Horrible! Couldn’t access my unit to move because their systems were down and they don’t have support staff for these type issues during their hours of operation. Once they did open and I spoke with someone their solution was nothing more than “ well it’s fixed today & you should have no problem”. Do better CubeSmart, you being completely unbothered & unapologetic is not acceptable!

This is probably one of the best self storage locations to be found. I came in during the pandemic and add a large 1BR quantity of furniture and other items in storage here for last 2yrs. It’s always clean, with no sign of rodents or other undesirables. The customer service has always been friendly and professional. Gerald has been there and has never failed me with price, recommendations, or the facility. Recently I met Yvonne as I closed out my storage; she brought a very similar level of professionalism and kindness as i had been experiencing there with Gerald. Definitely recommend this if you’re in need of storage in the Memphis area.

The Staff is ROGISH! They Steal. I made the general manager aware that I lost my job and fell behind on my storage payment. I was told to make a payment on my storage before Oct 11th or my things will go up for auction. A young lady that worked there told my boyfriend and I that if they have their lock on your storage, they will go through your things (policy states that if it is not an active auction they are not allowed to). I had 2 tvs stolen. One of them were my daughters tv. These people do not care who they're stealing from or what they're stealing. When I made the manager Gerald aware that my things had been gone through all he said was " no one went through your things." the young lady sitting beside him said the same thing. No one got up to inspect it or to see what was going on, He didn't give me any number to any insurance company. Nothing. Which makes me feel like HE is guilty. I am not stopping until I get answers. I already have an investigator on this.

DO NOT PARK YOUR VEHICLES HERE. I would give a NO STAR IF I COULD We rented a parking space at the Memphis location @ stage road (advertised as a “premium and secure site for RV and vehicle storage”) , left our vehicle there for 4 days, to return and find ALL 4 catalytic converters cut off. Called the office and got a machine, left a message and let them know and the location called back to let me know “corporate would be in touch” (nothing else, no mention of notifying other renters of anything even after we told them the other cars here were affected and nothing from corporate so far.) While the MPD were here, they checked all of the other stored vehicles and GUESS WHAT? All but the 70 Chevy (doesn’t have the converter) had also had the catalytic converters cut OFF!! There are cameras here (mostly for inside the building and the staff never seems to look at it) and a code controlled gate but there is EASY ACCESS TO WALK RIGHT ONTO THIS LOT AS WELL. It is falsely advertised as “secure” as it is not. There is no security patrol, nothing after the office closes and the paying renters have set access hours while thieves have full access by way of open areas at Burlington coat factory and the woods by the DHS offices….. Truly it will cost you a lot more than rentals here our catalytic converter replacements (4) on a 2018 Tacoma is being quoted at $3,200 and it hasn’t even set here a MONTH. If your rv/car is here now, 4/26/23 I suggest you come check it ASAP.

Super easy reservation, payment and move in. Didn't have to wade through a bunch of paperwork and disclosures. From starting the online reservation process to starting load in was a grand total of maybe 15 minutes, as the location was also very close to my house. For convenience and ease, this is BY FAR the best experience with a storage facility I've had.

Beware! Price to start will lure you in, then once you’ve been there a few months the price increases and unbelievable extra fees start piling on until you’re being charged ALMOST 2x what you did to start with. Be prepared.

Not a great experience. Air units were out all summer without notice despite rent increasing. Several items including furniture now with mildew but not covered under the insurance policy:( I get things happen but notice the AC was out for months would have been helpful.

Reserving a unit was easily done online. The 4 months I had the unit, I had no issues. And the moving out process went well. I am especially appreciative that the location had available for use the flatbed trollies. Made it so easy (and effortless) in bringing & removing items from my storage unit. Always had a friendly interaction with the staff. i highly recommend!

I watched the way they handled a friend’s account and was shocked at the disorganization, rude staff, and lack of communication. The only thing not surprising were the amount of people I saw moving out or canceling their units after unannounced price hikes and lack of climate control inside the building.

I have to say the GM Gerald, was very informative. I came looking for a storage unit and noticed this new location as I drove by. It was really hot and to my surprise it was sweltering inside the building. Gerald was courteous and apologized for the heat inside the warehouse and proceeded to show me the units that were available. I honestly was a little apprehensive about walking in a hot warehouse, but Gerald helped me keep my mind off the heat while giving me the information I needed so I could make a decision. Because of the service Gerald provided, I still would like to rent a unit here. His customer service skills were so awesome and that alone won me over. Is there a timeframe when the air conditioning will be fixed at this location? This is a very important issue for me. Thank you Gerald for your service!

I was not pleased of the size the storage was. I was expecting a room size from the measurements the representative quoted. He did not let us see the storage before we rented it. He reassured us that we will be pleased with the size. But unfortunately after we rented the space. The storage was a closet size not a room size. I am not satisfied with customer service nor his input on what he knows about his job...I am more please with public storage than cube smart at least the employee knows how to treat their customers an have the experience to know their storage space measurements not assume the size....

Went to three other places that charge between 50-100 more for non climate controlled storage rooms! We’re getting a climate controlled 10x30 for $100 less than competitors.
