I needed a storage immediately due to the tropical storm. I couldn't get my belongings to Ingleside on the bay due to flooding. Janice at cube smart took care of what I needed and was very friendly. My first month is free. Reasonable prices and friendly staff it's a no brainer where you need to go to store your stuff.

The place itself is great, really need to upgrade their "climate control" and make it big enough to actually cool the storage building. As soon as I walk into the building I'm sweating 5 minutes later. Prices steadily increase so it should be covered.

I reserved my unit online. When I stopped at the office to make sure, I was given the unit number and a tour. I went back the next day with my paperwork and paid a one time fee. I got my exclusive gait code and was ready to move in. My first moth is free. Access is easy and has good turn around room.

I’ve always heard horrible things about this place. My poor elderly mother just had the worst experience there with the staff. She was very upset at how they handled business and answering her questions. My mom can handle herself, however, I don’t like to see her being treated in a rude manner.

I have a unit at cube smart in Aransas Pass and Darlene is amazing she took care of me just incredibly if you live in the Ingleside Aransas Pass Rockport area stop by CubeSmart and get yourself a climate controlled unit or a outside unit they really take care of their people they really do! so if you’re looking for unit, cube smart is the way to go and Darlene is the person to speak to!

We’ve been will cubesmart well over a year and decided to do auto pay well a while back we had to get a new card, I had my husband call and switch info because not only do we have valuables in our storage but sentimentals as well. We are told that they cut our lock and they have already taken pictures for auction, my husband told them he spoke to an older man well they know exactly who we were talking about because apparently he was off so they couldn’t ask him about it. I’m livid !! Would not even recommend a one star !!!

I wish I could give negative 5 stars to this location and the manager that just used foul language and told me "it's not my fault" that he refused entry to an 81 years old who had medical supplies in the storage during a federal emergency/disaster. My company sent a check to the company listed on the dba. Then he says well no, we will never get it. He then claims he told me that but he did NOT or I wouldn't have set it up to send to him. As a business and personal customer, I will never use them and will tell this story to everyone who thinks it is a good company.

I only give it a 3 and thats kinda being nice because when my husband rented it we didn't put anything in it for a couple of weeks and the white hair man locked us out and told my husband he needed to pay again then i go a month later to pay on it 2 months in a roll to pay on it and it was the days its due and the same man charged me late fees now whats up with that i will not ever use them again until they get there stuff together and i don't know even then and i know almost everyone in all the towns including this one and i just saying but yea i wouldn't use this place
