Beware of Cubesmart. My rental rate has increased by $20 each of the 6 years I have been with them. It is now 100% higher than my first year. Like clockwork, I receive the rate increase notice by the end of February. Can't blame Brandon on this one.

I reserved a unit online and it was very easy. Once I arived the staff was very pleasant and helpful the site of very clean and easy to access. The only issue I have is I was quoted $138 online for a 10x15 unit but the failed to inform me that I would have to pay a $24 sign up fee and be required to buy insurance for another $12. So my initial cost went from $138 to $174 with all the extra fees. It’s not a big deal but it would be nice if you disclosed this up front. Your pricing is a little misleading. Also you can only access the storage units from 6am-10pm. And gates lock promptly at 10pm so don’t get stuck inside or you’ll be screwed.

Really had great experience! I met with Reed who showed me available units, advised pricing and paperwork was completed in less than 45 mins. Reed was super nice and very professional. The place itself is very clean, nice grounds with easy access (I like units are only one level), great prices and great hours.

I visited several storage facilities in the area and I settled on this location because I could see how well-run and maintained it was. In addition, Ronnie was extremely professional and knowledgeable which gave me the confidence I needed to leave my household goods there. Debbie was super nice, personable and helpful as well. And, I could tell when existing customers came into the office that they had good relationships and experiences with them as well. My household goods mean a lot to me and I am confident that I made the right decision to store them at this location.
