The facilities are nice and clean. Including the front office, parking lot, and facilities. The prices are competitive as well. However, the best part of my experience was working with Cynthia! She was very friendly and thorough. She took time to make sure I had what I needed and that everything was explained. I never felt like I was being pushed into anything or hurried. She was friendly and my 5 year old even enjoyed being there! Great job all the way around!

My experience with this business was terrific. We needed a place to park our boat and trailer while we arranged for a slip. Cynthia was extremely helpful in finding the perfect space and was always there to let us know if anything needed attention. Thanks again so much. The staff are absolutely wonderful. They worked with me and was able to get me in on my schedule. They were always very friendly and caring. The only reason I moved my stuff out was with the rate increase, it became a little bit unaffordable for me for the amount of items I actually had in storage. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends though.

Manager was awesome . Professional but nice . Not wild about the $29.00 administration fee. But it was a one time thing . Can't give a five star because my rv is not actually there yet but the size of the space is already better than last storage and closer to where I live. Not sure I like the making you buy insurance ( on your stored contents ) if you don't have any . But I do so that was dropped.... Something things have a corporate ring to it. But....Nice facility though.

Great storage facility as long as you don't have a job hours of 10 to 3 are extremely hard when you have to work so keep those hours in mind when renting and then even with those hours you have to even get them to come into the office and then that makes it that much harder to rent from them

The company I work for has had a storage room here for over a year and they are awesome! I love the manager, she is THE best but the facilities are always super clean. They offer many different sizes of storage rooms. They offer pull ups and non/&climate controlled. The location is easily accessible and the prices are very reasonable! I will always recommend this storage facility to anyone!

Outdoor storage is decent, even good. The staff is so rigid in their rules that they have lost humanity and the personal touch. Without the human touch at a store or with a vendor you have to ask yourself many questions. Guess this is why so many spaces empty
