Inside allow The homeless to do drugs to drink in the front of their property. And it's so sad because yesterday someone just died in the front there on their property. This property needs to get their stuff together. It is very sad I don't recommend the storage to no one.

This is the second incident for us at this facility--our old camper was stored there and was broken into. The management is not taking steps to secure this facility. DO NOT USE IT.

The worst experience ever! right after signing up and setting up auto pay the system didn't auto charge my first payment, and I received a past due notice just a couple of days after the due date. I called and spoke with Monique. She updated whatever was wrong with their system, and apologized for the mistake. their mistake, not mine!! I was charged and she said auto pay should be fine from now on. A couple of days after I went to my storage unit and just my luck it was a fairly urgent item I needed to get out of my unit, and to my surprise they changed my lock and disabled the gate code. not only I had no access to my things, I was stuck inside unable to open the gate to leave for over two hours!! there was no way to reach anyone from all the phone numbers online and on property. Words cant describe how frustrating and infuriating it was. I couldn't get my things and couldn't get out. Their system messed up and didn't charge me and they changed the lock a couple of days after without a notice, a warning, nothing. and it was their incompetence and terrible system, its not that I didn't pay! just terrible people. Extremely unprofessional and disregard for their clients! Changing the lock without calling, emailing, notifying!?!? I wouldn't deal with CubeSmart. Stay away!!

DO NOT RENT STORAGE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR STUFF STOLEN. Two men in a black chevy silverado USED A CODE to get in and take my travel trailer on May 31st. I did not discover this until I made my pre-setup visit on June 25th. Their max insurance payout is 2k, which is a total ripoff (and mandatory to pay each month). The person in charge kept having typos, so the incorrect amount was sent originally so I was expecting more. The storage place refuses to accept any responsibility, even THEIR code was the one used to get in. No attempts to find out who based on the code and description and car and time they took the camper based on security cameras, so don't expect that to help you either. I did everything I could to make sure my camper was secure, even without having a 'secure entry' at the storage place. Never renting with cubesmart ever again. EDIT TO REPLY TO CUBESMART RESPONSE: I already did that whole thing and nothing was done by customer service other than to pay out the tiniest insurance claim that barely covered what I paid into for storage and "mandatory" storage insurance. Seems like Cubesmart should be at fault here. But I guess we'll see...

Onsite management team quickly responded to questions in a friendly informative fashion. We were compelled to move because large segments of the Austin community and our Condo Association were not following CDC guidelines. Our condo association experienced people coming over the wall and breaking into cars (on video with audio). These same people destroyed the community mail box system twice. Strangers started using the pool of our gated property. Items were stolen out of our garage while my wife was unloading groceries from her car. After deciding to retreat to our second home, we also decided to move our storage locker which contained business files. Sad decision after the years of positive service by the management of CubeSmart. Great management, great company.

He was always pleasant, well informed, and helpful. As I am a senior citizen, I would be proud to know , if he were my son, that he conducted always in such professional and friendly. These are outdoor storage units Rented a space back in October, asked if they flood because how onion creek can get. Was told no flooding due to their location. Moved in with alright rates. Put our things in there no problems. Went to get some things out on a rainy day. Found that water does flood in from side unit and another place. Also water seeps in from roof as well. Tried to file a claim at their insurance you have to get. Was denied l. Told it’s all surface water. Which coming from roof/ceiling is not surface water. Some things are now ruined and can’t be replaced. This is poor storage unit quality and I suggest you don’t store here to avoid having things get ruined too.

This location is absolutely awesome! The prices you see are truly the prices you get, and their customer service is impeccable. Not only did the manager, Gilbert, take his time explaining everything in great detail, he allowed us to view multiple units to ensure our items would fit. He also provided us with extra discount options, that weren't advertised. I've had issues in the past with other storage companies and always left feeling unsure. This time was vastly different. Following the recent flood we needed extra storage space and found it at CubeSmart. The personnel were very friendly and helpful, even providing first-aid when I injured my arm. Thank you so much for your courtesy.

Totally painless getting 2 storage units to house the remainder of my belongings post-flood. Friendly and attentive and understanding office personnel .

I initially went to the CubeSmart on Pleasant Valley looking for an RV parking spot. They didn´t have a decent one but they kindly looked up the inventory over at William Cannon CubeSmart and sent me over there. At the WC CubeSmart I met with a very pleasant and competent Jazmine who found me a perfect parking spot. I could not be more pleased, especially with the price which was nearly half that of other places. While there I noticed the place was super clean and had been newly renovated. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who asks.
