At the Augusta Rd location in Lexington SC I was impressed with roll carts and the elevator made moving my things very easy also convenient the place is spotless kept very clean and cameras on all floors makes me feel that my belongings are safe and secure I would give them 6 stars if I could!

My experience was great. I was able to book this storage while out of town with ease! I spoke with Ellie on the phone who walked me through the process and was so helpful! Jeremy also insured my storage unit was ready when I arrived on Sunday. He even asked me how the process was going as I moved in and let me know he was available if I needed him, which I thought was amazing! I would recommend this storage facility to anyone! Customer service is great & Prices are reasonable as well for a climate controlled unit!

Terrible experience ..unprofessional , aggressive & condescending manager Jeremy .Rude on the phone & worse in person . I'm a senior just out of hospital & needed my access information so my family could take some things to my storage for me .He said he couldn't help me , I'd have to download " an app" ( I have no idea how to do that) and offered no options to help me . I eventually found the info in an old email and my daughter went to drop my things off ..He was agitated, aggressive and threatening to my daughter & grandson and kicked them off the property .He then sent an eviction notice that literally read " come get your stuff"..I am removing my things immediately and wouldn't wish this experience on anyone .

Well first off im at the bee safe off augusta road and Nicole that works there is amazing. She goes above and beyond to keep that place very clean and was super helpful and friendly. Hold on to her cause you will never find anyone that is caring about the building and the people that rent there. 15 out of 10 for her all day.

The employees caused a leak in our unit, damaging about $450.00 worth of stuff. They took no responsibility, offered only to push us to the insurance policy that required receipts to prove how much of a loss it was. They were rude, seemed to blame us, and then doubled billed us because we moved lockers. So, we closed out our locker after 5 years. During that time, prices have doubled, and customer service sems absent. Rent at your own risk. There are better places.

I couldn't sing their praises more!! Bee Safe on Augusta Rd in Lexington has been our facility of choice for over a year now and they have yet to disappoint. The location is prime and the facility is always crystal clean. We love having easy passcode entry and access into the building, as well as carts to transport our items from car to storage. And the staff - more specifically, Nicole - is always friendly, helpful and accommodating! Highly recommended!!!

The units are very clean and so is the building itself. The General Manager is very friendly and makes the process of moving in/getting everything you need a breeze. Rented a unit a couple of weeks ago to move stuff from another storage facility (that was not Bee Safe/CubeSmart) after it developed mold in their "climate controlled" space. Kim and Nicole are really great to work with. Very professional and pleasant. They made the renting process very smooth and easy. The storage unit itself is SOOOOO much better than the unit we were using at the other business. It actually is climate controlled!!!! Highly recommend Bee Safe with Kim and Nicole.

I was at BEE SAFE STORAGE in Lexington, SC on July 29th and the customer service that I received from Kimberly DeBraux was amazing. I lost my locker keys and I was on an extremely tight schedule due to coming from Maryland and having to move my daughter back into UofSC College on 07/29. Service desk personnel was informative & helpful. Place is clean, cameras are working & scanning regularly, looks to be very secure. Nice its all climate control. One thing could be helpful is to inform new customers before arriving that you require them to purchase your locks for the units, not to bring or purchase their own .

My 2 star it's because place is big, climate control and untis comfortable and big but read the fine prints please on everything or they will get your extra money. The lock it's not universal once you buy it and you move somewhere else you can definitely toss those keys away costing you $$. The truck rental is for move in only so even if you still got the units with them and paying for it and you need to move some of your stuff into your home or else. It's a big noo. They won't charge on the same day every month, I move in the 10 of each month but now I need to pay on the 9 or else boom late fee. But besides that the building is well maintain and untis comfortable at the end of the day that is what was important for me the actual unit and facility.

The manager, Leo, was very helpful and explained the facility in length and showed me the different size units available to make sure I was getting the size unit that I needed. The locking system that is used is great and convenient. Although I got a unit on the 2nd floor that wasn't a problem due to an elevator and dollies there for you to use. I was very impressed with the facility and the manager. I would highly recommend this facility for ANY of your storage needs!!

The facility is fairly new, but if you were judging by how immaculate the hallways and office are, you’d think it just opened yesterday. My family have been customers of Bee Safe for over a year now and we’ve never had any issues or complaints. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. When we lost the keys to our unit, Terrell quickly changed our locks with a smile and a wonderful attitude. They also provide carts to make your moving much easier. I would totally recommend Bee Safe to anyone looking to rent a storage unit!

From the beginning the experience was wonderful. Easy to find building, large area to maneuver large vehicles in with items to be stored. Then Leo and Terrell at the front desk were both very informative. Leo was considerate enough to find me a storage unit as close to the elevator as possible. This facility is very very nice. It offers easy access while also providing good security. Leo offered outstanding customer service. He showed me how to use my private code to gain entry and how the lock works as it is different from a standard lock. They also sell packing boxes, very convenient.
