Extremely disappointed. My brother has been paying for this storage for 3+ years. He discovered two years ago that a raccoon had been living in the unit, chewed up a lot of personal property, defecated and urinated all over his items (see pics). He contacted the company and they stated he would have to file a claim, and they never fixed the ceiling! The company has a very careless and hands-off attitude toward customer complaints. They replied to this review and asked to email them, so I emailed them and they did not respond. Update after a month: company has not reached out to my brother to rectify the situation. It is obvious this is a location where managers/owners not only allow your private property be destroyed, but they do not seem to care. Be advised they routinely raise rates. My brother’s rates went up multiple times over 3 years. Update 3 weeks later: no response from company. They not only do not take care of facilities, but raise prices frequently and do not demonstrate any concern for their customer’s loss caused by them. Do not recommend-ever. Rent here at your own risk of loss. There are a lot of storage options nearby and around Nashville. Select one that will truly store your stuff, protect it, and care. This is not that place.

Bre is great! Anytime I had an issue she always handled it for me. My only problem is that the facility, at one point, was not ensuring the gate was closed and there was a huge break-in that affected a lot of the units, including mine. The ladies in the office were great with informing everyone and getting us the information we needed to file our claims, but I just wish I didn’t even have to go through that.

Not sure what these people's problem is, maybe it's just the folks at this location. But it's likely an institutional issue, I'm thinking that the pay isn't all that great since housing is part of the compensation but still, just because you're frustrated with how mundane your job is that's not really an excuse for taking it out on your customers. Plus, why would you ask someone for their contact information (which they already have) so that you might "reach out" to them in order to address whatever issue there is and then NOT FOLLOW THROUGH? Overpriced, Unsecure, and the management SUCKS. Trust me, rent somewhere else!

They don't maintain the premesis, fences are in disrepair. Had at least one break-in attempt, and despite several requests to replace the door latch, there was no attempt made until I started moving out of the unit. Animals got in from an adjacent unit causing several thousand in damages which was not covered by the insurance they set me up with when I initially signed up. Definitely would not recommend.

Price was decent when I rented it. 6 months later they added a insurance fee that I didn’t ask for or need. Brought up the bill significantly. When I got my unit empty took 2 weeks for someone to confirm it and send me an email.

Bree was the most helpful person ever!! Shortly after reserving the storage unit, she called to make sure everything was good. When I arrived into the office, she explained everything thoroughly, she was very informative! she walked me to the unit, and answered all my questions. Best customer service ever! Will definitely be referring her to friends/family! The storage unit was clean upon arrival. Each person has their own code to get into the premises, which gives a sense of security- knowing the facility is secured. I was given a disc lock (you can take your own as well). My overall experience with Cubesmart storage has been great thus far!

This place is disgusting. Not secure at all. Roaches and raid canisters in the hallways. They aren’t doing lock checks as is the standard. A vacated unit across from mine was left open with trash inside for the entire month I used them. Raid cans in there too! Cameras hanging off the buildings and holes in the fences. Chewed up mouse poison packets in my unit. They are entirely over priced for what is offered. I had to move out early and go to public storage at least i know they take cleanliness and security seriously. I want a refund in full, but not even going to bother cuz I know what they will say. It’s laughable! Save your time and money and go wherever else you can find. Seriously!

The unit we rented was terrible. The light bulb burned out so if you came to get access to your things, you couldn't see anything. The cheap metal walls that bordered the unit were flimsy, super thin, and the one that was the back wall of the unit was leaning forward precariously. I was very nervous it was going to fall on us. The worst part was that the loose back metal sheet of a wall was leaning so far forward that we could clearly see the contents of the storage unit directly in front of ours. We could have climbed into their storage unit and they could have done so to ours. This experience was very negative. With improper lighting, dangerously poor conditions of the building structure, and the contents of your storage easily accessed by adjoining units, I can't recommend this business to anyone.

I had a very complicated move situation and needed various sizes of boxes frequently over several months. Every time I was there the staff was friendly and helpful. Matt and Stephanie have both assisted me on different occasions and define customer service at its best, very friendly and down to earth. The prices here are also very affordable compared to other local storage companies in the area, trust me, I've called them all. My husband and I feel very safe leaving our boat at their property and have never had any issues with our property being tampered with. It's very important to us knowing our property is in safe keeping. Check-in is quick and painless. I would highly recommend this location. I give them a A++ rating.

Was told by their competitor that they didn't have any smaller spaces available on short notice.Their competitor (U-Haul) Try CubeSmart down the street,they may have some? I drove eight minutes up the road,met Julie,she had ONE smaller size left and held it for me in case I needed a couple days to think about it.On the afternoon of the last day,I went and rented and Julie's professional service and sincere manner were a joy to deal with.Thank You,CubeSmart y'all rock !!!!

AWESOME SAUCE?????? As much as we all know moving is not the best day ever. .. These guys at CubeSmart 768 made it as great as possible. I walked in to discounts and good service and great personalities. I would move every week if I could experience these type of stores. I was shown an empty locker. VERY BIG. *** 50% DISCOUNTS and OMG ..... LOW COST BOXES. ...??????????
