Once inside I was greeted with the most pleasantly welcome from the young lady and upon my surprise I was having a bad day and this young lady was the sweetest and before I knew it was in a good mood. Fast and easy to get setup, pay, and have the unit available same day. However, unit was not 5x5 sq ft as advertised. We measured it with a tape measure at about 18 sq ft. Store Manager helped move us to another unit on the first floor, which was great , but it wasn't a 5x5 either. It appears this size unit is actually smaller than advertised. For now it works, and was offered at a reasonable price, so that's why I rated a 4 out of 5.

The facility was clean, clean, clean! Also, I loved the location of the facility (about 15-20 minutes from my daughter's school), the security features of the facility, there was always plenty of wheeled carts available to transport items to/from the storage unit and easy access in/out of the facility. All of my daughter's belongings were exactly as we left them. We will definitely be renting from Cube Smart again next summer!!

service and facility was great - which is why I’m being nice with 2 stars. but be careful before you sign a lease they will likely scam you. rent started out at $45 a month and they raised it to $176/mo. insanity. no inflation should raise rent by that much. I read this in the terms (that rent increases could happen) but had no idea how high they would make it. be careful.

Cathy is a really great help at this location. Access was easy, they gave me 1 month free, and all my things were kept safe. The fact that units are inside the building gave me a lot of peace of mind. They also kept one key on site for me (optional) in case something happened to my key while gone. My CubeSmart experience began with a quick call to check if they had a small storage unit available and find out what the cost would be. The lady on the phone promptly replied, took my info and let the staff at the location know we’d be arriving soon. Carolina and Katy were so wonderful to work with on-site! It only took 5-10 minutes to finish up the account, and they walked us to the unit. Easy-peasy! We were able to make two trips to load items into the unit and the loading carts they provide were very much appreciated.
