The whole process was very easy. I called in, the gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and able to get me the perfect unit. I signed up and paid for the unit in like 15 minutes! When I got to it it was very clean and secure. Plus I didn't have to buy a lock, it was supplied.

Facility is clean and organized, but they charge an arm and a leg for it. Started renting at $140 a month. Left my unit on the 15th at $260 a month. Nothing changed about the service but the price. They could at least offer some lube before screwing you.

I wish I could pay for a unit online without being FORCED to buy a lock I will never use. I also wish that my rate did not increase by over 100 very suddenly and I was notified after the increase happened by US mail. It is 2023, I mean I couldn't get some warning by e-mail. Also was given no explanation for the increase. Due to the increase 4 months after I moved in I was forced to move to another company with better rates, caring and supportive staff, and 24-7 access for the same exact unit. So please move in with caution because this could be you and when you talk to the staff they do not care a single iota and when I emailed the manager I got zero response just an insignificant adjustment. This could be you so rent with caution, especially online.

There's at least five small fees when you get started that I wasn't previously aware of but overall an absolutely great facility and great customer service. I do highly recommend as it is air condition controlled... they also have dollies , boxes, tape and other accommodations as well as friendly service. All in all..worth it for the online promotional price!

Cube Smart does not support the military regardless of their location being immediately outside Fort Campbell. No proration even with PCS orders. Go somewhere else that supports service members.

I was given a rate with a 25% discount. 6 months later I get a two week notice of a rate increase of over $40. It went from $288 to $320. When I inquired I was told,and I quote "That's what it is, It's like real estate." The words of the General Manger today. I have a 3 bedroom house stored there, whats the likelihood of moving out. They Bait you with the discount and turn around and give u a rate increase. In real estate,taxes go up at least at the end of a year, not whenever u feel like it. It's also justified where the increase comes from not " Thats what it is. Very unprofessional response. In fairness I gave a 3 star because the facility is nice and it is clean.

BAIT AND SWITCH! RENT ELSEWHERE. OTHER STORAGE UNITS ARE LOTS CHEAPER! Not pleased. Bait and switch operation going on with this company. Management said it is what it is. Went to them to get a large unit to store our entire house. Was told if we moved out and needed a smaller unit we could do that keeping our 35% discount. Got moved out and asked for a smaller unit. We showed them the one we wanted online. They gave us a price for the unit so we signed. When they emailed us the paperwork and we got our first bill it was double what the prise was supposed to be. Went and asked them why and they said thats the price for that unit. What do you mean the online price is half that and not to mention we had a $25 credit. They said well all we can do is give you $20 off. Wow... i would tarp my stuff in the back yard before i ever use this company!

I normally wouldn't have much to say about my experience with getting my storage unit. This was quite a wonderful experience, the front desk clerk or whomever was so very helpful and nice. At the end of it all, I knew about the best restaurants, I mean just plain good customer service, which is very rare nowadays. It was nice and very appreciated ??. It goes without saying, it doesn't matter if you work in a self storage business or a Fine Jewelry business, you treat each and every single customer as a King and Queen.

This storage was cleaned and had various sizes of storage. It felt secured on how we can access into storage. There were 1st door that can be only access in with given passcode and another storage door for securing only for your stuffs. It was also good that storage had steady temperature because I stored my computer and electornic devices. There was one thing that I didnt like. This storage can be paid monthly so I cant get a refund even if I dont use storage for whole month.

We were looking for a place to store a few of our items while our house is on the market and CubeSmart is perfect! It’s so nice and very clean. All of the units are indoors so no worries of them being broken into or tampered with. Another amazing thing is that there are carts for you to use so you don’t have to carry each box by yourself. The pricing is great & honestly one of the cheapest in town. The ladies working the office are so friendly and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend CubeSmart.

I occupied this storage for the past few months and I must say that it was a comforting experience. Not once did I feel my things would be vandalized due to the highly efficient security system. Excellent staff! I arrived here in the Fort Campbell only a few days ago and was in desperate need of a storage unit; luckily I found CubeSmart Self Storage as quickly as I did. Very clean facility and everything is conveniently organized and because it is a new business, it only has room for expansion. If you are military, they are very friendly and will assist you with any questions and give you a great deal! Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and I highly recommend anyone new to the area in need of storage to check this business out.

The store manager Alicia and Charlotte were kind and very helpful. Me and my husband were given a tour and shown different sizes of storage units to help us see what size storage we may need. Don't miss out on great customer service and reasonable prices.
