It is a very well facility, but the price for a rental there is way too expensive. There are other storage units in Nashville that are just as nice or nicer and much less expensive. I am going to a storage unit on the outskirts of Nashville, with remote entry, as well maintained and for 1/3 the price.

Easy automated system for entry to cube. All units on first floor with dolly provided inside entrance to indoor units. One significant warning - the indoor unit we had required loading/unloading at very steep grade for access to the main entrance into the indoor facility.

Update 10/07/2023 This was a seem less process. From the initial renting, making payments, updating personal information as it changed, to the final day we left. All things were made easy through the app, phone calls and text updates. I never had to worry about the status of my account. Stopped in after a brief Google search and met with Kathy. She was able to help us out quickly and efficiently. The price was great and the service was excellent. So pleased with the storage choice we made.

Frequent price increases, 80% humidity in "climate controlled storage". Rot, mold, corrosion, loss of irreplaceable personal stuff... and when things went wrong, all they could offer was selling me a more expensive unit. Upon arrival (must have been 30 min maybe less after completing online rental) Everything was ready. Great instructions on how to enter the facility. The package containing the lock for my storage unit was precut for my benefit. The facility is very clean and organized. It is hidden in a nice neighborhood easily accessible from local hwy. Julie was super friendly and a joy to speak with. Great rates. I really can find no faults. Thank you for your service it is gratefully appreciated. Moving is never easy. I try to remind myself an ending is a new beginning in disguise.

Great until there was a meth fire. I'm wondering how often this location checked logs for frequent visits or did much to ensure the space was safe. Almost 3 weeks later, and we don't know whether our furniture, memorabilia, or other valuables are safe. The DM is not empathetic and now seems to reply to my calls with corporate emails. No offer for other space nor amends beyond "call your insurance company" to start claim. Crisis communication is clearly new to CubeSmart - I guess that's good, this must not happen often. But CubeSmart, this isn't going well - you could have made me a life-long fan and instead I'm just another angry customer.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE UNIT TO ANYONE! On July 4,2020, a fire started in one of the storage units due to one of their customers having a method lab in a unit. I was notified that the fire was in the same unit where I held my things. Please keep in mind that I have a full furnished apartment worth of things in my storage unit. Today is July 12th and they have yet to release any specific information about the damages that occurred in the unit. I have called several times during the week and have not received an update. I am ok with not being allowed in the unit. I understand that there was a massive fire and drugs were involved which complicates things even more. HOWEVER, the facility could have at least informed me of whether my unit was damaged by the fire. I am highly disappointed with the tardiness of this facility to get any information to the people who had a storage unit in the building that the fire was in. I have not been able to focus on anything due to the high levels of stress and anxiety this fire has caused. I’m looking at the possibility of having to start from scratch when I move. Yet, I still do not know anything a week later from the event. DO NOT CHOSE THIS FACILITY! UPDATE: It is Wednesday, July 22, 2020. I still have not been updated on the status of my storage unit. They have not allowed anyone to enter the storage building where the fire occurred. Their excuse was that the fire department and the police department has not allowed them to access the building. HOWEVER,the Nashville Fire Department and the Nashville Police Department verified that they allowed Cube Smart to access the building a Week ago when we called them! Cube Smart has not done anything to help the situation. I have talked to the district manager and I am still very disappointed and unsatisfied. I originally planned to move in the upcoming weeks. Unfortunately, I have to put everything on hold because I still do not know how much of my items were damaged by the fire from July 4, 2020. I could have Never imagined that something like this would happen and take this long to figure out! Do NOT chose this storage unit!!

UPDATE: We've been a customer of Cubesmart for nearly 2 years now and haven't had any issues. However, last week there was an explosion in our building from someone running a Meth Lab out of their container. We first received an email telling us that our unit was unaffected, and then a half hour later, a second email saying actually we WERE affected. It has now been 6 days since the incident, and Cubesmart can tell us NOTHING about if we have any belongings left, when we can come assess the damage, or if we need to move anything salvageable to a new location. They keep claiming that the "investigation is ongoing" but it's absurd to us that they have no basic information for their clients nearly a week later. We had the contents of nearly our entire life in this facility while building a new home, and the Cubesmart staff just falls back on the age old "sorry for your inconvenience." Would not recommend this facility.

We have been storing with Cubesmart on Robertson for a few years now and can’t imagine going anywhere else! Every unit has always been clean and the property is well taken care of by management. We rented a larger unit and worked with Julie and Justin on signing the lease and getting everything taken care of to start moving in the same day. They were so friendly and helpful. The process was quick and left me feeling excited to move furniture in, which is not usually a fun thing to do. I trust that my items are safe and I am excited to keep storing with Cubesmart into this next year!

I have rented up to 3 different storage units of various sizes over the last 4 years The on-site staff are always available and patrolling the property and the place is immaculate. I ask feel safer in the storage complex than I do walking about Charlotte pike area well lit and never an issue in 4 years. As a woman who enters units at different times and days I never have a concern. I especially like Julie and Anh who always look out for me - in fact calling me up when I have forgotten to lock my unit/s correctly which happens more than I care to admit They do the small stuff which makes a big difference and they don’t need my business because of the huge growth / demand in area , however they always provide consistent friendly service something I have not previously experienced and I have stored stuff For many years across many states ! I never write reviews however I really think this one is well deserved If you need storage this is the place to go!.

I'm the girl who uses Google Reviews for everything. My husband and I stopped in to CubeSmart and were met by Julie's smile. We explained what we were after, and what we had seen online and Julie was more than ready and willing to help us find the perfect unit. She was extremely helpful in finding us the right unit for our situation, without overselling or being pushy about a bigger unit than we needed. She made the rental process super quick and easy, and even gave us a military discount (we need the unit because we're a relocating military family). She was super understanding of our situation. The location is easy to find, appears to be a good area, and is easily accessible! Even when we no longer need the large unit we have now, I'm sure we will continue to rent a smaller unit from this place. If things change and there is a change in my review, I'll be sure to update. However, I don't see that happening!

The entire process of getting my unit was extremely easy. When I needed to push my move-in day back by a few days, CubeSmart was accommodating. I recently secured storage with Cube Smart on Robertson Road in Nashville for my daughter who is a college student there. The need was unexpected but because of the great service at Cube Smart the problem was solved within minutes. My daughter recommended Cube Smart, which I had never heard of. I got on their website via my phone, made a call and was quickly set up with an affordable, flexible and relatively convenient solution which we utilized later that day. I say "relatively convenient" because the facility is about 15-20 minutes away from the Vanderbilt and Belmont campuses, but it is right off I40 west of town and therefore convenient for us coming and going from Arkansas. The people on the phone and on site are very pleasant and helpful. The facility is clean and secure. The leases are month-to-month with a variety of unit sizes which is perfect for college student summer storage. I was very pleased with the overall experience.

Have been keeping our stuff here for 2+ years. Today we walked in at 5:29 (office closes at 5:30 on Saturdays), and Brandon was all smiles asking how he could help. When we realized we had forgot our keys he stayed 20 min later to help us out and even agreed to come back the next day despite the fact the office is usually closed. Brandon is super friendly and went out of his way to help us.

The new guy, from Memphis is the shiz-nit, for shizzle, dizzle, rizzle! Superb customer service, knowledgeable, also problem solving skills.
