Absolutely positive experience. Chris, the store manager is very professional, as well as personable. He is very knowledgeable in his job and helps with suggestions. I have never ever used a storage facility before so I really truly appreciated his insightfulness and recommendations. Being a novice, he walked me through each step from buying the locks, to taking out insurance to what size units I would need. He took me on a tour so that I could see the units first hand which were immaculate. Overall, I cannot say enough positive things about him and about the new location of CubeSmart.

Looking to move here in the next few months and was recommended this place to store everthing until I found a home. I'm in Seattle and they made it easy to find what I needed and how many units I would possibly need to have. They didn't make me feel rushed into anything and I still had to figure what all is going to go. Great team of people to work with.

I was very impressed with CubeSmart Self Storage. The facility looks great, is clean & organized and seems to be run like a well-oiled machine. I had the pleasure of being welcomed and walked through the entire process (and multiple units) by the General Manager, Chris and his coworker Athena whom I must say, were very polite, patient ,and left no stone unturned as they walked me through everything from multiple units to parking/loading areas to paperwork and coverages. I've rented from other places before that being said, I am quite impressed with this facility and the management. I would strongly recommend this location to anyone in the area looking for self storage.

I had a very welcoming experience while renting a 10x10 for my grandfather at store 5183, the woman with the glasses I think her name was Athena was such an amazing help & not to forget her assistant the guy with the glasses I think his name was Chris, I would definitely recommend this place of business if anyone’s in the looks for a new storage, Can’t thank you guys for the wonderful service!

My little family and I are currently going thru a very stressful time, and I'm very stressed out going thru all these things as a first time mom. Even though I didn't want to have to pack most of our belongings in a storage unit, we did what we had to. I chose this place because after searching around at prices for all the different storage places honestly didn't seem that much different to really matter and noticed reviews of other storage facilities had rats and I didnt want to risk more stress coming into my already stressful life of Neverending stress lol, so I figured this newly built facility to be the best choice. It was so easy to reserve my unit online and immediately I got contacted by phone by an employee to follow up. They are straightforward, kind, and easy to deal with which has been such a lifesaver, honestly I've been losing my mind over everything and the fact that Cubesmart has their shit together to let something go right for me for once and not just pile on stress and actually help me feel less stressed is amazing. The unit itself was very nice and the whole process a breeze. Manager Chris is super kind and understanding and polite also, but every employee i have talked to has been nice here. I highly recommend and also applaud the staff for top notch customer service, it means a lot to 2 stressed out, overstimulated parents trying their best.

I was impressed with how quickly the live chat put me with a live person, and Anthony was quick and thorough. I had left the chat, but i had another question and returned to the chat after the survey and was quickly put back in touch with Anthony! I had a call, immediately from Chris at the East Ridge,TN location and he was so, so kind and helpful. It only got better when i arrived at CubeSmart!

Went to a few different places and all of them were extremely expensive but basically very little amenities. Even indoor and outdoor they were all just limited hours no customer service hot boxes. We were so delighted when we ran into CubeSmart right down the street from us. Not only was the gentleman at the desk so delightful. Everything there is just perfect. Temperature, ease of entry, storage unit location, security, and price us half of what everybody else was charging for 10 times more of what we needed for half the price.
