BEWARE!!!! Rented 2 units from June 2024 to September 2024, just a few short months while I was getting a house built. Well to my surprise as I was moving out one unit(the outside unit) I notice rat droppings EVERYWHERE. At first I played it cool, thinking maybe a rat was just passing through (which is still not okay but whatever ) but as I continued to empty out my unit I noticed more damage to my items that this rat ate through, pee and pooped on almost ALL my furniture! And NO i did not store no kind of food or paper inside my unit! It was literally eating on my DECOR! Then the rat JUMPED out as I moved a box, its was 90 degrees so now im screaming, sweating trying to fight this rat! This situation really made me so upset as I’m a single mom, I already have a lot going on and it RUINED a very expensive couch. Last thing I expected, especially since my lease was so short here, was to be FIGHTING a rat!! And that most of my belongings were ruined!! If I could give this place a zero star I would but I guess it’s a 5 Star hotel for RATS!!! Don’t rent here!! They really should give me ALL my money back plus pay for the damage their rat caused!!!

Holly and Reed are so patient. My husband was out of state and he won an auction. I went to go clean the unit and when I arrived I was not listed as an authorized person for pickup. Totally not their fault. They worked with him and me to figure out how to become an authorized pickup person. We all figured it out and I got in the unit. Thank you for being so patient and helpful! Chelsea is THE BEST!!. She made the transaction so smooth as we laughed and talked during the process. She was headed to assist another agent at another facility but made sure she took care of her customers(as she should but some may have stated they are closed) before me and myself. I like the location. The units aren't temperature controlled and located outside. They use a blower around your storage units to keep the property clean that blows all the dirt and dust that ends up in your unit through the cracks around and under the unit that ends up all on your things inside. Every year the unit prices increases by $10 or more.

There is no signage that tells you that you will be locked in if you are there after 10:00 pm. Website does not mention it either. We were locked in the gate for over 4 hours. The manger did not answer her phone call from the police. The emergency code was changed and they didn’t tell corporate what the new number is. So the police had to break us out. Never ever will I use this company again.

For anyone needing a storage space for your furniture or for whatever!! Please, please never use Cube Smart Storage. I promise you whatever is stored in it will be Absolutely RUINED!! I had my furniture stored. There , for 1 year . It's not climate controlled, but nonetheless my furniture shouldn't have been Ruined when I went to get it out of storage. There was dirt, leaves, and trash blown into my unit, but it has a rubber bumper that's supposed to stop that . And the price went from 105.00 a month to 128.00 within a year .please don't use this storage space.

She was handling construction crews putting dumpsters in the wrong area, construction trucks in wrong area, and 3 other customers. With all that she was amazingly fast and professional and cheerful. I can not believe how proficient she is at her job. There was also some confusion with my unit number, but she handled that quickly and professionally so I could get on with my move. I had very little time that day since I was leaving to work in Antarctica and my time was very short. I would definitely recommend Cube smart and hope you can get Amanda to help you

They have rats don't use them. They don't care. A very upset customer that is about to have a newborn baby. And you basically tell them oh well their is nothing you can do.

I have always been weary of putting my belongings into storage, but my mind was changed this past weekend.What a pleasant experience. I was greeted by a very nice young man, who was extremely helpful with every step of the process. I would hands down recommend them to anyone and everyone for their storage needs.
