The absolute worst customer service. Not interested in explaining how they’re gonna solve your problem before they start rattling off their corporate policies and excuses. These people had me locked me out of a storage unit that was paid for and their only excuse was that there was no one at the office to help me. The second my rate goes up here I’m gone.

I used Cube Smart in the state I moved from and I would highly recommend using this business (Livvy Dearing Pl. address) if you need storage. The manager, Three, is the nicest, friendliest customer oriented lady you could ever deal with. She made the move in easy and fast. Prices are very reasonable and inside the building is squeaky clean as are the units. And Cube Smart CEO’s if you read this, please give Three a raise or day off with pay as she definitely deserves it!!! Customers are always right, right??? ??

We have had a great experience! They let us see the unit before signing contract to make sure we were happy. They also were very accommodating being as I wasn’t able to make it until later date than expected.. they walked us up after signing and showed us how to unlock the unit and lock it back. I was very happy with them!! They have locked entrance and security cameras which gives us the added security of storing our stuff there.

Decent storage facility but be warned that they suck you in with deceptive marketing then jack the rate up two months into renting with them, after you've moved all your stuff in. Can't stand it when businesses are dishonest like this. My rate went up 50% after moving in.

The entire process was super easy. I paid and made my reservation online. The price was fair in addition to their superb customer service. Warning...bait and switch at Cubesmart!! We rented a unit in January and got a promotion rate of $133.08 plus insurance and fees. In May we received a rent increase notice to $177.00! At no time when we signed the lease were we told of an increase within the 5 months of our lease. When I called the office and talk to 'Three', she told me this is something that the corporate office does automatically and that the local office is not notified; and this is why we were not made aware of the increase so soon. We received the advertised online rate when we signed up. The online rate now is $132.25 from the normal rate of $175.00. This is both less than we started out with and our current rate. So if you look to rent here, beware of the increase you will receive a short time after. The units are nice and clean and easily accessible. But Cubesmart should have been upfront about switching to the higher rent so soon.

We moved our 4 bedroom home into storage and ended up having to rent a couple of extra units on the day of the move. I had done online for the first set but worked with La in the office when we ran into snags with the amount of stuff we were bringing. She was incredibly helpful and great to work with. She made a really stressful day go so much smoother. The units themselves are nice and the building is secure, well light and comfortable. Definitely recommend if you have things to store that you don't want sitting in a hot outdoor storage area.

The relationship started off good and professional and then an unexpected rate increase made it go sideways. After that, I could scarcely afford to continue renting from them. I left the state, and continued paying for about a year and a half and then another rent increase rendered me unable to pay. In fact, it became impractical. I would not recommend this facility to anyone unless the company adopted a policy that prevented unexpected rate increases.

I would give them no stars. My biggest mistake was trusting this place to storage my items. It has been a nightmare. A medium size box of my items was taking. Also they went through other packed boxes and containers and removed items they wanted. Do not trust this place with your belongings.

Always clean. Loading and unloading is not the easiest. If more than 2 vehicles are there you might have to wait a while for one to finish before you can load or unload. The only other thing was that you have to enter your code every time you need to get into the building and balance the cart while entering the code hoping the door stays open long enough to get the cart inside.

I was only in the unit for one month when transitioning from NJ to Tenn pending our house being completed. The unit and entire facility was very clean and well maintained. Booking the unit was a simple process. The morning I was checking out I was greeted by Three. She was very pleasant professional and a joy to work with. Once we were fully out of the facility, I received the confirmation of my move out shortly after leaving. Awesome customer service across the board! My only complaint about the Livy Dearing Place facility would be access. It’s a fairly small area where the “2” entrance doors are located. I had a 10 x 30 unit as I had a house full due to relocating. The truck that moved us was a full size tractor trailer. To unload the driver had to park in the Race Track parking lot adjacent to the facility. When I moved out we had a 26’ truck that pretty much took up the entire access area for several hours. Anyone else needing to access their unit had to cart in or out. I felt bad blocking the entire area but didn’t have much choice.

After someone was murdered in our new apartment, my wife and I were homeless until the coroner could show. The real bummer was that we had two U-Hauls worth of furniture and only one U-Haul. We stopped in to secure a safe house for our belongings. We were greeted by Three, who I can only assume was the owner or manager with how professional she was. We shared our dilemma and she offered a solution without taking up any unnecessary time. You could say she was a real personable person offering premium protection for our personals. The unit was clean, the price was fair, the customer service was excellent. What began with a tragedy, ended as barely an inconvenience.

Everything was so easy and everyone was incredibly helpful. The entire process was 10/10, including a phone call from the team when they noticed my lock was off and stuff was gone asking if I'd like to go ahead and end my storage contract. I did the online check in because it was convenient for me. It was actually very easy. When I got to my storage unit it was nice and clean and had my keys and lock inside (they put a temporary lock on your storage for you) I love that you can access your storage as early as 6am. Overall I recommend CubeSmart if you're in Murfreesboro,TN. Definitely a great place if you need a storage unit and the prices are cheaper than most places I've used. The staff was friendly as well you can't beat that!

Emily was amazing, got me a nice close unit and even helped me save money by switching from the plan i reserved to a better one for my needs. I'm just using it for one month, and first month is free! NO STRINGS ATTACHED, no being locked into future months or anything. Just the one month. I paid for a month of insurance, and the admin fees, and a lock which i keep when i leave- and it was like $50 or something. Perfect. Love you guys. I will not rent here again, functionally its poorly thought through. The entrance and elevator doors close very quickly. The lights in the building hallways turn off after a couple of minutes. A motion sensor down the hall activates it. Narrow hallways. It was a constant battle getting carts in and unloaded.

This is the cleanest and nicest storage facility I have seen. I came a day earlier than my reservation day and Michael the Manager was awesome and got me processed quickly. He was helpful, courtesy and very funny.

Emily at Cube Smart Storage was very helpful and has a first rate storage facility. It is so much better than traditional storage space I have used before and priced very reasonably. A perfect fit for our storage needs.

The management team - Emily Johnson & Cassidy Kasulka have been fantastic! In researching rental spaces at the Livy Dearing Place, Murfreesboro, TN location, both were extremely helpful. I came in the other day to inquire about some storage units and various sizes. I was greeted immediately as soon as I walked through the door. I had a lot of questions about what size unit I would need for my items and Cassidy walked me through it all. She showed me the various sized units and recommended 5x10 size unit. I will definitely be coming back when I move here!
