I paid extra for a climate controlled unit. The price went up $30 after the first few months. Almost everything is in perfect shape after being in storage for a year and a couple months (mid March 2022-June 1, 2023), but there is some mildew at the bottom of my couches. Luckily, after wiping it down it’s not very noticeable especially when sitting on carpet. However, it’s still there and I paid for climate control to avoid mold/mildew. Other than that, my experience was easy and great.

I had a climate controlled unit here for about 2 years and it was great, I only cancelled because I was relocating to Arizona. The staff here was always super friendly and helpful, Karen specifically has helped me on a number of occasions! She went out of her way to reach out to me with cancelling and help me with questions, she handles this location super great clearly! Horrible experience here I rented a unit for about a year. Could never get a hold of the location for help always had to go through the corporate customer service line just to get an angry call back from the manager at odd hours. Everything from gate codes to locks and closing the account was always a hassle just to get the right information. Would not recommend renting here.

Karen in the office has been incredible. I rented 5 units throughout the summer, and she made it a seamless process. After the rain, I noticed two roof leaks in one of my units. Karen had maintenance patch the leaks within 24 hours. I was in a pinch for a last-minute unit, and when none were available, she instantly called each person on her list of reservations to confirm that they all still needed a unit. Thankfully one of them cancelled, and my day was saved. The only issue with this place is that there are some "characters" walking around the outside of the facility, and it is not in the safest area. However, Karen does an amazing job of constantly monitoring the facility to make sure it stays clean and safe.

I am a long term tennant here. Place is always clean and neat but, several times I've been there during what is supposed to be normal hours and nobody be there. Renting through the website got a better rate though. They are not very helpful if your running late with a payment though. My pay period put me 2 weeks out and at 7 days, I was locked out of the gate. Pleading my case very much in advance but, the computer will not allow anyone to have any special circumstances.

This rental facility is AMAZING. The storage unit was perfectly adequate, nothing special there. But the customer service!!!! Karen at the front office is wonderful and helped me get into a unit while I was having a family medical emergency AND moving. They never told me it's a flood zone. About 25 of us got flooded, they requirement us to have insurance paying $13 a month for the insurance. I found out later they have done this to a lot of people. All my stuff are damaged, lost everything..... Whoever tell you is a great place don't believe.

Changing my previous rating as the new manager Karen is very difficult to work with. She doesn't give you all the info you need in the first or even the second conversation as to what is needed to have proper proof of insurance. My gate code was changed without my consent or knowledge. Karen said it was not changed and that she had no way to track down who might have changed it or why. I have an email that shows what it was originally. I spoke with her employee Tiffany on Sunday. I asked Tiffany to have Karen call me on Monday. I had not heard from anyone by 3pm and I called in. When I asked if she was going to call me, I was informed that she figured my conversation with Tiffany should have been sufficient and that I was not the only customer she needed to speak to today as she had customers with flooding issues to get ahold of. It struck me as very unprofessional.

they are over charging for units. the employees are great, just bad storage units there not worth the price. Indoor units are the same as outdoor units the door stays open all the time so what ever is outside can come inside as well. My Mattress got wet for a unit next to me from what I was told by the insurance company and they dont cover ground water lol what a joke...and theres a lot of charges they dont mention until your there signing papers....My advice stay away..

Theresa Burnham said we would have back gate access to unload 2 tractor trailers full of equipment into the 2 units we rented. When it came time to unload, she would no longer allow us to use that gate. We had to bring 60 pallets full of equipment in the front gate, having to punch in the code each time. The only reason we rented the space was to have the back gate access and that was denied for some reason. Not professional! Liars.

So two things have really ticked me off about this place: 1) I was given an end unit and moisture developed on the outside wall causing mold damage to my mattress that was leaned up against it. Cubesmart forces you to pay for insurance and it doesn't cover damage they created! Cubesmart basically told me too bad. 2) My price went up just a couple of months after renting the unit. The price went up almost $20 month for no reason. They just sent me a letter in the mail telling me it is going up. No reason listed. All in all there are better places to store your stuff and I am taking my business elsewhere.

What a place! Ms T Jackson is Awesome. She is really informative on all aspects of the property. Once when the property had a flood she called to let me know to come in and check my storage locker for damage, luckily everything was OK. Not the best place to go.... They advertise 24 hour access with gate security. But it's broken. They lock it up at night and you DONT have 24 hour access. When I moved in I noticed this and asked about it. I was told it was going to be fixed by the end of the week. 2 and a half weeks later... still not fixed. You don't get what you pay for here. Too many other paces to go to for the same price that can offer you a legitimate gate access. I would give them a 1 star however, they staff is really friendly. I know it's not their fault the owner or manager doesn't care about the gate. SO yeah, I paid for one month, and plan on going somewhere else after my time is up.

Angie at this location was extremely helpful with information regarding my storage needs. Once I met with her she was able to hold a reservation on the space I needed until I could provide her with my insurance required information. Then in her office assisted me with emailing her that information off my phone.

I've used storage units before. It may be on their site somewhere but it wasn't until we were there with the u-haul with our stuff that were asked: Will $11/month for monthly insurance be enough? What! It wasn't until I complained that they said that my home insurance should cover it but they needed the policy #. Right then. Right there. Like I carry that around with me. How many people just give in and pay the $11??

Dalton was excellent! I was moving from over an hour away out of state and had to leave my movers and go sign my paperwork for my unit. I was desperately trying to make it to the office before they closed. I got there at 5:57 and Dalton stayed a few minutes over to show me my unit, make sure it was right for me and explain the details. Both he and the other guy there were very nice. I am very pleased with CubeSmart's customer service as you don't usually see this kind of personal service at storage facilities. Keep up the good work!

Yesterday I had to make some changes Angie & your new trainee, Elaine Williams, truly were outstanding. In every way Angie helped so much in just making my day better. Wow. There are only 2 reviews for this location and they're both from FOUR years ago?! How is that even possible? Anyway, I own my own business so I know what customer service is supposed to be like and the customer service I received this past Saturday was only so-so. By that I mean it was both good and bad. Good - the manager was pleasant and friendly even though she wasn't helpful when she needed to be. Bad - they will SCAM you by making you pay for "renter's insurance" WITHOUT telling you beforehand that they are going to do it and then they will REFUSE to remove it from your bill even if you already HAVE renter's insurance (THIS is where the manager should have stepped up and made it right but didn't) because ONCE they charge you, they say that charges CAN NOT be removed - which we all know is ridiculous! Good - they have a moving truck you can rent for $10. Bad - you only get it for 4 hours and they only have one truck so you'll be lucky if you can even get it. Good - the truck is a 15' one so it's small enough to maneuver just about anywhere. Bad - the truck only gets 8 miles a gallon! Good - I'm supposedly getting a $20 rebate from another company for renting from CubeSmart. Bad - there was a $22 "admin" fee to rent my unit! So overall and ONLY because of the cheap rental truck, which is why I went there in the first place, I'm rating this business and location a 4. If I had been refunded the insurance charge like I should have been, I would have rated it a 5. But if I hadn't been able to get the truck the other day, then I would only have given them a 3 because then they would have been just like any other storage place because their rates aren't any lower than any other places in town.
