We had a great experience here! The staff was helpful, clear, and friendly the whole time. The prices here are good for the services provided and they have plenty of options to meet your needs. The icing on the cake was their moving truck, which was in great condition and made the entire procress a snap. And the truck only cost 10 bucks to rent for the day. I will be coming back if I ever need storage needs in the future.

Thanks to moving around the US on remote jobs, this was the 4th time I've transitioned to a different-sized unit, and each time it's been a seamlessly convenient process. Being able to select and reserve the space I need in advance is an invaluable advantage, not to mention just showing up to the new unit and it's ready to access, use, and lock. I was so lucky to find the CubeSmart Bee Safe Storage in Greenville, SC! Everything about my experience there was top-notch. Moving in was so easy with the available carts and elevators. The facility was always clean and well-maintained. I definitely had peace of mind with my belongings in storage at Bee Safe. The best part of my experience was the outstanding customer service I received from Mikki Harris and Abigail Yost. They both went above and beyond to help me find the right size unit, move-in, and followed up to make sure everything went well. A year later they once again went the extra mile to help me rent additional space for work related items. I appreciated their kindness and understanding so very much during two difficult times in my life. They made two difficult situations manageable, and I am forever grateful!

When I got my storage unit the lady was very nice and accommodating. However I realized that the unit I got was way too small for what I needed. The lady came out and showed me another bigger unit which was perfect. She sent all the paperwork to resign. Staff here are awesome!

My family and I made a last minute reservation on a Sunday, and Mikki treated us as if we were the first appointment on a Monday morning - took her time and helped us with each question and concern we had. It was such a pleasant change from what other people consider "customer service" in today's world. Mikki provided a more than satisfactory experience, and allowed us to take our time in inspecting and choosing our storage size, and took the time to explain each part of the process to us. The facility was well-lit, clean and seemed very secure.

I only went to buy a few things from a lady that is moving her stuff out, but the place seemed really nice. Kind of an upscale self storage place. The unit she was cleaning out was a good size and she had so much in it, including a washer and dryer, a couple of dressers, tables, and side tables, and loveseats, a couch, and so many boxes and bags.... So really these units may look a bit small and feel it due to the way the building is, and the hallway being a bit small, but they will hold a hell of a lot more then you think. They also have huge elevators and carts to bring or take out your stuff with. I would definitely rent from this place if ever I needed the extra space.

Customer service and housekeeping is top notch. We've never experienced a pleasure in paying a bill until our first encounter with this establishment. They watch for their customers and by the time you get to the front they are holding it open for you every single time and welcoming you in like your the star of the party making a grand entrance. They follow you out making sure to open the door for you again and wishing you a great day. You just don't get this attention or service anywhere anymore and it's very refreshing to know they genuinely appreciate our business. The location is the best and safest in the county in our opinion. The cleanliness of this building, both inside and out, appear as if the building hasn't been used by the 1st person yet, immaculate. The soft music playing throughout the inside of the actual storage unit part as you load or unload your unit is a nice touch as well. If you skip them and rent from somewhere else your missing out.

I am so impressed with this location. I have used a wide variety of storage companies (from here to Denver, Colorado and various other locations), and this one is at the top of my list! Their online reservation system is easy, and user friendly, the staff is at the top of their game. Getting in and out is not complicated at all, greatly appreciated when you have a load of "stuff" to store! And cleanliness? Oh, my, these folks need to come clean my house they are so good. It is immaculate. Very pleased to have found such a great place to store my overflow of "stuff"!!
