Been in my unit for almost a year and just upped to a larger unit. Everyone I've dealt with that works there are super helpful, the manager Three made transitioning into a new unit easy and stress free. For the location being an indoor climate controlled unit the price is cheaper than I'd expect too.

My experience was good and didn't have any issues with other people around me. The units were always temp controlled which was nice and never signs of bugs, spiders, or rodents. The one issue I have is the cost. My unit was too expensive. I understand it was a good size unit but with the way things are going up I just needed to cancel.

She is the most accommodating and helpful person I’ve seen at these type of places. I would recommend this place 10/10 anytime. She maintains the place to an excellent condition. Although some would try to ruin that by taking the carts that are meant to be used by all, you know who you guys are. Return the equipment because not only does it affect the customers but management as well. All in all, even with these adversities she still managed to keep a smile and a friendly face. I miss when there managers were actually compassionate and helpful. And when the rate was $48-$53 now it’s $91+ for a 5x10. I’ll be happy to finally close this unit and chapter all together. This weekend I drove from California to Murfreesboro hoping to resolve a task I thought would be simple. Only to arrive and problems & aggravation. I’m very easy going simplistic in most cases. I needed to update my payment which I did although i was one day late , La Taylor, the current Gm tells me while sorting things out inside my storage that she will come and lock me out if I didn’t come and update the payment. ?? when I make it to the office she’s sitting in there with her AirPods on talking to her “sis”. She’s having a full conversation with her and speaking to me about my account being a day pass due. Like most catty girls these days due. Any decent person would respect a customers privacy enough to know that they wouldn’t want the customers business discussed openly. Then she asks me if I’m one of those strong black women type and why I didn’t have any help ?????????. Not once thinking I should end my personal call with my sister while holding a sensitive conversation with a customer.

If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. A medium size box was removed from my unit on the first floor. They had also gone through a lot of my packed boxes and containers and removed items that they wanted. This place is a SCAM. They figure that you won't say anything or report it to your insurance because of the high deductibles. I hope that you find this information valuable for your sake. It has been a couple nightmare for me.

I have stored stuff here for several years. I am sad to say that in the past 12 to 18 months the care of the facility has gone downhill. The bathrooms are often not stocked or cleaned. Previous management did a better job of caring for this facility.

I was a customer of theirs from the first week they opened this facility. The mailed me a rate increase that has always been a 4-5% increase. This time…. 63% rate increase.The management and people who have dealt with me that work at the actual facility are very understanding and know im on a fixed income with social security so i CANT afford what they were asking. I looked across the street at another cubesmart and their rate was $60 cheaper than what this one was asking. I continued to look around town and found a totally different storage facility that was even cheaper than cubesmart was to begin with. I tried to contact anyone higher at the 1-800 number and they just message the managers at the location i rent from (which I’ve already talked to) and all they can say is the facility has “new owners” and they cant do anything about the increase. The management and team members are nice and understanding at the facility itself, but the owners/higher up are trash.

Manager was rude to my wife and I. Made my wife , who just had a kid, stand outside in 95+ degree heat because she “ had another customer in the lobby “ mind you I was in the lobby with them before my wife tried to come in. I then called into corporate to complain about the situation and was told the district manager would call to hear my complaint and never called me. So they don’t really care about feedback because they would’ve called to hear my complaint. Terrible customer service, not informative by any means and would recommend everyone to go elsewhere and avoid this company like the plague.

Cubesmart's customer service when it comes to complaints to Terry is one sided. I found a young man playing drums and other instruments very loud in his storage unit. I confronted Terry about the problem after the same young man complained on me for me talking to a friend while I was getting things out of my storage. See video of customer in his unit. First of all, this review is all from personal experience. We were NOT paid for doing this review! Terry, the manager, is the best! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our unit and to make sure we understood all of the paperwork. She is very nice to work with and thorough. The facility is clean, cool, and well maintained with security cameras on site. You need a security code of your own of which will show your name on the screen in order to access the building before accessing your personal storage unit (added security and piece of mind). They have "unloading" parking spots and moving carts for your convenience. Saves your back the strain of having to physically carry everything!! The prices they offered beat out any competitors. Terry went out of her way to make sure everything was set up and good to go for when we arrived the same night with items to store. The location is excellent. Michael and Terry killed it! Michael greeted me at the door, shook my hand. He was prepared due to me having a reservation a head of time. The process was surprisingly quick. He took me to my unit, which was freshly cleaned by his coworker Terry. Michael made sure to casually show me camera locations, entrances and exits, restrooms and even pointed out sprinkler heads local to my unit. Office was fresh, well displayed. They have one of the best deals in town right now and by far aced any expectation I had. Secure, fair priced and clean... what more could you want!?

Highly recommend Cube Smart for storage! The price for a second story unit was the best in the area. Plus: Michael and Terry are great employees: knowledgeable and very helpful. The facilities are super clean and their lights come on automatically (unlike some places that have a delay ). Two bonuses: (1) people who have a storage unit can have packages delivered to their office. No more worrying about “porch pirates”! (2) They have clean restrooms on each floor. This was especially useful on loading day since we were there for a couple of hours. Background: I decided to put some furniture and personal items in storage as I get ready to put my house on the market. I visited 6 places to compare prices, sizes, cleanliness and safety. While everyone has the same size and type of units, Cube Smart came out on top on all other factors.

Just got a storage unit here...the facility just opened a week ago. Plenty of storage units and options available, affordablewith additional deals...Got the 1st month FREE!! I love the climate control options, carts to use and easy access elevators. One item that also stood out to me were their style of locks that you can purchase AND they are affordable.
