Manager is terrible. I still have storage units that I pay for at this location that are well over $225/month, and I plan on closing them ASAP. I just closed one of my other storage units. I was told by that manager the area/territory manager would call me- never did. If that's not bad enough, on B2 there's seems to be homeless people living on that floor. Avoid.

The guy who helped me out, Andre, was professional, organized and thorough in his work. Andre answered all my questions professionally and pleasantly. This is a well managed and an extremely well run facility. The prices are very decent, the place is clean, and it's barely any distance from the parking lot up to the units

This facility is at high risk for break-ins. One month after moving in, a thief broke into my unit and stole 2 guitars among other things. Left a big hole in the ceiling of my unit which management neglected to repair for 6 months, meanwhile raising my rent to add salt to the wound. Don’t risk your stuff at Cubesmart. Edit: They act like they care but I had to hound them 10+ times to repair my unit, and at one point they even lied to me and said it was fixed when it wasn’t! Totally negligent management.

The salesman, Andre, did a real good job. I had been to other storage, They either would like about their advertising or pricing would change would change and they would ask you to trust them months later they would fix it. I was right across the street on Lamar in Austin TX looking at their website where they had units available. Then when I got there they said they didn't have any available. I was dragged there by a fake website, Jacks storage ( doesn't exist), claim a low rent for their space, hoping you would give up looking and use their overpriced units to storages in that area. I'm glad I made the right choice. Thanks CubeSmart.

Outstanding overall experience (management, facility, security, cleanliness). The building is very new, 5 stories high, extra clean and secure, with a fresh scent in the air conditioning, very impressive! It had available all types of storage unit sizes I was looking to compare. After 6 months of storing my things there, when i went to move out, there was no sign of dust after this long period. What is more impressive is the management, Angela and gen mgr Andre, , very professional, friendly, extremely helpful and caring, patiently showing me all the available sizes and units on the higher floor that I was interested in. Angela also made the renting process very easy. I also had a good impression when I first called the listed Google number and initially talked to the sales representative (Luis) that very thoroughly, clearly and knowledgeably explained the options for my storage needs and highlighted the good existing promotions. I then went to the facility and Angela helped me to rent the unit right away. The move out process was also extremely easy and friendly, Andre helped me very professionally. Very convenient parking just by the elevators entrance(s). I strongly recommend this place.

Everything went pretty smoothly. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I thought I had a reservations for the 3rd floor but ended up being put in the basement. The only thing wrong was they didn't tell me the combination to the green lock on the locker and the office closed as I went to the unit. Luckily I was able to reach the customer service center and they gave me the combination.

No staff or washrooms on Sunday. Deceiving advertising offering first month free but not actually honoring it in the contract. Storage unit had a pillar inside which cut off a significant amount of the 5x5 stall that I rented. The only redeem quality was how easy the initial instruction package was.

The building is immaculate. The ease of use is delightful. The check in and out process gratifying. But, it is the staff, Frances and Stewart, who are not only responsible for these three areas, but for all customer interaction. They were so pleasant that I found myself stopping in the office just to say "Hi" and converse for a few minutes each time I visited my unit. Stuart and Francis were both extremely friendly and helpful throughout our experience, it made the disastrous move we were going through a lot more bearable. There was always equipment available for us to move our things in and out, and when there were no dollies left on our side of the building Stuart went to get one for us from the other side. Francis was very friendly over the phone and in person, and was very helpful getting the account open. Both observed social distancing guidelines and we never felt unsafe while moving our stuff in or out.

The facilities are pristine, the prices are super reasonable given unit size & location, and the staff has been nothing short of wonderful to me! They were able to get me into a unit the next day after applying online (could've gotten me same day if I had signed up during business hours), took the time to walk me through how to use the elevators/locks/etc, and were super patient when my movers and I had to make multiple unexpected same day trips (and they also immediately ran back to my unit to close it after I realized I drove off without doing so :p). All in all, amazing place & would definitely recommend!

He truly wanted to help me find a solution even though they were not to accommodate my needs. Even though I didn't rent from him this time, my experience with CubeSmart and specifically Rob will make this location my first option next time.

I highly recommend this place for your storage needs. Sal was very professional, took great care of me, and answered all my questions. This place is extremely clean and has security cameras placed inside to make sure your stuff is safe. They have great deals and the prices are more than fair. Now quit reading this review and go get a storage unit from my man Sal!

Salvador was extremely helpful. The building is new and the unit was very clean. There are elevators on both sides of the building with convenient parking near them.

Salvador is incredibly helpful! I loved this CubeSmart location — the cleanliness and quick, friendly customer service was an addition to my boyfriend and I’s positive experience! This place is amazing. The facility is clean & well-lit, all doors + elevators function smoothly, there's plenty of space to unload even a 20' U-Haul, with wide hallways & doorways, etc. Definitely a top notch storage place, I don't think there's anything I would ask for differently. With it being virtually downtown, I thought parking the moving truck might be difficult, but this turned out not to be an issue. There's plenty of covered parking, so you can load/unload even in the rain. I think the price is very competitive given how top-notch the facility is and the central location. Also, the GM Rob is outstanding, and he went above and beyond to ensure that I would be able to complete my move that day and not end up stranded with a U-Haul full of stuff and no where to put it. I cannot thank him enough! Thank you Rob and the CubeSmart Self Storage family!

Salvador was so polite and helpful! The units are clean and new, with plenty of covered parking by the front doors. We came on a rainy day and all of our things stayed dry as we unloaded them. Really nice facility!

Rob was so helpful in finding the right size unit for me and felt my pain that the online representation of the units was completely off. The building is clean and secure with cameras and easy access until 10pm everyday.
