HELL NO!! They will kick you off of auto-pay and charge you a $30 late fee. We were there since 2020 and ALWAYS been on Auto-pay. I guess they changed their system, not our fault. They didn't call us until the next payment was due... WHAT?? This went on for 3 mos. We moved out. Getting someone on the phone is IMPOSSIBLE and then it's not even to the actual office. F THIS PLACE. It gets broken into ALL THE TIME>. do not go here.

I recently returned to pick up the remainder of my belongings, only to find that my access code had been disabled, despite having paid for the entire month. To my surprise, the staff had discarded my remaining items and canceled my plan without my authorization. Thankfully, decided to switch to a local company, Stoner Creek Storage. They offer climate-controlled units and even provide restroom facilities on- site. My experience there has been a welcome contrast, with clear communication and reliable service.

We rented a storage unit at the Lebanon Pike location in Nashville Tn. The online process was smooth and easy. We are in another state and I had lots of questions. I spoke over the phone with Laura the manager multiple times. She was so pleasant and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions and told me to call anytime if I had additional questions. And I did. She gave outstanding customer service. Laura helped make a long distance decision so much easier.

Absolutely do not rent from this facility. While at our unit a man was spotted going into the climate controlled buildings. He did not appear to be moving in or out as he had no car or moving boxes in sight. This was then brought to Laura's, the resident manager, attention and she stated there was no issues with trespassing and/or a possibility a random man was spotted. Two days later the man was found in a unit in which he was living in full-time. At this point Laura was again notified and she stated she was aware he was living in the unit. It is illegal to take up residence in a storage unit. If this activity is found the individual is supposed to be removed immediately. If the facility is aware of the issue and does nothing they are also held accountable. Nothing has been done about the issue. Clearly suspicious activity is taking place at this facility.

Been at this facility a couple of times now. We won auctions. She’s never there. This day we waiting 30 minutes when we arrived at 2pm . We cleaned unit then we waited 20 minutes again at 3:45 when trying to get our deposit and leave. She walked somewhere.

Would give 0 stars if possible. My unit was broken into twice in less than a year. The door to the "climate controlled" units didn't latch properly even when they were told about it. The location has become shady with a homeless camp next to it. They kept increasing the price to where it was 3 times what I started paying when I got the unit. I found a cheaper safer company to store my belongings.

ZERO STARS. This place is run by thieves! They are beyond unprofessional and disrespectful! We moved all of our stuff out by the agreed upon date, I asked them TWO separate times if I needed to give formal notice or if there was anything else I needed to do upon closing my account, they said no but then I was still charged $114 (they are sneaky about uping your rate every 6-12 months) and when I called about it getting my money back four being chard for services I’m not using, the employee that answered the phone said they dont give refunds, proceeded to talk over me and tell me that it’s not their job to cancel autopay (on an account they closed in store!) and told me it was my fault and that it’s my job and that I should have known this and then proceeded to hang up on me.

The customer service was EXCELLENT. The manager at the 2825 Lebanon Pike, Nashville, TN 37214 location could not be better! She would call me if I accidentally left my unit unlocked and was BEYOND helpful with my departure process. The reason of the 5 rating is the constant price increases. At the time of my departure, I bill was almost twice my original rate. That is the main reason I stopped renting the space. You guys are too greedy with long-standing customers.

What an amazing experience! Kayla got me all squared away and I couldn't be happier! I had previously booked a "climate controlled" unit at Public Storage on Elm Hill but quickly realized that plywood can't be climate controlled. I normally dont do reviews but this warranted me taking the time to write this. I rented a space for a year and a half from CubeSmart and everything was fine UNTILit was time to move out. I inquired about my responsibility with the company and i was informed of some things that just didnt seem quite right. I asked for a copy of my lease and reviewed it and then begun to question what was informed to me. The young lady immediately begun to be short with her words and almost down right rude. She said that she had to help another customer that was locked out of there unit so she had to go(she didnt ask me to stay so she can address my issues, she just grabed her keys and walked out). I called customer service and the lady on the phone was extremely nice but wasnt able to help me answer my questions. She referred me to the district manager. The District Manager did call and leave me a message three days later, but when i called her back within an hour she never called me back again. I put this review on a survey i revieved from the company regarding my experience and was informed i would be notified of when it posts. Never got that notifications so i guess they dont want others to see what i said, immagine that. I always say that the true test is not how someone treats you when things are going right but how they put you at ease and support you when things are going wrong and this company FAILED in customer service. I will NEVER due business with them again based on this one experience. Way to many other options!

I’ve used this specific CubeSmart twice now in the past 6 years. The grounds and units are clean and the staff is always super helpful. Their access hours are convienent as I visit to add and retrieve items frequently over the course of the year. It’s really quite relieving to not have to worry about space or if my belongings are being taken care of!

This storage facility absolutely deserves a five star review. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we all know that moving and having to store your life in a box is no fun and very stressful, not to mention expensive at times. That leads me to my next compliment, this facility offers a free first month, so all I paid was $35 in total for the first month. I can't tell the world enough, this is definitely the place to go for all of your storage needs.

This was my first experience ever renting a storage unit. I was very pleased with the way Michelle handled everything. The facility is very clean and easily accessible. The only complaint I could make is that she didn't help me unload my 26-foot U-Haul. ;)

As a Regional Manager of a national company I have dealt with a number of storage facilities throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic states. I rank the Nashville CubeSmart facility on Lebanon Pike the very best of all. Nowhere else have I experienced a more pleasant and accommodating management staff that expresses sincere concern and interest in their customer's satisfaction. Probably THE most professional of my recent storage facility arrangements. It's located close to my home and very convenient. Excellent treatment from staff. I don't see how it could be any better, unless they were able to heat the interior of the golf cart we used getting from the office to the storage room. In Nashville, cold weather isn't around that long actually.

The staff at CubeSmart really went above and beyond to assist us in our move-in on Saturday. We're paying less than half of what we paid at our previous facility and the storage unit is 100% better! Highly recommend CubeSmart Self Storage on Lebanon Pike!
