I can’t say enough good things about Stephanie, who works the front. My family and I recently sold our house and needed multiple storage units during our transition. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and flexible throughout the entire process. She provided us with fantastic rates that were significantly cheaper than many competitors around town. I love the CubeSmart. Everyone I’ve spoke with is super nice & helpful & they also have a little rolling cart that comes in handy to load boxes onto & just roll it to your unit. Also Dave is super helpful, so I actually got a small 5x10 storage & by the next month I needed to upgrade to a bigger one & he just made it super easy to do that. I definitely recommend the CubeSmart in Alvin! They made my experience a great one thank y’all so much!! And they’re very affordable too!!

I’d love to give zero stars. Paid for a month and never got to move in. Ceiling was falling in and AC was out. They had another unit exactly like the one rented and refused to allow us to have that unit. Claimed they fixed the ceiling but never truly did. If renting online beware!

I visited the Alvin Tx location to see if I could prepay my storage for 12 months. Angela helped me, took my payment, printed and emailed my receipt and was especially professional yet personal. I love that I was given such good customer service, which is hard to come by in 2024. She didnt rush, answered my questions, and treated me as a VIP. TY for hiring such nice and smart lady. I love my unit, too, and the "kept neat" grounds area is exceptional.

My husband and I got a storage space here yesterday and Angela was working there for the day. She usually works the Santa Fe location. She was so sweet, and patient with us. I am glad we are renting a space from a place that has nice people working there. That is rare in today’s society so I really appreciate that. A few months ago I ended up losing my job due to layoffs, after that my phone broke and I lost access to most of my accounts. I was scared that I would lose my storage unit and by losing the unit, lose several important items I kept there, many of which are keepsakes. The people at fairway however didn't auction everything away and have given me extra time to pay off my balance. They helped me when I was at my lowest. This company really cares about their customers, you are not just a name and a paycheck to them. I will be recommending them to everyone I know
