Updated: You will see my original review below It was solely based upon the customer service I received upfront. That part remains true. My problem with this place is after a month of my belongings being there, I found several ROACHES in my furniture. ??Hiding in my plastic that I had around my furniture, and all throughout the storage ubit. MY COUCH SMELLED LIKE BUG SPRAY and had roaches in it. That is unacceptable! I had to leave my couch behind because I wasn't taking any nasty bugs home. I will never use this location again!! ORIGINAL REVIEW Most storage places give the basic rundown and leave you to you it. But my experience here was above expectations. I had the privilege of being serviced by Shalania. This woman was professional, kind, and very informative!! Every time I come to check my things, when she is there, she always goes our of her way to greet me overall a great experience!

We shopped around a little but CubeSmart had the best locations (see all the locations in Nashville!) and great prices (30% under the competition) and this is very important: friendly staff. Cathy Osborne, our rep, won us over and has our loyalty here on out. She helped us pick out a unit, was very flexible when we then wanted to upgrade that unit, carefully explained all the entrance/exit procedures, and caught that our renters insurance did not provide coverage. The only issues I had with CubeSmart is that everything I went to the facility my passcode was changed. I had to call out go into the office, if it was open, to access my things. Secondly, my rate went from like $99 to 130. For the space I had that's ridiculous. On a good note, no break-ins that I know of. Lastly, I probably could've called and gotten some kind of discount... Maybe. All in all, ??

Wonderful & Helpful We rented a unit for our daughter for the summer months (while her school dorms were closed). The staff was very helpful and professional. The facility has security gates & cameras, and fencing surrounding the storage grounds. Our daughter felt safe going to her unit at different hours of the day. I would recommend CubeSmart to everyone who needs a great storage center while in Nashville.

Excellent customer service & thoroughly informative regarding the policies. Clean, manicured property at a convenient location. I would have loved to give 4 stars but I just started my rental this week so I have to see how they handle ongoing relationships along w/the fact that the storage is pretty pricey for a 5 X 5 unit but, they have an awesome first month discount rate! A 5 star review cannot be determined by me until I have completed my contract. I hope this helps any interested in renting storage space from CubeSmart. Spearit~

My experience was delightful to say the most - I arrived at my cube smart location after a long day at work tired and frustrated my mood was somber and a little depressed about all the up side down things happening in my life - but that changed in two minutes after being at my Cube Smart we have a FANTASTIC guy name Ronnie that lights up your entire day, he puts a spin on making you happy - he is very knowledge about the best offers and deals at cube smart - he listen to your particular situation and then give you great suggestions on what would work best for you - he also suggest surrounding diners and activities and shopping places you might be interested in and then after all of that he goes far beyond the job duties and sends you a thank you card by mail that not only made my day but it made my entire week - its like someone letting you know that you do count - great service with a smile is still here - when society needs it the most - so if you would like to have a happy day with a smile on you face - drop in and see Ronnie he is a wonderful person and I'm glad he is at our Cube Smart Bordeaux.

Everything inside of storage unit molded. All furniture and children's clothes lost. Had purchased insurance through them also, however, when I reviewed what was covered of course mold was not. Only options given were to pay and lose everything or not pay and lose everything and have them come after me for payments for letting my stuff mold.

Ms. Felicia and Ms. Holli made our initial visit incredibly easy and comfortable. They were very friendly and helped a great deal to accomodate our needs. We rented one size, realized after we began to pack that it wasn't nearly large enough. They worked with us to secure a larger unit with ABSOLUTELY no trouble or problems whatsoever. Really appreciate them.
