Well, Today was my first day moving in the unit with a small amount of belongings for a 5*10 unit which I was very satisfied with. Angie had a great personality and made me feel welcome. Very enjoyable conversations that kept me smiling and laughing thru out my reservation. Now I see reviews about the cost going up well I tell you for the moment I am happy with the charge that was presented and allowed me to pay to move in. Top notch customer service here. They are very diligent in reaching out to customers. When I first joined they called me to welcome me, when I didn’t close my unit properly they called to inform me, recently there was some surface water in the hallway by my unit and they called to let me know. On top of the great customer service , the property is safe, secure, and clean.

They upped my storage rent (the exact same unit,) from an introductory rate of $84/mo, then it went to $99/mo. It was an introductory rate, so whatever. Then, they upped it to $122/mo, then $175/mo GOR THE SAME UNIT, AND NO COMMUNICATION OR CONSENT. Absolutely ridiculous, and highly unethical. The one star is mandatory, or I’d have rated them a -1,000.

Mother had a mini stroke so we were late getting the rest of the trash that was left. Was told no deposit back, then we came to clean it out anyway, thinking right thing to do. The woman didn't even speak to us and pulled up right beside us on a golf cart. Hubby tried to go in and apologize for being late and explain the situation and she literally threw the closed sign up and walked away from him. We've cleaned several units for this place without being tardy and being sure they were even blown out clean. Sad to see such a hateful person. Especially during one of the scariest weeks of our lives. We almost lost her and we thought being there by her BEDSIDE was more important. Won't be doing buisness here again

It’s very clean and nice but the person that is there on call on the 24 I was at the light right by the storage and yes I know it close at 10 pm but traveling so far and moving from one place to another plus the traffic is ridiculous it was 10:05 and someone stays upstairs above the office and we knocked and knocked, and no one answer but was there, so my Duaghter parked the U-Haul there and we left and got something to eat ! Came back and than the person was talking about towing the U-Haul of course my dDuaghter moved it. But I tryed to talked to the lady in her vehicle and she picked up her phone like she was taking our pictures didn’t even answer me when I let my window down and stuck my hand out the window. I don’t care for there workers there on brick church pike at all.

ZERO STARS Awful. Zero security. Somebody broke into our storage, we got robbed and we didn’t even hear a single “I’m sorry” from the front desk lady. The police went there and requested the camera footage but they haven’t sent it and probably never will. Theft at this place is probably common. RUN and find a better place. This is the WORST.

I like to share my experience at my current Storage facility for my company. We currently have a unit for rent at this location for our company and the experience with Effie the Manager has been less than horrible. On three occasions she has been dismissive, rude and when questioned concerning the policies and procedures she has told us to "Read our Lease" Not quite sure why she feels that she has the right to talk down to her customers, but, there is a definite problem with her attitude and self control. I will look for another storage unit just based on these three interactions with her, unless corporate addresses this concern immediately. In the mean time, I urge everyone looking for storage to look elsewhere. Horrible customer service skills!

This is the best Self Storage Center in Nashville. The people that work there are kind, considerate, patient and willing to help with any questions or concerns. ATTENTION ALL MILITARY PERSONEL. I am a disabled veteran 13year. This storage facility is the worst. I have been here about 9 years has changed ownership 4 times. Morning star is the worst and very disrespectful. lack of Integrity, morals and values. From the employee to store manager and district manager. The 800 customer service people are 3rd party will not provide you information on corporate nor how to get in touch with corperate. CS doesnt keep record of calls they say once a compliant is filed it disappears. No lights extremely dark at night time, gate does not close and has not closed in months. bathrooms no Hygiene paper, towel dispenser on the floor. Has changed ownership 4 times and gets worse every time CAUTION RENTAL AGREEMENT rates will increase without notice. If you read rental agreement everything in there favor. I think they act like pawn shop owners. ruthless i started years ago with one storage and ended up with two. I wanted to consolidate and organize. I also wanted to save money. The employee told me one rate. He said that i would have to pay an additional 158.00 move out by the 8th December i would get a prorated amount back with email correspondence from the facility from the two units into the one unit. I said okay. I killed myself moving and my knee swelled up the half the size of basketball to meet the 8th Deadline doing a little each day. i called them early the morning of the 9th and said i had moved totally out. I was then told a much higher rate. Yes needless to say i was very upset because number one they lied and i could of stayed in the two units for less. I then get a subsequent email after an email confirming the lower rate because the manager decided to honor. the manager changed his mind so after 9 years of paying on time with auto pay and 4 companies. I was told to vacate the property by January 1st and by the district manager told i would not get any refund and was very STERN about this. I HAVE CONTACTED AMEX forced to file a dispute. PLEASE I HAVE BEEN RECOGNIZED TO GIVE TRUEFULLY AND HONEST REVIEWS FROM GOOGLE. THIS APPLIES TO ALL MILITARY OR CIVILIAN DO NOT RENT HERE. YOU CAN FIND BETTER RENTS ELSEWARE AND CHEAPER. let us all show these business we are spending money for quality service and we dont get them then our words will be heard. COMPANIES LIKE THIS DO NO NEED TO BELONG IN BUSINESS. I will be contacting the McDill AFB as well. Business dont treat people like this. If you need long-term storage ( more than 1 year) do not come here. The prices increase so quickly that it should be illegal, but hey, this is FL. This location is really clean, the units are temperature controlled, and the employees are really nice, BUT this location changes management or ownership about 2x per year. It makes me crazy trying to keep up with automated payments, and who to pay for which month. The introductory prices are great, BUT they increase QUICKLY AND EXPONENTIALLY - in 2018 my unit was $49 per month with insurance. In 2022 the exact same unit with insurance is now $250 per month. Let me close with this: If you need a short-term solution this is great. BUT if you can't close your unit within a year you will be at an extreme economic disadvantage with absolutely no redress. Either you pay or lose your property. So if you use their services get in and out quickly! It would be great to own one though lol!

While the facility is good, I am very disappointed with its price increases. It was only 6 months ago that the storage cost increased by $20 a month. Now, the price increased again by $40 a month. It is over 30% increase in less than a year. It is very unreasonable. A week ago, I sent am e-mail to management asking about the price increase but so far no reply.

I have rented at this particular location for over 5 years. In that time the facility has changed owner ship three times. I have maintained the same lock and key. The key itself is a barrel lock key with a plastic end that attaches to the key ring. Apparently the metal of the key doesn’t go all the way up through the plastic/key ring making it not secure key. I locked the unit and walked away. Not realizing until the next day that my key was missing. The plastic part remained on my key ring leaving the actual key part that unlocks the lock in the lock. Realizing this I thought maybe it pulled out in my lock at the unit. I went to the unit to see and the door was closed and there was no key in the lock. Figuring I lost it elsewhere I left and looked elsewhere. The management office was closed at the time for help with getting into my unit. Knowing I needed to get into my unit I returned to the office the next day and let the manager on duty know the problem. I purchased a new lock and keys and was told she would be able to drill the other lock out and put the new lock in. It wasn’t until I came back after all that was completed and opened my unit that noticed that my unit wasn’t how I left it. Things had been moved and gone through. The only thing I noticed that was missing was a Katana 360 crossbow. I told the manger etc and made a police report. Everything seemed fine and not damaged until I opened the unit. Realizing this I knew what happened.

I rented a 10x15 unit and was given a unit that has a portion cut out in the front for other use. So while the front of the unit should be 10 Across, it is about six across and then it goes about four feet deep until you get to the portion of the unit that is 10 across. Only the right wall is 15’feet long. The left wall is somewhere around 10’feet long due to the cut out area. Therefore this unit is much smaller than advertised. Additionally, due to this layout, light does not make it to the left side of the unit. So you can really see in any of the boxes there without a flashlight. This unit should have been advertised for its correct square cottage and should be less expensive than a 10x 15. Also due to their no contact checkin there was no one available to possibly get me a different unit. So I had to move everything into a unit that is smaller than advertised with no light and no option to change it. I would now have to hire movers to switch units.

Robin is awesome! I really appreciate her honest business in helping us rent the right size storage rather than upsell us to something we didn’t need. She helped us find the best deal and made our move in super easy. The units are clean and the building is easy to get around. They have carts and elevators and climate control. The building is secure with keypads at the elevators, doors and gates. It’s in a central location. I’m sure our stuff is safe here.

The manager is very kind and super friendly. Talked to me and explained everything I needed to know, helping to get me a 5x5 in a day. The facility looks clean and is usually pretty deserted giving some privacy on top of security.

Moved from Staten Island down here and absolutely love it. Finding a place secure and clean wasn't that easy to find coming from New York storage sites. This is by far the cleanest, professional storage facility I have ever come across. The young lady Nenuchka I talk to on the phone walked me through how the facility works and when I got there showed how secure and clean it was. The cleanliness wasn't what sold me to this site, it was the young lady energy, professionalism and winning attitude don't get to much of that up north! Definitely recommend this location!

Reasonable prices, clean, and secure. Richard, the maintenance technician, is a jack of all trades. This guy is awesome and can help you in most issues you may have. Cleanest public bathrooms you will find in the area. My only issue is the increase in price. After 3 months my monthly rent increased from $184 to $216. If the increase occurred after 12 months I wouldn't complain. Otherwise, it's a pretty good storage facility and the ladies at the front desk are extremely helpful as well.

The Cube Smart on Fort Campbell Blvd in Clarksville TN. Hands down as one of the best Storage facilities I have used. They are super clean. I don’t have to worry about bugs or rodents. Extremely unfriendly manager. What kind of a company bills your credit card and then invoices you 2 weeks later? This one. This kind of laziness I could overlook. But what happens when the invoice is less than the amount billed by $30? And never an explanation sent? Finally, when phone calls were consistently not returned, I wasted my time to stop in and get the unfriendly manager. $30 to put one item in the dumpster. Such is life. If the corporate office hadn't been so lazy in their invoicing, all this could have been avoided. For the manager to tell me that they can bill whatever they want to my credit card is ridiculous. So be warned, it is my opinion that it is not safe to leave a credit card on file here. Rent here, but certainly don't trust them with your company credit card, imho.

They have switched managment three times since I have had them. The old managment was actually cared about pleasing the customer and the prices were outstanding. This new managment can only say sorry there is nothing we can do and the prices are outrageous. You can not change your due date once in place and their renters insurance is 25 dollars regardless if you want it or not. Just a heads up.

This was the worst experience with storage facility, I was told on the very first day I reserved and paid first payment on my unit that ALL units were climate controlled “”NOT””.. I had my furniture moved in on the 28th of April and quoted price fir a 15x20 unit 198.00 and now as of October 3 I was told after being there 5months that my price was going up $35 more dollars and could keep going up every 3 months based on the unit size ...??????????straight bull s...t!!!!.... if I had known it was NOT CLIMATE CONTROL I would never moved my belongings in there AT ALL!!!!

I was able to get the unit I wanted right away at a good price. It is easy to load with the carts and elevators with parking my car by the door. The staff is friendly amd knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with my unit and the feeling of security for my belongings. I do wish the access times were a little longer but overall i would definitely recommend them.

I don’t know what the inside storage is like at this place but the outside storage it’s not a great place if you want to have nice things. I was using this location to store my boat and every time I would go pick it up I would find cigarette butts beer cans takeout food and whatever else the neighboring tenants would leave on my boat and trailer. It was never like that under the old management. I expressed my concerns to the new management and was told they have no control over it. It is because of this I chose to take my boat elsewhere. And after multiple times telling them I was no longer going to use their storage facility and not to bill me for the following month lo and behold I was billed.Because I did not budget for this additional billing this location has charged my account and forced me into a negative balance with my bank. I was told charges would be reversed and I’ve yet to see anything from them. Buyer beware

Troy was great. He explained all the sizes inside the building and outside, what were the differences, and explained to me the special going at the time which just happened to be the unit I needed. Showed it to me before I committed. I was very pleased. Troy was a big help. The place is clean and we'll maintained. Outside I seen, rv's, boats, food trucks and all sorts of vehicles being securely. Although the hours are normal, u can have access from 6am-10pm. Which is real helpful when moving in or out! My unit was in excellent condition and clean. I had a really positive experience and Troy was very polite, informative, and helpful. Always smiling! The only reason for 4 stars instead of five is because, they prices are just slightly higher than most other storage facilities.

Easy to rent and good service. Clean units, and good security. Only issue is that I went back to load my unit after dark, and a man was parked in a car passed out in front of my unit, clearly living in the gated area. Units themselves are safe and secure, but because of the part of town it's in, I wouldn't go back after dark.

Worst customer service. I arrived in person for a quote and the lady at the desk never even looked up to acknowledge my presence. When I asked her the price she spoke in a dismissive tone and still did not look up from her computer. There was no explanation about the facility. After a few moments of awkward silence, I left the office. Will not recommend to anyone...very disappointed in this location.

Affordable is the only good thing I can say about this entire place. Don't expect an email reminder or any kind of notification about your bill because they don't do it. Don't expect the vending machines on site to work because they don't. And all these reviews about excellent customer service are garbage. Every time I have gone Debbie has been by far the rudest person I have met in my life. I have even heard her recommend to customers to not waste the money on a storage unit and she will call someone that will pick up everything and donate their belongings. She is clearly miserable and hates her job. I loathe every time I have to walk into that office. Highly recommend online bill pay just to avoid that woman.

Both ladies at the front desk were very nice and professional. They made renting the space I reserved a breeze. The only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is on the website the space I reserved said it was a drive up outside storage space which is what I wanted. It's actually in a short enclosed hallway. The problem is it's very dark inside even in the daytime. An actual outside space would allow me to have light at least during the day.

About 9 months ago I decided to move to Tampa and after doing a bunch of research on storage places I decided on SSCOA for one main reason - her name is Deb. She was so patient in explaining every detail and her attitude is simply the absolute best. She takes a personal interest in you and actually knows her customers. What an asset to the company! But I must add that the actual units are fantastic too. The ease to get in and out, the cleanliness and organization is outstanding and go ahead and look but I doubt you'll find a better price. Thank you Deb and SSCOA for keeping my stuff safe and for simply being so nice.

I had a better experience after I received a larger unit. Initially when I ordered the unit I was told they didn't have what I wanted but when I got there they had several. It was explained to me I would be called if a larger unit became available but I never received a call. The ladies that were in the office were exceptional and I appreciate that they went above and beyond!

A year ago, without being prepared, I came across a great deal but needed a place to store it quickly. The Self Storage Center of America was the right location, but I didn’t have time to research storage unit pricing for the area. Taking a chance, I entered the office area and meet the kindness person. Her name is Debbie and she made me feel assured her property has the size and security at a rate that matched my budget. Debbie was right on target and she continuously provides assistance to help me and everyone who rents from her. On many occasions when I visit the site, I find Debbie onsite walking the property with Alonzo and watching over everyone’s items as if it is her own. I am happy to have Debbie as my landlord and I hope she will continue to be blessed by her management for the care she has for her customers. The friends that I send to rent from her all say good things about Debbie and how well she operates the storage unit business.

This storage place is great! Debbie, the main lady to go to, in the office. She's nothing short of a character with her loud, in your face personality, but she is always willing to help you. She's a great person. For the storage units, they're always clean. I've used this self storage twice and each time the units and the grounds are well taken care of. They do have climate control units, which is great. They're not located in a bad area but, they do have security. You have to enter a code to get in the building and they have 24/7 surveillance. That's how much they want to make sure stuff is safe. All around they're a great company. I would recommend them to any and everyone.

Working with Cindi Greathouse at CubeSmart located on Brick Church Pike in Nashville was a pleasure. Cindi was very helpful in getting us set up with two 15' x 25' storage units, long distance from Florida. We plan to store all of our household goods there while we look for a new home to purchase in the areas of Tennessee North of Nashville. The facility is clean and well maintained. I am happy with the cleanliness of the facility and expertise of the staff. My only recommendation for others looking to secure new space...double-check the actual dimensions of the storage space in question. I paid for and expected a space that was advertised as 8' x 25' and after moving in and finding that the measured items did not "fit," I measured and found it to be 7' x 23 1/2'. That's 33 square feet (17%) less than the 200 square feet for which I paid and expected. Now, in defense of the management, they were quick to point out that there is a clause in the contract that states dimensions may be different than advertised, but when the differences are so much off, I feel it bears being said to potential customers beforehand.

Very helpful, courteous, clean friendly team. We had driven 936 miles the day before so we were very tired and had a 16 foot truck to unload and only 3 people to do it. They took the time to show us the individual spaces after realizing the space I originally rented was too small. While unloading they came around about 3 times checking on us and offering us cold water. I would recommend this storage space. They were great to us!

Convenient other than that nothing I called to let them know I will be late on my payment an when I went to put my bed frame in the unit they locked me out. When I got there I asked the manager there if they was going to lock me out why not tell me when I called instead of waiting for me to come to my unit and can't get in? All she said was it's company policy. Then I asked her where in the paper is it company policy show me and she wouldn't and asked me to leave. I don't understand this is my first month being late and I get locked out and I called in advance to let them know and this is how I'm treated. So when I pay my balance I'm removing all my belongings and going else where because it wasn't like I wad hiding or trying to get my things out of my unit. She clearly seen that I was putting something in the unit and wouldn't let me in!!!
