The blond lady working there was real buzy, there was a lot of people but she was so friendly and personable to everybody. We have been using this facility since 2019. The lady at office always look sad or gloomy. They are good in reminding you about not been late or you will get $22 late fees. Back in April 11th of 2022. I did an on line payment, however I was charged twice . I have been calling since that time up on till now. I have not be refunded, you called the place ,you can't talk to any one. I WANT MY REFUND BACK. THAT IS ALL I WANT BACK.

There was a break in this weekend at the Antioch Pike Facility in Nashville. The following morning 7:30 am when I went to my unit the front gate was open even though the office was closed. When I called today the person that assisted me confirmed there was a break in and then assured me the the perpetrators entered through a hole they cut in the fence and that they didn’t enter through the broken gate. When I asked when the gate would be repaired she said sometime later this week. There seemed to be absolutely no concern for security on her part.

The GM - Karen Daniel, was hands down the most pleasant and welcoming initial “upon arrival” meeting/greeting that I’ve had at any of the 3 Cube Smart locations I rent from currently. She catered to my specific needs and allowed me to make sure the items I needed to store would fit through the door of the unit before cancelling my entire reservation. Very seldom do you find amazing customer service anywhere nowadays, let alone as a self-storage location. I was beyond surprised to find the wonderfully helpful and amazingly personable staff at this CubeSmart. When I walked in, they welcomed me to the location, gave me some basic details, and didn't even cause a stink when I told them I had to leave to get my own lock. Alex's personality took away a lot of my fears about leaving my belongings in an outdoor storage unit. He reassured me that all would be well, that the property is gated and secured at all times, and that if I ever had any questions I could call and ask or stop by. Charlotte drove me around the property to look at various units that would work for me and my 800lb piano that I was bringing (I knew some of the units were elevated to avoid water damage) and she went from unit to unit looking for the perfect one- something I don't think any other place would do (they'd just give you one and tell you to deal with it.) Karen and Myara also made the booking process very easy- making sure I understood what was and wasn't covered, what level of insurance they recommend I get, and even some of the legal details that people glance over. Honestly, this is the 10th time I've moved in the last 6 years and every time I go to a CubeSmart I always regret the decision because the people act like they don't care. Not here. These beautiful people made the experience an enjoyable and took a huge burden off of the stress of moving. You all rock and I wish y'all the best. Future CubeSmart Antioch Pike renters...don't go anywhere else!

Storage parking space is not marked.Parking is in middle of traffic on both sides not the most secure. You are charged monthly (regardless)Insurrance not mentioned on web site only last minute charge. Had to ask for first month promo on website other wise not offered.When raining and using gate security system the roof drainage is pouring down next to you. We are going through an economic crisis and they won’t even entertain the idea of of helping their renters out with storage fees, giving them a grace period, or offering any help whatsoever. They are complete slum lords with no heart. They will rent to you and then up your rent whenever they see fit. Go elsewhere. They are heartless.

I only used the storage unit for a few months - in between moving - and they were incredibly accommodating and helpful! When I was out of the country I wasn't worried about my things at all due to the insurance options they had and how secure the property is - only one way in and out and a code necessary. The unit was over all pretty clean, just some insulation on the ceiling that could use a bit of an update - but otherwise well maintained. Only downside is that there isn't a dumpster on the premises but when something of mine broke they helped me out. Leiann was awesome, answered all our questions went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. I'd definitely use them again!

Had a problem with my Grandmother's belongings from her estate that had been in storage for a long time, even before Cubesmart. It was not a standard problem, but Karen helped me get it straightened out. I actually felt bad because of all she had to go through on my behalf. If I was the CEO of Cubesmart and it had been "Undercover Boss" Karen was so professional that at the end of the show when I called her into my office, I would have bought her a car and also paid off all of her student loans!

A million different ways to scam you out of money. They call you the day before to confirm the reservation, but forget to tell you you can't sign the lease without a lock (they of course can sell you one), you will have to show proof of insurance ( or you can pay for theirs), and they are two other fees that are not listed on your reservation. I am moving out soon and I am dreading what "fees" will magically appear.

Went in the other day to pay for my online storage reservation and Karen the general manager was super friendly and answered all the questions that I had. Very friendly staff I would definitely recommend this place! You can go in from 8-10 I think but you can have 24/7 access for an additional $15 a month which is still not bad!

This was a great experience top to bottom. Reserving online is easy but then it is up to the individual storage facility or satellite office to take over. I received a very nice call confirming when I'd be there to pick up. I knew it was close to their closing time but couldn't leave work early. Ended up missing when they were expecting me on Friday so I came on Saturday morning. The staff was working on some cleaning in the back when I arrived but had the will return clearly posted with a specific time so I grabbed a coffee and came back. Right on cue they had come back from the cleaning (buckets and materials in the cart) when they said they would be back. The rental process was smooth. I was showed to the unit by a very courteous employee and then placed the lock on the door. We went back to fill out the paperwork and I was out of there. The whole process took 20 minutes. Very thankful for the clear instructions on codes, hours, and overall access procedures.

I have used these guys 3 times over the last 2 years and you really couldn't ask for a more helpful crew, We broke an overhead light fixture and they happily accommodated me the next day, when I told them about it, at no charge. Customer service at this location is excellent. The people are excellent and worked with me to get my move accomplished in time. My only hang-up is the condition of my unit's door which is a little outdated and difficult to open/close. However, they are renovating and updating all of their units within the next year and shouldn't affect new patrons. Highly recommend this location.

Cubesmart on Antioch Pike was great and Brandon was incredibly easy to deal with. Everything was explained well. He was happy to help accommodate my needs. The free truck rental was a GREAT benefit! The only slight negative is that I had to purchase a secure luck from them after trying to supply my own. The latches on the door are too bulky for some locks to fit around. I am really nitpicking though.

This CubeSmart location exceeded my expectations! Office staff is very friendly. This was my first time renting a storage unit and they explained everything in understandable terms. We reserved a specific sized storage unit well in advance, and on the day we were told it would be available, there had been a mistake and they had reserved the wrong size unit for us, and this particular unit was far too small! They worked that mess out in about a day or two, and we received the coupon for free movers service. However, when we called the movers company, they informed us that the start or finish point for the move must be from our storage unit, or Cubesmart would not pay them for the moving service. Furthermore, the movers don't get paid if the person does not keep the storage unit for 3 months. If the person cancels before 3 months, the movers don't get paid; apparently Cubesmart only pays the moving company after 3 months are up. This seems far too risky for the moving company! Also, the location wasn't the most convenient for us, as we found out later, and we asked if we could transfer to a Cubesmart that is much closer to our new home, and they said no. Transferring would also result in forfeit of the movers coupon. The movers coupon is only good for about a month after you first rent the storage unit, too. I feel this "deal" for free movers is extremely misleading and there's a lot of fine print that no one tells you, plus they are treating that moving company horribly!
