Small storage unit sizes
We offer storage lockers and small storage units ranging from 5×5 to 5×15 feet. They’re the ideal storage unit size for seasonal décor, sports equipment, business supplies, or small home items.
The sizes of our storage lockers may vary, but they’re usually 4×5 feet and 4 feet tall. That’s 80 cubic feet of space – about the size of a small closet.
Store your winter outwear, Christmas tree or hobby supplies. Storage lockers allow you to switch out your items with ease and are ideal for those who need to clear just a little extra room at home. You can even store your luggage and sports gear for easy access.

Our small storage units are about the size of a hall closet or half bathroom, at 5 feet wide, 5 feet deep and 8 feet tall. You’ll get 200 cubic feet of space.
They’re a great storage unit size for storing boxes, small furniture, and home décor like lamps and end tables. It will fit about 35 file boxes, making it perfect for business storage, too. If you can fit your items in a cargo van, this could be the storage unit size you need.
These storage units are 5 feet wide, 10 feet deep, and 8 feet tall, giving you a total of 400 cubic feet of space. They’re about the size of a walk-in closet and can be used to store items from one room, such as end tables, shelves, or even a bedroom set and a few boxes.
They’re ideal if you need a little extra space to keep your home organized. If you’ve rented a cargo van that’s packed full, this is probably the storage unit size you’ll need.
Our medium storage sizes include 10×10 and 10×15 units. They’re ideal for moving apartments and small office spaces and storing furniture or other large items.
These storage units are about the same size as the average bedroom – 10 feet wide, 10 feet deep, and 8 feet tall – about 800 cubic feet of space. They’re ideal if you’re moving items from a one-bedroom apartment or small office.
The contents of this storage unit size should fit in a 12-foot moving truck. You can fit a bed, small furniture, home décor items, and appliances or boxes.
These medium-size storage units are 10 feet wide, 15 feet deep, and 8 feet tall, for a total of 1200 cubic feet of space. They’re similar in size to a large bedroom and ideal if you need to fit items from a two-bedroom apartment.
Think home furnishings, like couches, dressers, and appliances. They’re also suitable for home gym equipment and other large items. If you’re renting a 16-foot moving truck, this is most likely the size you need.
If you have a large apartment or a house, you may need one of our large storage units. We offer 10×20 and 10×30 storage units so that you can find the best size for your home.
Similar to a one-car garage, these units are 10×20 feet, and 8 feet tall. You get a total of 1600 cubic feet of space, which you can fill with the contents of a multi-room house.
You could fit items like king-size bedroom sets, dressers, and mattresses or boxes. A 22-foot moving truck is ideal for filling a storage unit of this size.
This storage unit is 10 feet wide, 30 feet deep, and 8 feet tall. It has 2400 cubic feet of space and is similar in size to a large garage. If you have many bulky items in a 26-foot moving truck, this could be the storage unit size for you.
If you have a four or five-bedroom house or many items in your garage, basement, and attic, choose this size. It will fit everything from vehicles to large appliances, plenty of boxes, and furniture.
Park your motorcycle or ATV in these convenient vehicle storage spaces until you need them. These parking spaces are approximately 10 feet wide and 15 feet long, for 150 square feet of space. 20’ Vehicle Storage
Our 20-foot parking spaces are generally 10×20 feet, for a total of 200 square feet of space. Your larger sedan, SUV, or pickup will fit perfectly in our 20-foot parking spaces. It is the best fit for a car. Contact your local CubeSmart for specific dimensions.
26’ Vehicle Storage
These parking spaces are for Class B vehicles, like large vans, small RVs or camper vans. They’re generally 10×26 feet for 260 square feet of space, and are the best fit for a jet ski. Sizes are approximate, so contact your local CubeSmart manager to get specific details.
30’ Vehicle Storage
Class A recreational vehicles, the largest type of RV, will find a home in our 30-foot spaces. They’re approximately 10×30 feet, for 300 square feet of space, and is the best fit for boats or an RV. Contact your local CubeSmart for specific details and dimensions.
