It is a nice clean well-kept storage facility it has 24-hour access if you paid extra money units are kind of expensive but they have power plugs and lights in your unit! The lot has some bad places! It has a gate with code to get in! And has video surveillance with a manager that lives in the lot! They have climate controlled units and all units are on ground level

This is the most horrible storage place I’ve ever been to. Every time you call to the facility, you get hung up on very rudely. And the manager always has an attitude. The facility is raggedy, and my storage unit door doesn’t even let up to the top. Horrible storage unit 0/10 do not recommend

This one of the worst storage company . I have ever used . The Gate has be broken for months . I had parts stolen from my semi .I called the corp office to file an complaint about the parking lot the random people driving in at night . The area manager Christy called me and acted she don't care .She said I an file a insurance claim. The insurance that Cubesmart use is a rip off . Filed the claim on 1/3/24 police report, estimate and pictures . Now I can't get the insurance company the reply to any emails nor calls. Picture attached on the Gate wide open

I was scheduled to move from Wisconsin to Tennessee April 2023. I had to find something fairly quickly and needed to rent sight unseen. I started to fill out the Cube Smart application, when I was interrupted and did not get a chance to finish that day. I received a phone call from Heather who asked if I was having an issue with the website. I told her I was interrupted and did not get a chance to finish, but I intended to do so. She asked if I had any questions or concerns she could address while she had me on the phone. Helpful and courteous are two words that come to mind when I think of my experience with Cube Smart. After my travels across country, I arrived a little later than I expected but Heather was still on site and helped me with my move in process. The next day when I came to move in, Jeanetta was spot on when I was having trouble with my access code. They never hesitated when it came to making good me feel comfortable and showed excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend Cube Smart in Arlington TN to anyone looking for a place to store items because of the high level of customer service I received. Thank you Heather and Jeanetta. Move in this storage 15yrs ago best storage to rent from.Now that Cuba smart has taken over hot mess.I have move just about all my equipment out.The rate you see on their website not true if so want last for long.75ft with tax is $439.00 I have a 20 by 20 at $409 monthly.They want you to give them a 2 week notice before move out.Last three months rent been going without any notice what so ever.Place look haunted at night not enough light and gate have worked in the last three months.

Wow! I could not have had a better experience. A few hours before I arrived, the owner had the truck ready but noticed a low tire. He immediately got on the phone and had a replacement truck brought to this location before my scheduled pick-up time. The new truck was practically brand new. Jerry took great care of me making sure I had everything I needed for my trip and even gave my his cell number in case I had questions (which I did about billing for toll lanes in another state). I highly recommend doing business with Jerry at American Mini Storage. He works with integrity, generosity, and true care and support of his customers.

I have been renting from American Mini Stoarge for 8 years and they are the best, remote control Gate,21 Cameras on site, the management is excellent and the employment staff are very helpfull with any thing you need. Staff was very courteous and when the online price was different than the price the staff quoted they went with the lowest price. There was only a difference of about $5 per mo. But she didn't haggle or act like it was a big deal, she simply gave my wife and I the lower of the two prices. They have my business for as long as I am in this area.
