Let’s be clear about storage. It’s a business. I give this context because I’m about to DESTROY the competition down the street on another review. And that’s why I’m at Cube (frmly Public Storage). Yes. Prices will go up. That’s just what it is. But in my time at this location, prices have been fair. I’ve never been disrespected. The people, ESPECIALLY Deneen, have been AMAZING and KIND. The climate control part is really good. The outside units are also nice and like all outside things have a few bugs but you can control that yourself. If I don’t get GAUGED like I did down the street, I’ll remain a customer here forever as need arises. Oh. And it’s super safe, even after dark.

I rented here for 3 years & paid them over $14000. The company my husband was working for closed its doors with No Notice.They tried to auction my storage. I had been communicating with them about my rent. They said I had until November 21st. Thank God I called on November 21st to pay because they were auctioning off my storage. The guy was there to buy my storage. They also raised my rent 4 times in 1 year. Don't rent here!! Deneen was great always a big help. Her supervisor is greedy, money hungry & has NO sympathy. What comes around goes around.

I admit the technology needs few tweaks as they bought out the previous owners and I had difficulty getting my new lease signed so I had to go up to the office. However, the security cameras are all working now and Deneen, the lady in the office was very helpful and kind. Looks to me like they are addressing the security concerns from the past and trying to make things better! I applaud those efforts and I know they are trying to fix the technology with some tweaks as well. Progress is a marathon, not a sprint...I believe they are headed In the right direction!

incoming long story… But the short version first… this facility is honestly the better of the three that we looked at in the Arlington area… I would absolutely go with this location simply because of one the organization, to the cleanliness, three the staff and their willingness to help and work with you on your situation. D is absolutely incredible at making sure you're taken care of... and her husband is incredibly nice too. I had to make some last-minute changes which often end with higher fees and more difficult difficult people and situations that I otherwise just do not want to have to deal with… It turns out that I needed a location that support a 72 foot semi truck to come in and unload… we searched around looking for a place that could support this and lo and behold… This place came through. not only where we told that it's been recently taken over by Public Storage but that the security system and the folks here focus heavily on making sure that people aren't being nefarious and ridiculous and taking advantage of people… The camera systems are throughout the facility and the owners of the property do not mess around… I needed someone to be there to open the storage unit as a favor because I had to fly out of town when the movers would arrive was able to be available and her husband also was available to help out… It turns out that on Moving day I had six people there to help with moving 300 ft.³ of property and somehow the Lord just makes things work out… I was worried for nothing. If you're looking for a storage unit I would go here. Pricing is reasonable and the first month is frankly I didn't have anything in the unit for almost 2 weeks I'll do a new review once I work on this later for 100 bucks a month I'm pretty satisfied… Important note if you've been reading this far along… Get renters insurance to cover your storage unit and make sure that the underwriting firm will cover a rental unit… I didn't go for the Orange door service for $15 a month because I've already paid my premium and there's no point in spending an extra $15 when I paid 200 for coverage of much more than just the storage unit for 12 months.

What's started as a negative experience from trying to take the time off to come back to Texas to get our belongings, Elton managed to turn into a 5-star experience he's the most dedicated hard-working employee this company has, he has shown it by the quality of service he gives you. I got the call the day before my birthday that our unit was broken into not the kind of news you wanna hear when you're 2 weeks shy of going to collect your items and bring them home. Elton has been a gem to us by making sure that every bit of our needs have been met and has helped us in every way possible. Elton explained the insurance claim process to us and helped us fill out the form. 174 storage units including mine were burglarized here and we lost thousands of dollars in belongings. Zero security at this site, no cameras, no nothing. Oh, and they still charged everyone for the full month of rent even though this happened on 12/6/23. No refunds and they don't cover anything over $2500 in insurance. No bueno. Find another facility. These guys are con artists! Go ahead and let them ruin your life here when you rent from them. Your choice.

Unsecure facility. 174 units broken into and renters informed 2 evenings later. They also won’t tell you but a few renters have 24/7 access to this 6am-10pm facility. If you want security and communication, please look elsewhere. Staff is great though. Edit: I have already spoken with the corporate number as of yesterday evening. I left my name and number and requested a call back which I was told would happen. As of now, I have not received that call back.

The management is very rude came up to me as we were leaving at 9:58 after helping and elderly couple from our church move a unit to another unit so there units would be next to each other saying that we would be locked in that we had to call a number to get out as im trying to go and put the code in after me and my friend locked their units up for them we had already moved our cars to the front cause we thought we could go through the pedestrian gate if we didn't get out by 10 but they said we couldn't leave and were talking to us stalling so we would have to call a number and pay to get out we wernt even paid to move the stuff we were just helpping them out and they were so rude to us

Deceptive business practices. We leased a unit and verbally told the individual on duty that we would only be leasing the unit for a month. That employee DID NOT inform us that their contract had a clause requiring 10 days notice in writing. Our purpose in telling the business representative that we would only have a 1 month lease was to ensure the company had notice and we were not corrected by the employee. We turned the unit over 3 days early and only then were informed that we would be charged an extra months rent because of the "in writing" clause. Edit (3 months after initial review): Attempted contact as requested by the owner with no response, however, we were also not charged as was threatened, so I have adjusted the review.

Now that I’ve rented a storage here for a couple years it’s one star. Not only has it change ownership 3 times. Been broke into numerous times. Door repair people damaged property in my unit. Never got handled. Rent raised constantly. Never got an update they changed ownership just got a late payment notification from a company I had never heard of. This place is a joke at best

I was able to do the entire process online which made it extremely convenient. Once I digitally signed my documents they they sent me the unit number, front gate code and placed the lock/keys in the unit. We started moving items in, we found the unit completely clean and ready move stuff in. It was a very stress free experience other than the Texas heat!

After 17 years I am moving back to Arlington in ~2 weeks and needed a storage unit for my household items until I buy a house. Natasha was very friendly, helpful and professional with assisting me in signing up for a 10X20 unit. She took everything over the phone then emailed documents to sign online. She was also very patient with me as I worked to get the additional insurance information. If I could give her more stars I would. As another reviewer stated this place is brand new having opened just a few months ago. (It's one of those four letter months that start with a "J".) Of course as I am still living in Washington state I have not seen the facility in person but IMHO the pictures do a good job conveying the look and feel of the property.

Very professional to work with. We were assisted during COVID-19 closures and were able to speak to the team and look at unit of our choice. We were able to set up direct payments and even was provided insurance to reassure us if anything was ever to happen to our stuff.
