I am moving to Chattanooga and stopped by CubeSmart Benton Drive to inquire about storage. The Manager Mike was very helpful helping me decide the proper size to store items for a two bedroom apartment. He even showed me a few different sized units and gave me a tour of the facility, pointing out the different amenities and equipment available to make my move easier. Also showed me all the supplies they have to help me pack. I will definitely use CubeSmart when I close on my house. Well maintained and very clean and secure!

Mike was extremely helpful and courteous! He was personal and in tuned with our duties for the day. As a mover, we sometimes don't get the best treatment from management due to the amount of traffic and furniture in and out of hallways. Mike helped us get extra carts and even got us some water during the job. A plus man/A plus management!!

When I got 2 units in Cubesmart self storage in Chattanooga Tennessee, I met 2 people managing team at this location , I tell myself I wish I would see lots of storages in some other states I will definitely lease it plus I would loud out to all my business friends to be confident use them. Mike and Tina are doing excellent job. They are so professional to help you with your needs. I’ve had my stuff in a large storage unit there for about two years now. I’ve never had any issue. Kept in good shape and the loading docks with elevated loading platforms is everything! Plus they have included carts and dollies which made moving EXTREMELY easier. Mike has been there the last couple times I’ve been there and he is very nice.

Facility is very clean and well lit with multiple security cameras. Units doors are sturdy and operate easily. Lots of carts and dollys; even a loading dock for trucks. Staff is super friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Glad we chose this space. Convenient to 153, 58 and Bonnie Oaks.

Always clean and I always felt safe. The managers were always friendly and helpful. The loading docks made it easy for the movers and the larger area between the buildings made it easy for me I needed to bring something out of storage. I was in my large spaces for 10 months so I got to be familiar with the ins and out as I transitioned through my downsizing process. When I got my contents out there was no damage from moisture or excessive dust. I was pleased that I chose this location.

Wow, what a beautiful and clean facility. They treat you as if you are their best customer and they are so happy for you to be there. The white and teal color scheme is very clean looking and feels so nice. Both sides of the building have a high loading dock for big trucks and another lower one for pickup trucks and U-Hauls. They have furniture dollies and appliance dollies for use in moving. Keypad entry with large sliding doors for access.

I wanted to update this review since I have just closed out my storage unit at Cube Smart. When I first met Tina, the General Manager, I was renting a 20 x 20 unit, then downsized to a 10 x 20 and finally 5 x 10. She was then and continued to be during the years I had a storage unit at Cube Smart, very friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She always went the extra mile to help me and be accommodating with my storage needs. Tina always made sure that her location was kept spotless inside and I never had any issues with pests in my units during the entire time that I rented there. If I ever need another storage unit, I will not hesitate to go see Tina at Cube Smart.
