My daughter was relocating from another college and Chrys helped to make it easy for her upon arrival and her assistance continued throughout the entire 2 years she needed the storage space. Getting my unit was very easy. Started the reservation online and finished up in person. Jeremy was excellent and answered all of my questions. I could tell that he gave his full attention when talking to me rather than thinking of what else needed to be done, other customers, etc. Unit was spacious and overall appeared well maintained with the exception of a few spiderwebs that were easily removed. Jeremy made sure to spray for bugs to help make sure it wouldn't be a concern. I would definitely recommend this place if you need a storage unit.

The place is bug infested the units are not fully leveled either. I have seen rats and have reported it, but have been brushed off. It seems the employees like to come in late sometimes and people who wanted to rent for the first time we’re unable to talk to a live person so they left.

The management here is top notch! I mean I think at the end of the day a storage space , is a storage space. This place is a little old but it’s storage. While I enjoyed interacting with the manager. This place is barely adequate for storing items. But don’t expect a well kept property. The path of the units are better meant for skateboarding or bikes. Almost impassable by car. I recently received notice my rate was going up 15% and given generic answers such as competitive pricing and so on. Units in the area yielding higher prices because they are better facilities. They have gated access and proper lightning. Basically they raised the prices with doing nothing to the property. While I understand these decisions most likely come from corporate I would like to see improvements made to the property before jumping the prices up. I was ok about the terrible condition of the roads and lack of security because it made sense on a pricing standpoint, now I’m not sure. I believe someone lives in one of the units, I do not believe they are associated with the park or do they provide any surveillance. It gets the job done on a short term basis. Long term look elsewhere. Update: after giving my contact information so the district manager would reach out to me. They never did.

My husband and I lost our home of 17 years during the pandemic. Lived in motels for about 10 months. We had no idea that the property had been sold and helped us get on track with our payments. We had three units and are now down to just one. Slowly moving things into our new home. Slow going when your disabled. It has been a pleasure to work with Jeromy !!! I was thinking that the transition from one company to the other was going to be a pain in the neck and I was very wrong. Cubesmart had everything set up and all I had to do was go in and pay. I had a storage unit with this place for three years. When I went to empty the contents, the owner went around to the unit with me because I was was one day late and it was locked, although I had called an made arrangements. I had an old huge TV that weighed too much for me to lift alone. I told her that I wasn't going to be able to move it, and you would have though that I asked her to empty the whole unit for me. It really made me mad because 1) I literally could not lift it and I was there alone, and 2) I had been there for three years. That's $65/month for 36 months. I am more than sure that they have had people leave trash behind when emptying units that they didn't even discuss with them. It just really made me mad that she couldn't be a little more understanding! The TV worked and had a very clear picture. So, they could have donated it to someone who needed it. I was so disappointed in the way this owner handled the situation because I physically COULD NOT do anything with it.
