This facility was always very clean and well kept. 0 issues in 2.5 years of having a unit. No pests, no weather/temperature issues, etc. We finally ended up removing our items because our rate for a 5x10 unit hit $90. As others have mentioned, expect regular rate increases, seemingly every 6 months or so. I wish I had been made aware that rates do get regularly increased when I originally rented because I would have found a different solution for our storage needs. This is a great spot if you just need you unit for 6 months to a year or so and can handle $5-10 rate increases every 6 months or so. I'll still give them 5 stars because we had no issues outside of the rates and move out was extremely easy.

The location is kept clean and well maintained. There was no problem woth bugs, mice, or other pests. I got my unit to house inventory for my business. I signed up with a promo, but the manager was unable to tell me how long the promo would last or what the regular rate would be. Even still, I was surprised at the 25-33% rate increases which happened regularly at, I believe, 6 month intervals. I just moved out after a little more than 2 years just before the next rate increase took place.

Always a sauna. Not exactly temperature controlled. Most of the time 3rd party moving trucks block the entire entrance with zero respect for anyone else. Management does absolutely nothing about it. I’m not rearranging my whole schedule because of ONE tennant. These movers also take the entire day, dumping everything in front of handicap entrance. Unacceptable. Giant semi trucks should not be allowed. Called owner of one truck and he said he wasn’t responsible for HIS OWN truck with his name and phone number plus hired help. Management raises your rent every 3-6 months.

The rates increased significantly during my contract, you pay for a lock that is useless just about anywhere other than a storage unit, and you can only access your belongings during certain hours. The units are nice and the facility is a safe place to store your stuff if you're ok with the changing rates and time constraints.

Spoke to manager, Stephanie, to ask for extension due to falling on hard times. She said she would call DM to ask for help. Called me back with a discount and said to move stuff out or they would charge an additional $110 “lien fee” on top of what I already owe. After being a DM for 25 + years, I would NEVER treat my customers this way. You would think they would work with me to keep me as a customer after boasting on their website that they are so customer oriented! What a joke! I’m asking for an extra week, not months.

I have used this location on 2 separate occasions, and each time the experience was helpful. We made advance arrangements by phone, completed rental on site, worked with 2 different people but each was professional and helpful. Facility is clean, neat, well-lit (lights inside each unit), looks brand new. I appreciate the large elevator, great AC, and covered loading dock. Even a 26’ truck with ramp was easy to unload.

Had movers moving some furniture into storage for me when an elderly man who claimed to be the manager approached one of my movers and verbally/racially assaulted this young man. Extremely unhappy with how this "manager" acted. Facility is very nice though(as it should be, its brand new).

Staff is professional, courteous, & accommodating. We downsized our storage unit without hassle. Storage unit is very clean & well lit. We were treated by staff like great friends!

This storage facility is clean, well lit, and very accessible. The customer service is out of this world. The app to manage your payments is easy to use and a great bonus. I highly recommend this faculty.

Kathy was very helpful! I've rented here before, and the staff is always really nice. Really good-looking facility. I'm on the 3rd floor this time, and the elevator is plenty fast. After renting at a non-conditioned unit for a while, it's good to be back in a place that's conditioned (and well-lit!) Very happy - I hope it stays affordable!

The facility is amazingly clean and well taken care of. I always feel safe when I am there because there are security cameras every where. The staff is kind and attentive, they have even have a set up that allows me to send and receive packages to my unit. This has been so helpful and has saved me so much time and energy in trucking things back and forth. Best storage facility I have ever used.

Very nice NEW storage unit. Climate controlled and clean. As far as storage units go this is the best in town. I’ve only dealt with one of staff when I signed up and she was great. Cathy was super helpful and efficient. Highly highly recommend. I feel safe with my stuff here.

This is a very nice facility! Cathy has been a big help getting us set up with a large storage unit and making sure our movers were squared away when unloading our goods. This is a new, climate controlled storage facility with plenty of space and a variety of different storage unit sizes. Restrooms are available and clean. If you're looking for storage, I recommend using this CubeSmart.
