Excellent Facility and Excellent Personnel! We moved from Austin to Tennessee and I needed a place to store four bedrooms worth of items until we can find a home we like. I reached out to Bee Safe Storage and I worked with T and Lynn at the Spring Hill location and both of them were amazing to work with. They held a 10x25 unit for me which was perfect for the items I had moved here. The facility itself is immaculate and clean and easy to access. Highly recommend this location!

The manager, Lynn, is amazing. The Spring Hill location of Bee Safe Storage is immaculately clean, and so carefully tended. The manager is very nice and goes out of her way to be helpful. Couldn't ask for more as far as personnel are concerned. The facility though, is a bit dimly lit for my taste. It's certainly not so dim as to be impractical - I just prefer brightly lit interiors. Especially in storage facilities, where there's often a horror movie ready to start up in one's imagination. Additionally, the owners decided to con their customers out of an additional $15 by using doors with those proprietary cylinder locks. Rather than doors that accept any padlock on the market. They add the cost of the lock into their administration fee, rather than explicitly charging you for it. Such locks are very easy to quietly drill out, so I don't like them from a security perspective either.

This location is excellent. Lynn is a great manager and I enjoy working with her. 3 stars due to Cubesmart policies. They are too aggressive with the frequency and amount of rent increases. They also really push protection policies that cost too much for too little coverage. I just emptied a Cubesmart locker back in Texas because of 2 rent increases in a year for a total of 43%. Inflation has turned to greedily testing people's boundaries. We just want stability. Great location but beware of corporate policies that really squeeze you.

I'd checked with a few other storage units in Spring Hill, TN before coming to Bee Safe Storage and I regret wasting my time. Not only was I able to get a GREAT price for my storage unit but I was also able to get one on the 1ST FLOOR! The sales associate, Lynn ( I can't remember her last name but I know it starts with a "W") was amazing! She was super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and she had great conversations/stories. I could listen to her talk for hours. I am very happy with my decision to use Bee Safe and I am telling my friends to do the same. 10/10 would recommend to Everyone!

The facilities are well-located (by WalMart), extremely clean, and fairly priced even for the XL units. It honestly looks brand new! Great cameras and security, climate controlled, month to month leases, and the loading area is accessible with double doors and an elevator. Super easy online reservation and simple booking. Due to my large family and my job I have used multiple storage facilities throughout Tennessee and other parts of the country. My experience with “Bee Safe Storage” has been my best yet. The manager of my units (I have three) Julie has been nothing but incredible. She even helped me move items from my storage truck into my units during an emergent situation. Now that’s incredible! Lynn, who is Julie’s superior, has also been very helpful and supportive as well. I cannot recommend them more highly. They are the best storage facility that I have worked with over the last 20 years. Customer service has been great. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The ability to borrow their rental truck has come in very handy on multiple occasions. Our experience with Bee Safe has been awesome. Rental process and paperwork was quick and easy. Love that they have a moving truck to use, It has come in very handy over my last few moves.

Best storage around. I've rented from others and they are dirty and they don't keep things fixed if need be. Also the rest room (which may not be to import) is always spotless. Some of the other nearby places bathrooms look like a ghetto gas station ones. The staff here is also great and friendly not like some I've dealt with at other places. One downside is the lighting inside the rented space which I was able to deal with by adding two battery powered motion sensor led flood lights. Overall this is without a doubt the best storage facility I've rented from.

Julie and Lynn were truly outstanding, helping with our reservation before moving to TN and finalizing everything upon arrival. Our storage unit is conveniently located and clean. The price is very reasonable and the storage facility itself seems very secure. We also appreciated being able to use the Bee Safe moving truck on our moving day!

So far so good! I’ve been renting here for just over 6 months and the facility is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a storage unit. The grounds are clean and high tech. Prices are reasonable and the employees are accessible, helpful and knowledgable. Could not recommend more!

If you have to rent storage in Spring Hill don't waste your time going anywhere else! Julie helped us set up everything and the storage facility is clean and easy to use. Prices are not only reasonable but comparable to other facilities and there are multiple entrance doors for quick access to various units. Customer service was great! Moving is already stressful enough without the stress of realizing that your new house isn’t ready before you have to be out of your old one. The ladies made this transition so very smooth. They called to check on me and my family. The unit is clean. They even have a truck that they let you borrow for FREE (ish) for 4 hours. (Gas not included and you have to leave a deposit.)

Bee Safe Storage is a superior storage facility in Spring Hill,TN. It is new, clean, safe, and very easy to rent a unit. We were able to get the size unit and location that made moving less stressful. The building is all climate controlled with a constant temperature of 78 degrees. Lynn, the manager, is friendly and helpful. If you have storage needs this is the best Spring Hill has to offer! Highly recommend!
