Property is nice and the location. The check in process is a bit ridiculous. It took me almost 3 days just to be able to access my unit even though I had already done all the paperwork on line and spent two hours on the phone trying to get my access and temporary lock codes and the manager was gone until Monday and this was sat afternoon. I had to ride around with my car loaded up for two days after I paid for my unit. Then I go back on Monday and the manager gave me the wrong code again. It was finally straightened out but it was def not the best experience. Staff is friendly and property is clean. The lights cut off fast and makes it a little creepy at night and the place is a bit of a maze.

Nice place. Only thing I don't agree on. Is the rates keep changing. Other storage units in the city that I see the rates don't change like this place. And for the price the customer is paying with rates always raising isn't allowed to use the bumbsters if needed. Only for the office people with small bags of trash only.

Canceled my account solely because of Abigail. Her bad customer service lost my almost whole year account. I just feel bad for the other people renting there because me leaving means that other tenants are probably going to get a notice of rent increase since they can’t fill the units and have to rely on existing customers to squeeze anything they can out of you. I got 3 increases in less than 2 year. There are hundreds of other storage options, take your money elsewhere

Decent pricing. Get a bigger unit at the beginning when you sign up to get the better price. You won't be able to upgrade with good pricing. Storage units stay cool and feels great inside especially during the summer.

CubeSmart has a friendly atmosphere and staff members. You have easy access to your unit without ever seeing a staff member for access, however they are keeping an eye on you. Never any issues and checkout was easy also.

Terrible customer service. They laughed when I explained my problem. I was mislead about the closing time by the manager. I arrived with a full truck and couldn’t even unload. They haven’t issued me a credit or anything. Plus I had to pay another months rent and put the furniture back in a house in no longer in. This is ridiculous. That was my only day to do it for a while because I’m no longer in that city. Very unsatisfactory

It was a pleasure working with Christian after realizing that all my daughter's stuff was not going to fit in my SUV and what was going to fit I was going to have to bring it all back in 2 weeks. He was so nice, had all the right answers and was very patient while I contacted my insurance company.
