I am a mother of a child who committed suicide this month. Our family came to the office several times. Talk to Amanda. Amanda told me that the death certificate would not be enough to get my son Storage released and that I had to go before the courts and get an executor of an estate certification before July 1 in order to get my sons belongings released and I had to pay his $257 fee. I advised Amanda that the fee wasn’t the issue. I just wanted to clear up his storage unit. She told me that was nothing she could help me, but she would pass my number on to Javier asked the employee in the office to provide me his name. He told me he refuses to give me his name that Javier would have to be the one who provided me his name and there was nothing he wanted to do. He had glasses with curly hair due to the fact that I told him that my son had died so unexpectedly , I have never had an encounter with a young man. This man seem to be Spanish descent and the Spanish descent. People are the nicest people when it comes to death and understanding Amanda was the rudest nastiest representative of a company that I’ve ever spoken to when it came to suicide loss of a loved one June is mental health and I want this to be eye-opener to Amanda and the very nasty young man that worked in her office. I’m also going to send an email to the corporate office and the owners of this of this company to let them know the people that they are hiring.

Very nice storage units. They carry climate controlled and also outdoor units. Well stocked with moving boxes, tape, pads and moving kits. They have security cameras as well.

I bought my storage last Sunday and went there a week later to store something’s. I got there and the storage that was assigned to me was already assigned to someone else. So I called and they were awesome about it and found me one with a green lock the costumer service was great ! Please be mindful of parking your vehicles at this storage facility. The gate has not worked for weeks. The gate often times does not work. One of our work trailers was stolen. Now only a few weeks later our work trucks have the windows shattered, one has the window frame bent. Glass all over the place, papers every where. Other vehicles have suffered the same fate. Tail lights have been smashed & windows smashed. It's truly sad. The rates also go up frequently. Hopefully someone in this area will offer vehicle parking in a safe cost efficient manner.

Not a good place to park your trailers/rvs. Both mine and my brother trailer/rv were parked here. My brothers rv catalytic converter was stolen, literally sawd out from his rv. A few months later someone attempted to pry into my trailers door and caused damage. Its affordable but this is NOT a safe place unless you want your things broken into/stolen. I would not recommend.

First time customer. Applied on line- this was a mistake because on line it said one month free at the booking. It also says you can change you date if you are unable to choose you exact date. Completed the entire process and next day got a call from gentleman re booking, checking for questions. I asked 1. How does the free month work? Since I was charged immediately. Was told either you get 35% off or free month. “You already completed the rental so it’s a done deal “. When I asked about changing my to my correct move in date Once again he said you already rented it do it’s a you can start using it now. My move in is mid month so he is charging me for an entire month them next payment will be 2 weeks later. After move in. To others renting from here. book only. Do not use the convenient computer app to complete your entire order on line. You get punished by paying more with no discounts. Costly lesson

Jazz, the manager in the office, was super friendly and helpful. She answered all our questions and helped us find the best solution for our needs. She made sure our paperwork was in order and made sure our unit was set and ready for us when we arrived. We only needed the unit for a short time during a move. The pirce was less than 2 other storage companies in my area, that's a plus. Ivan called on Saturday to find out what time I was coming to the office because they were going to be on the grounds and didn't want to make me wait. That was nice. Ivan was very helpful. He answered all my questions (i'm a first time storage renter). Our unit had ants and when we mentioned it to Ivan he sprayed the unit immediately. It has been good experience so far.

Straightforward storage unit. If added a lot of smaller units that used to be a parking lot. Much more efficient. almost all of these units you can drive up to the outside and unload or load, which makes it very convenient. They have some temperature control units if you need those and some boat or RV type parking available. There's several units that you can park a vehicle in safely.

I went here because it was close to home & met Cathy the GM. I used CubeSmart before, but didn't like something about the other store & cancelled. After meeting Cathy & talking to her I decided to give it another shot & I'm glad I did. Cathy is the best, & has always gone above & beyond to help with everything I needed. After 7 months, had to move stuff out of storage. Price increased exactly after 6 months and the rats that we found in the unit was infestation level. We had an out door unit, no climate control and we didn't have rats prior to this storage situation. FYI, they don't protect against rats and living creatures, only natural disasters. Just want people to manage their expectations. Customer service is great but this doesn't help when rats demolish your items and make them trash worthy.

Friendly staff, I have smallest space and the price continues to go up, I'm paying a little over $80 bucks a month, started with special at around $60ish. Insurance is mandatory Going on 2nd year that I've had storage. All storage is outdoors

I stopped by this location to buy boxes for my brother that was moving. The staff there was so very helpful in not only the boxes, but helped him get a Uhaul truck for the move. If we ever need another Uhaul or storage unit this is where I will be going in the future!
