upset that I come there and my favorite smiling love bug Heather is not there anymore this truly breaks my heart. She is so sweet and always was willing to help out anytime. I think she needs to be bought back she made that place worth coming to always had friendly conversations she is going to be missed by so many of us this makes me want to move now that my favorite girl is not there anymore. The space was clean and dry with no rodent or insect issues. Accessing the property was easy during times it was open. The website is a bit clunky, but that's a mostly "set it and forget it" kind of thing, so no big deal. No billing issues. Would recommend.

Im a single mom of a 3 month old baby, so let me just say that finding free time to do anything at all is a rare occasion these days.... let alone bothering with a google review. Even more rare is coming across an individual who really makes an impression on you, especially when your initial encounter is as complete strangers. I could go into the dramatic details of how & why I came to needing a storage unit but for one, most people reading these reviews wouldn’t believe the story anyway & two I’ve got baby bottles to wash. So I’ll leave it at this...I was going through one of those situations in life that you wouldn’t wish upon anyone. The last person on Earth that I would’ve thought would be the very person to take a little bit of weight off my shoulders & make things less stressful for me during all of the chaos that was unraveling around me...was the manager at a storage unit!! Heather Shoppel, the manager at the CubeSmart self storage Folly Rd location was that person for me. I cannot thank her enough for the courtesy, professionalism, patience, kindness & positive spirit she extended to me.

I initially posted a rather obnoxious negative review of this location, and it was actually unfair. I was upset at receiving a rate increase and let my reaction get the better of me. The site is well run and very accessible. I use a 10x20 unit, and it's served me well with no problems or issues. However, I sure wish that rates in these spaces could be reasonably limited!!! Some of us, who really require extra storage, pay handily for the space. In the end, the District Manager (or Regional, Skip) rang me and explained their situation more clearly - and how Mary, who runs the location, probably didn't deserve the horrible review I wrote! In the end, all is well, and this is certainly a solid and secure place if you need space.

I could not imagine a better business for storage! Cubesmart has been an awesome experience! Going on two years of doing business with Cubesmart and Dont plan on leaving anytime soon! Their site on Folly rd offers 24|7 access, it is gated, with cameras so I feel safe, even at night!! Very easy access!! The units are CLEAN and DRY!! I have searched ALL OVER for the LARGEST and CHEAPEST unit, and found it at CUBESMART on FOLLY RD!! Ask for MARY, she's super friendly, very helpful and makes my Storage Life EASY!
