This facility is absolutely the best! We used the free truck that is provided and moved our belongings to two units at this facility. We kept the units for 10 months. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. Alex, the manager, is attentive, courteous, and approachable. The entire experience was a pleasure. Our belongings were safe and secure the entire time. I reserved a unit for contactless storage. I arrived and was unable to access the locker. I didn’t receive a confirmation email with any relevant information like the combination. I had to contact the customer service number 5 times yesterday and then twice today. I finally got in the locker and put my items in but then it wouldn’t lock. The manager called me back at 10:30pm and told me “that’s an easy fix, just pull the door all the way down and stand on the handle and bounce up and down while pulling the latch back and forth a few times and it should release the lock so I can put the lock on.” That was absolutely insane. I never got the rest of my items stored because I was told I wouldn’t get back in and return in the morning at 6am or George would call me at 8am. Neither happened. I went back to the unit and pushed the call button for 30 minutes and George never answered. I went down to the office and knocked on the door numerous times and when he finally answered he told me he was busy and I had to wait. I called customer care and they didn’t care because they hung up on me. I filed a complaint and would like to be reimbursed for the $61.20 that I paid for contactless service that wasn’t contactless and very disorganized. Thank you

10/10 experience at this facility once again. My family no longer needed such a large unit so we decided to transfer to a smaller one. McKenzie helped us throughout the weekend with all of moving needs and she was AMAZINGGGG!! She checked in with us a few times as we were shuffling our things around and I swear everyone I’ve met here will give you customer service like no other. She even reached out after the fact to ensure everything was up to our standards. It’s been almost 8 months that we’ve stored things at this facility and I never feel like I have to worry about anything. Will always recommend this place over any other, great prices (check their website for promos), great staff, great location. 10/10

I’m three days later than I wanted to be posting this review, but 5 stars sure isn’t enough for this facility! I made a reservation online while they were running an AMAZING promotion (check out their website, there’s probably something great), and add no contract on top of that?! I worked with Sara to secure my reservation and when y’all leave, you’ll feel like you have a brand new family member! That woman is the most friendly person I have ever met! You’ll definitely feel like you made the right choice with this storage facility. She also raved about her store manager Philip, who I can imagine is just as great! 10/10! All in all, I’d definitely recommend this company and the Harrison Bridge Rd location specifically because so far the experience has been easy breezy, and everything I could’ve asked for!

I rented a first floor storage unit for 2 months, only needed it for a month and a week so I paid almost 400 per month for something I didn’t need but a week and on top of that several of my boxes disappeared before the movers came to move my things out of the storage. I am missing a box full of glass bakeware and a brand new farmhouse picture. For the money I paid to store my belongings I am truly disappointed especially that I had to pay for the full month when I only used the storage for a week but most of all because my belongings were missing when my movers came to move me out of storage ??

Amie has been wonderful to work with at this location. This has been such a better experience than the previous CubeSmart location that we moved from due to the rude and incompetent manager, Victoria (who should definitely be fired from this company). It has been such an amazing experience with Amie. She goes out of her way for customers. Cubesmart should make Amie a trainer for other store locations because she is always helpful and goes the extra mile for customers. The other facilities I have rented from could definitely use training from Amie to get them to her stores level of excellence.

Great location ?? The office is Available for The parking lot is ample and perfect for large 26 ft truck without any problems. The south side of the building is well contracted and the view of the location don't show any type of issues or problems with the loading and unloading process.

At first this was a great place to store our items while we wait to move to our new home but the fact that they went up on our price a few months before our contract was up is crazy. We signed a lease stating we would pay a certain amount for a year but 4 to 5 months before that contract ended our cost went up $25. They also charge a fee to pay online or by phone and both of those fees are different. I live over an hour away from this place and I am not driving there to pay in person. We are now building a storage unit on our new property and will be moving our items as soon as it is finished.

We went there to talk about storage. We are having belongings shipped in U-Pack container from Indiana. The container is roughly 6X7 and would easily fit in on car parking slot. This location has an estimated thirty parking slots. The rep we talked with said there was not enough room and that they would not allow us to unload the container and unpack it there. The solution they offered was for us to find another location to unload the U-Pack into a truck and then bring the truck an unload it into their storage unit. While one of their people were refusing our business, another was trying to rent a 10X25 storage unit. We never even got to tell anyone what size unit we wanted. So, since we were looking for a 10X10 unit for roughly two years, their rep turned down roughly $2,400 of business. If they do not need our business, please consider taking your business elsewhere. It will most likely be better for you.

The manager was very friendly and comforting. She was thorough and informative about the units and the ins and outs with the facility. She showed me the size difference between the units; which was very helpful with me making my decision. She walked me to my unit and showed me how to lock and unlock the door. She had an very positive attitude and that speaks volumes.

We recently rented a 10’ x 25’ unit per the recommendation from Amy and we couldn’t be happier. We moved our entire household of goods into the unit and everything fit. We also were able to use the moving truck to get the furniture to the unit from our home at a cost of $10 a day! This saved us a lot of time, money, and headaches, while allowing us to focus on moving out. This is an excellent storage unit, clean, well taken care of, and friendly / knowledgeable management that have one goal in mind and that is to take care of the customer! Purchased an internal storage unit on first floor. Tremendous amount of humidity in unit. Wanted support from agent to process a claim through my insurance policy. Ami (agent) was very uncooperative. She remained silent throughout our inspection. Would not admit that all the blankets and beach towels were damp. Ami was cold and insensitive. Don't put your nice furniture in this facility. They do not keep their promise to provide safe, climate-controlled units. Go elsewhere if only because they do not back you up if you have a claim.
