My unit was infested with rodents. Their insurance that I paid for monthly does not cover this, either. No empathy from the office staff when I called about it. I had to throw away half of what I own due to rodent damage and feces covering it and no compensation. Absolutely heartbreaking and disgusting.

Ok place for rv storage. After my travel trailer getting hit, spare tire stolen and rate increases for the spot. I have found a different storage facility that is cleaner, cheaper and has better security. I will say the office gal is very nice.

Got this storage unit second week of May. All seemed well until I returned to get my things 2 weeks later. I opened my unit and it was over run with roaches and rats. I was shocked and didn't immediately think to take pictures of videos. I reached out to customer service who informed me to take pictures and videos and reach out to the store manager. Did that, but didn't receive any response until payment was due. I attempted to discuss the matter with the store manager over the phone before coming to the store, but upon arriving the store manager told me that I would have to pay as they had put a lock on my unit. The manager laughed and accused me of bringing the roaches, went on to say she's been here 2 years and she knows about the rats, but never had any complaints about roaches, which I can't believe to be true. When I asked about her manager she went on to say that he would be going on vacation soon as if my issue would be of no importance to him. I asked for his boss and she told me that there was no one over him. I have never had roaches in my home or a storage unit. I currently have another unit with items that came from the same home, but there are no rats or roaches in it so I would like for the store manager to explain that. I lost business equipment, my children's toys, clothes....I'm very disappointed in how my situation has been handled.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was well maintained, storage unit was as described and met my needs. No complaints on anything other than pricing. I had a unit here for just under 3 years and in that time my storage unit went from about $160/mo (give or take) and ending at $280/mo by the time I got my stuff from storage. Never missed a payment, never had a late payment, after first couple months, the price started going up slowly every few months to the point that it nearly doubled in price. If this is standard practice from CubeSmart, I will never use them again no matter how well the staff does or how nice the facilities are.

Staff at the location is excellent. Location itself is good. The actual building looks adequate but there is on big problem. If you expect a 10x15 to actually BE 10x15, you will be disappointed! Same goes for 5x10. If you NEED the space quoted it’s not here. 4 stars for the staff at the location, 1 star for the accuracy of the idiot measuring the units. I ended up needing to rent a second unit because of the discrepancy.

TWO MONTH UPDATE! Quick, easy, affordable, safe, the staff were extremely friendly. I stored here for two months while my girlfriend and I packed for our move to the other side of town. The 10x10 climate controlled unit was everything we needed. If I didn’t live so far away now, I’d store here again if needed. ORIGINAL POST The setup process was simple, direct, and fast. The unit looked clean and spacious, as did the facilities. The girl at the front desk that helped me, Clara?, was super helpful and nice. The prices were also very reasonable. I’ll update again after my time spent with the company, but so far so good!

I worked in self storage myself & when i quit this past monday, i knew i needed to move my stuff. Staff is rude and lies. Dont buy a lock through them, its $10 at least more than walmart or other storage facility. Make sure you bring proof of insurance before getting a reservation or they will force you to buy theirs. Their initials fees are ridiculous and they charge you for paying with their app. Dont expect anyone to answer the phone when you call, and customer service cant do anything but set up a call back.I wish I knew all of this before I went with cubesmart. The experience with cubesmart on dover road has been nothing but a head ache.

Mask required to enter office and storage area. Rental requires insurance with CubeSmart, and if you purchase their lock, it reduces the premium. Fence around the storage areas and security cameras throughout the property - inside and outside of buildings. Gated access from 6am - 10 pm seven days a week. Each unit gets its own unique code. I am renting a climate controlled unit, for several months now. The building my unit is in is well lit and very clean. My issue is no lighting inside the unit, and the lights in the hallway are on a short timer. When the light in the hallway goes out, I have to leave my unit and walk to the building door for the motion sensor to notice me - turning the lights on. The office personal are professional but not too many smiles are radiating out of that office.

Office staff are awesome, very nice, wonderful employees. If this was based only on price, I would only give 1 star. I have rented up to 3 units at a time, for over 2 yrs. My original unit started under $125, which was already $30 higher than my previous storage company & now I pay just under $150, after 2 or 3 price increases. A new storage company just finished building, less than .5 miles away, that is my next step.

Representative does not give all information needed for me to make informed decisions about their policies and procedures. Representative did not inform me that I could have use my own insurance instead of their. He also tried to get me to pay for a new lock when it was not needed. Later after I called customer service and request a refund, a regional manager called me and stated that the lack of correct information was my fault. He stated that they did not have the information needed to give me a refund which was not correct. He stated that I was on the phone when the representative was talking to me (not correct). He stated he would check my version of the events and call me back; he never called me back. Regional manager also told me that all the funds I paid for insurance went to the insurance company, but it states on their contract that only $1.75 of the $12.00 goes to the insurance company. You need to be informed before you use this company.

I have had a Unit at one of your newly acquired locations for more than 5 yrs, in that five years my rent has more than doubled and was forced to have insurance. The insurance I didn't mind, but what is the reason for the increase this time? This comment is for Corporate and not the store location. I’ve been storing my things at this location since August. My first experience was with Jeremy. He was so professional and kind at the same time. Since then I’ve had the pleasure meeting Shawna (manager) and I must say, they both make me feel like my “things” matter to them as much as they matter to me. The experience has been like I’m storing my things at a neighbor’s. Awesome service! 5 stars for sure!

I have had to use several storage unit facilities over my lifetime in various states and this is by far the best of them all. I am impressed most by the level of professionalism provided. The service I’ve received has made it very clear that they are running a business which they take seriously. They have several layers of security and are very proactive in monitoring the property. Once I received a call within an hour after I left my storage unit, my lock wasn’t secured properly and so I returned to the unit, by which time they reviewed the cameras logs and informed me that no one entered nor tampered with my unit. They discovered it during their lock check sweeps. They regularly patrol the property and they know the faces and names of those who rent with them. I always see one of the employees driving by and around the units. This place is well worth your money.

Extremely nice! Explained everything o make sure I understood it all, even when I was just nodding and smiling. I rented the truck and had no problems whatsoever. I would highly recommend renting through CubeSmart.

After driving 14 hours and arriving at 5 just before closing, was able to sign the contract and pay for the first month. Attempted to install my boat in the space assigned but was not able to due to limited space between buildings. Told the assistant I could not use that space. Area manager is reviewing my problem and I may see a refund in 10 to 14 business days.

I contacted CubeSmart and reserved my storage a few days before I arrived. Maria called to confirm my reservation, and I told her that I didn't know when exactly I would arrive, as I was driving across a bit of the country. She was very pleasant and easy to work with. After a few traffic jams, I was not going to arrive before they closed, however, Maria ensured that I was taken care of and came in after the place closed and set me up with my storage. Thank you!! Great service!

Great location and better prices than local competitors. Very polite staff. We were rushing to out all our stuff in storage that I forgot to throw a lock on one of them...they put a lock on it for us. Great people. Highly recommend to anyone especially military if in need of a storage facility.

The service I received was great! Maria was wonderful and handled my needs very quickly. She showed me a unit and when I didn't think it was right for me didn't miss a step, just went right back to the office and found a bigger unit that would fit my needs. I have had rental units at this storage facility since they opened and Maria is one of the best employees I have had the pleasure of working with. Cube Smart runs a great business here and they treat their customers right and with the upmost respect, and Maria is a shining example of someone who carries on that company tradition.

I gave it five stars because first the last that was current manager was very nice and patient. She showed me the sizes of the Storage's before making final decision. She was very polite. I had three toddlers in there messing with stuff and she was fine with it. The storage was clean and easy to access. The price is well worth it.

The prices are great, especially compared to uhaul, customer service, security, and general layout and upkeep of the facilities is above the bar for sure! Jordan was a huge help with setting it all up and at answering my questions then and some since too! I picked them out of convenience of the location, and feel I hit the storage-unit-jackpot, and really chose the right place!

On short noticed I received a storage container for my car prior to my deployment. I was first assisted on the phone and received a great deal combination of both a promotion and military discount. I arrived to the facility and was greeted by Jordan Brown. Can't say enough about this guy. He was probably managing about seven or eight different customers by himself yet he still was efficient, professional, and had a great personality. He was a great reflection of a good organization. I will definitely be using cubesmart in the future.

If you are a military spouse, I recommend going elsewhere. My husband deploys soon (hence the needing of a storage unit). We called the facility, each separate times to see what was available. We were each told the same thing, they could accommodate our needs. I made sure to ask if I could use my ID for military discount that we were promised and the wonderful gentleman I spoke to said absolutely! Imagine my disappointment when I walk into the facility and am told that my ID is not going to work and only he can use his ID for the discount. Absolutely embarrassing and disrespectful.

Excellent service. The units are very clean. Unlike another establishment we used when we first moved here ( mouse poop in the unit). So glad we found CubeSmart, bonus that it's close to our house. Also the military discount is another added bonus.

The woman who was working the day I went in, Katie, was very helpful and friendly. She remembered talking to me on the phone the day before and could remember what size unit I wanted to rent. I felt like I mattered. She drove me out to see which storage unit in would be renting and she did this is her own car. It is a nice place, very clean and caring. The only thing that put me off was the amount of police cars that showed up and began emptying amother storage unit.
