I've had a unit here before cube smart took over needles to say rent here has easily tripled .. for some reason we pay more to have a climate controled unit I don't see how lately it's been cooler outside then it has been inside !! What's the point in paying so much when it's cooler outside .. numerous of complaints to the staff I guess aslong as they stay cool in the office that's what matters ??

You sent me back-to-back requests for a review, so I’ll give back-to-back reviews. Space I paid for is SUPPOSED TO BE 10 20 feet. IT’S NOT! It’s 10 x 10 — HALF the space I paid for. Manager at S Pleasant Valley Road location won’t even come look at the space, just keeps repeating that “ the computer says it’s 10 x 20.” I would go elsewhere but my movers are already at the site and it’s raining. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Your inability to accept insurance digitally caused me an unnecessary convenience. You tried selling me the insurance you provide, instead I went to the library 5 min away and printed my insurance. The worst part was when you scanned my physical copies into your system after I provided them to you. There should be a way to submit our digital copies online. The lady working the front was alright, it just seems like a deficiency in your systems.

Felipa and UB were great store managers. I rented a unit with them for 6-months. I had no issues with my move in & move out process. I had a temperature controlled unit and there was no mold or moisture to be seen. If you’re looking for a storage unit, rent here!

The elevator is broken and while I understand they can’t fix it themselves, they can and absolutely should offer discounts. I’ve had to pay for an extra month because I can’t get my stuff out fast enough using the stairs. I’m 8 months pregnant, if I knew the elevator was broken I’d obviously have gone somewhere else. Sam is the man! I came in as a walk in for a storage unit. I asked Sam if he could show me a few units, both indoor and outdoor. He was able to help me right away. Sam was happy to show me the units, give me pricing, and honored the online pricing as there was a promotion going on. We went in the office and he set everything up for me, got me on autopay, and wrote down all the details to get me access right away. A painless and easy process. Sam was a pleasant person to interact with and seemed happy to assist. A great experience overall. Facility and units are clean, kept swept, and seem well maintained. There are cameras and gated access for security. Price is very good for what you get compared to the storage facilities around. I had a confrontation with another customer that made me feel unsafe going back to that certain CubeSmart location. I explained my situation to the employee working at that sight and she was so helpful and understanding. I was given my refund for that location and was able to get a unit at another CubeSmart location that was closer to me without any problems. The manager even threw in a free unit lock for my troubles. My issue was in no way Cube Smart's employee's problem but they made sure they took care of me. Great customer service at both locations!

I closed my rental after finding a place to move into, and I tell you although I left oweing for a few days, the manager UB and his assistant were always friendly and professional. I would definitely use their facility in the future if I find myself in need of storage. Highly recommended not only for their all around professional service, but they are not quick to throw a lock on your unit if you are a few days late like some storage places who contract out with auction websites to profit off of your misfortune.

I used this facility for two years while traveling the world. I was surprised how many times I needed to reach out to them for something I hadn't thought of and they were always so efficient in addressing the problem and finding a solution for me. I'm not used to storage facilities being experts in customer care but they really are amazing at showing care and helping in any way they can as efficiently as possible. The storage space itself is clean, easy to access, secure and temperature controlled. I highly recommend this place.

ABSOLUTE AWESOME SAUCE beginning to end. I’ve moved 8 times in the past 5 years and this is by far been my best experience with a storage unit facility. It was CLEAN, safe, and the staff is beyond friendly and professional... Even offered to help me move some stuff into my unit when they saw me unloading myself. I accidentally paid for a month longer than I had intended, and they reversed the payment (which is SO nice seeing that moving is such an expense as it is.) I would have expected to have taken the L at most other places with my accidental overpayment. Shoutout to UB and Gabe over there. I will definitely only be using CubeSmart in the future. Top notch.

Great customer service, very friendly, patient and accommodating. For those who have never rented before, here are some things you need to know. Locks are not provided. You can add $18 for this. Or use your own. Administrative fee that is not advertised in the sale price online. Add another $24. You have to have insurance. BOOM! Another $12. I had Home owners so I dodged this fee. Use 2 locks on your unit to TRY (emphasis on try) and keep other people or the property from locking your stuff with one of their own. (Won’t be a problem if you’re responsible with on time payments) The nice $48 advertised promotion price came out to $95.22 for 5x10 unit for one month.

I've been using a storage unit at this facility for over two years. It is invariably clean and well-maintained. There are push-carts to help move things in and out of my unit and the office staff are friendly and helpful. I have an interior unit on the 2nd floor and was concerned about having to use an elevator to access my unit, but it hasn't been a problem. I seldom need to wait for someone else also using the elevator.

The lower 3 star review is because of the rather sly and somewhat sketchy system they have to get another $12/month out of each costumer. When you get there they quickly glaze over the fact that you will be paying $12/month for insurance. If you say you don't want the insurance... they tell you that it isn't optional. If it isn't optional - then include it in the original price that we see online as customers, otherwise your promotional pricing is really false advertising. You think you're getting your unit for $90/month but really the total will be $102/month. This may seem minor to some but i see it as a dishonest practice.

I've called this location multiple times, sent a message/review to their online customer support staff and cancelled my reservation on January 21st via sparefoot where I booked the reservation in the first place. Yet it's Feb 25th and just received another bill for this month despite jumping through this many hoops with a clean locker and now my e-mails are not going through because of server issues.

This location is great and the staff is super friendly, professional and helpful. One of the managers at the location, UB, was so kind That when I explained to him that I was going to assemble palets for shipping in my storage and I was worried about the size of the doors, he took the time to go and measure the unit door, the main door and even the elevator to make sure that I was going to be able to move the palets without a problem. He totally went that extra mile, and every time I see him around he is super nice, offering to help and making sure that everything is going well. Totally recommended!!

We have had only great experiences with the people of this location. Specially with UB Cortez. He is an amazing manager, he helped me to obtain the best deal I could and solving my problems I was having related to the amount of space I needed for storage. I love how courteous and attentive have been in this location always making sure that I have a great experience when I have to talk to them.

Super friendly staff. Reasonable rates and right around the corner from my place. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is bc the driveway slopes down so much that it is impossible to keep a dolly next to the car without it rolling a way. I guess building that place on a hill wasn't the greatest move.

We went to this place upon recommendation from a friend who had rented from the facility previously. The manager UB was great to us! Still is even though we go in there every few months to get our gate code because we forget it. This young man is always friendly, courteous, and ready to assist with a smile on his face! Love the customer service we receive everytime we come in and the grounds are clean and that's what we like, no trash or furniture left behind.

Another CubeSmart on Riverside Drive actually helped me find the type storage unit I wanted at Pleasant Valley site, and reserved it for me a week ahead. The two women and one man in that office were all very friendly and helpful. At the Pleasant Valley site, I have dealt primarily with Will, the newest manager. Both Will and U B, the resident manager, have been pleasant, informed, and responsive. I've told several friends how impressed I am with the employees at each of these two locations.

I recently upgraded my storage unit at CubeSmart to a larger unit. UB was great at finding me a larger unit to meet my needs and he made the change seemless and very pleasant CubeSmart at Pleasant Valley is the place to go if you need a storage unit, very clean and safe and UB the manager is a great guy.
