This is one of the cleanest storage locations and the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The process was smooth and I went online and did everything and the same day I was granted access to move in without any contact from the front office. Reserved and Moved in on a Sunday while the office was closed. I met the staff for the first time over 3 month later and I will say with confidence I am extremely happy with my location and choice…

There has been water damage to my unit and they refuse to talk to me about resolving my problems. I am a college student and stored my stuff when i went home and can’t go in person (it’s a 12 hour drive). I did everything they asked me to do to get it settled then they stopped responding to me when it came time for them help and pay me. they are still sending me mail saying they’re going to throw away my stuff despite me calling multiple times a day to get it resolved (with no response). i am completed in the dark and very frustrating and concerned

Building flooded. We were not told the cause of the flooding. I moved out due to the dampness and smell in the building. Nobody seemed to care I moved out as long as I didn't file a claim.

We’re leaving 5 stars specifically for Ms. Julie W. After a bad storm caused a flood on the basement floor and damaged all the units on that floor, Julie was one of the people working very hard to do literal damage control. In our experience sorting everything out and cleaning out our unit, Julie was always there to turn to with a smile on her face even though she was juggling hundreds of upset people and damaged units. ASHLEY was my entire experience! She is absolutely a treasure of a soul. Not only could I feel her sincere smile through the phone, the joy in truly helping others is felt. I called the general cubesmart phone number 3 different times and almost none of the representatives could answer the basic questions of storage specs. Once I was transferred to the manager (Sweet Ashley) of the facility I was interested in, I was blessed with the sweetest voice. Ashely was super knowledgeable and instantaneously knew all the answers to my questions and was willing to help me find the right storage that fit my needs. She secured my space with a reservation and in the most respectful way, let me complete my paperwork in the comfort of my own timing. If it wasn't for her, my stress level would be through the roof. Please promote her to the highest position possible. She is an asset to your company and deserves the best! Above, was my first review left on Google. Fast-forward a month later, just when I thought this storage location couldn't get any better, they literally over achieve with flying colors. Every single person on this staff team is a gem. They really are more than just a cubesmart facility, they genuinely care about their customers. A small incident took place at this location recently and the way this ENTIRE team handled it was impressively amazing! Their customer service is top tier, but their hearts are even greater. I don't think I'll ever go to a different place ever. They are friendly, caring, and honest people. The way that they rally behind their customers is admirable. There is no task too small for this group of amazing humans to handle. They're a bunch of heroes. Shout out to Aaron & Ashley who helped us move our things when they didn't need to. I made my reservation online and talked with the manager. I was emailed a 15% off the monthly rate coupon after making the reservation. When I showed up at the facility in compliance with the coupon, the website said the coupon wasn't valid. It is a clean facility and well maintained and lit. I just don't like being misled.

I have nothing but absolute praise for this location and the General Manager, DeAna Ortega. She was incredibly kind and generous with her time and expertise. It was a great pleasure to meet her and she made the process (both times - I rented 2 units initially and then rented a third within a month) so easy and gave such great information both on the phone and in person re: what size space to reserve and where / how to access the units. I left feeling so relieved that she set me up for success at a time when things were very out of sorts for me. Moving is always hard and I was also storing some items following the passing of my mother. DeAna was patient and informative and gave me such good info on how to access the unit, what could be stored and what could not. It was just both productive and friendly. I’m definitely better for having met her and I feel great about storing my mom’s things there…..so much so that I added a third unit. I did learn that DeAna will be relocating to Chattanooga in the near future. I’m assuming she’ll be with CubeSmart there. Keep an eye out for her if you’re in that area. Customer service is above and beyond! I had an unfortunate occurance happen on a Saturday afternoon in which my wallet/key fell down the elevator shaft! Thankfully, an attendant was on-site (Wilson Pike Cr, Brentwood location). Justin responded to the situation immediately, calling the district manager, and then the Brentwood Fire Dept. Within 10 min the Fire Dept responded and less than 10 min later my wallet/keys were retrieved! For what could have been a stressful situation, Justin responded with calmness and compassion for which I am most grateful!

This is a brand new storage location for CubeSmart and we have had a wonderful experience so far. They have many size units available and we easily found one to meet our needs. Ivan is friendly and very easy to work with. We’d recommend this CubeSmart location to anyone looking for a place to store extra items.

Storage facility is clean, looks and feels new. Moving carts are on both ends of the building. Site manager, Ivan is courteous, professional and is there to help anyone. In my case the paperwork was a little challenging, and confirming my military status was another challenge with recent enlistment w/resources available to them. I selected a 10x10 to store a 1 Bedroom Apt which is good on space with a little extra room for the big things, the temperature in the building is perfect. I recommended this place, reach out to them for your storage needs. Thanks..

This was our first experience with CubeSmart and wow! What a difference from the last storage facility we used. Clean, new spaces. Ivan and Jazz were so professional, thoughtful, kind and thorough. Excellent customer service!! Like Chick-fil-A for storage units! Grateful to have such a pleasant experience in the normally stressful time of moving.

Brand new facility & best prices I’ve come across for a good size climate controlled storage unit ! Ivan Ivory helped me choose the right unit , he was professional and friendly . This facility is in a good location in Brentwood .
