DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you value your possessions, then choose another location. This property has multiple thefts monthly, and the management is slow to act, underperformed their duties, and offer zero assistance navigating through a loss. With many other local storage options, I highly recommend that people do their research. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Store at your own risk.... this facility is a hot spot for thieves. We have had multiple break-ins across multiple units, including a trailer, $20k+ in tools, personal equipment, etc all that was stolen. The security system is a joke. Store things here at your own risk...

To be honest I've rented a lot of storage units over the past decade or so and the experience is always lacking and the people that work at most storage rental places are all the same for the most part, being dull or just not very passionate about what they do unfortunately. Well today was a new day because not only did I come across someone who is anything but dull BUT who is genuinely passionate not only about her job, but about making sure the customers needs are met and really going that extra mile to help out and make sure I'm happy customer! Kristen is a wonderful and funny person who I hope to do business again with in the future! I wish all the employees were as energetic and knowledgeable as she is, this place is lucky to have her if you ask me. Thanks so much for all your help Kristen hope u have a happy new year! If I could give NO stars I would ! When you pay for a storage facility you expect your items to be safe. My motorcycle trailer was stolen and they were charging me rent even thought my trailer was stolen . They have no video footage! I was informed by a VERY reliable source that they have had multiple thefts! Why wasnt anyone notified that there had been issues? Why am I paying for storage when they make no effort to protect my trailer? Why was there no communication? Do not store anything here! They have issues!!!

My new enclosed trailer was broken into here and then a year later was stolen in broad daylight from this place. I had multiple locks on the trailer. Video was of such low quality and completely unhelpful to the police even though the license plate of the truck that stole it would have been easily readable if the cameras were of half decent quality. It’s obvious that people cruise into this place all the time the browse for what they want to take. No one checks on the fact that they are not actual paying customers. While reporting the theft to the sheriff he told me that they are called out constantly to this place. The manager said when I reported the theft to him that “yeah, we recommend people put wheel locks on everything”. Recommend to who? I had been there for a long time and no notice was ever sent to me to say that they recommend that. If theft is a big issue you let your current clients know about it so they can do what’s necessary to better protect their stuff AND take additional steps to better secure the facility itself….unless you are in the mindset of keeping it quiet so as to protect your bottom line - which is ironic since not doing those things kills your bottom line. When I replace my trailer I will not be storing it here.

Horrible! We were burglarized twice in 3 months! After first theft they stated they were installing cameras. 100’s of units & we Saw one camera. Thieves broke into several units both times. Manager says thieves come in at 6:30pm when no workers & no security. Easy pickings for the thieves! Stay away from this dump!

Gate is broken. Someone stolen over 40k worth of watercraft using and angle grinder, at 2am on 7/13. How’s this possible if the gates shuts at 10pm? It doesn’t. They’ve known about the gate for some time (they told me after the fact) but failed to tell their customers. Drive by on 7/17 and still not fixed. Beware. Also their video is very poor quality. We have video of the thieves driving out with my trailer but too grainy to use. Thieves are driving through to see what is in there. No wheel lock, trailer lock is going to stop a thief with angle grinder and all the time in the world. Also, staff somewhat unhelpful. Called district manager twice, no response. Basically failing to do their job, even the minimum.

Our trailer was stolen in broad daylight from this facility. The staff was unreachable on the weekend when we discovered it, and wasn’t even apologetic that it happened. I do hope the cameras they claim to have caught something.

We kept an RV here for only 3 months before it was stolen. Turns out, we weren’t the first in the past few weeks and no communications were sent out about it so that you could check on your stuff. Do not recommend at all.

We have used this storage facility for many years and would not move if someone paid us to go somewhere else! This location's site is managed by a gentleman that goes by the name of JB, and his attentive service goes well beyond the call of duty. JB keeps a close eye on your property and will notify you immediately of anything that doesn't look right! Recently JB saved us from a loss of property by letting us know our unit was not secured properly and placing a lock on the door until we got there! Just the best of the best in service and peace of mind!

I was a customer for 3 years and a very happy one. The new management is great! The manager is the best; JB is very responsive and helpful and friendly. One time he helped me out an immediate storage pinch and got me fixed up quick. He watches my locker closely and is always onprem during business hours, including weekend and always available via email or phone. My locker was near Lake Travis which is so convenient. You can't go wrong with StorQuest. The only downside is turning left onto 620 during rush hour. :)

Stay away from this place. In the past 2 years there have been multiple incidences of theft. The property manager claimed there had been none, but there have been many. We have the reports. Our 16ft trailer and all my husbands work tools were stolen from this property this month. It was stolen after hours when the gate should have been locked . The gate was not locked because it was broken. No one notified us of any crime. No one notified us the gate was broken. It is all on video. They will not take any responsibility for a faulty gate causing all our stuff to be stolen. They raise rent almost monthly, yet they do not tell customers of crime increase or broken gates. We pay rent for our stuff to be secure with gates working. How can they charge rent, but not fix things! Stay away from here unless you want to take a chance of your stuff being stolen and them throwing their lease agreement in your face to protect themselves. It’s awful!

Very unique storage park with storage units and covered RV storage as well as open boat storage spaces. Beautiful park-like setting. Super convenient location off Hwy 620 and entrance gate open till 11pm . JB is always professional and great to work with. Email receipts and a great peace of mind.

The posted name of this place is "Texas Storage Park." As of March 2022, it is under new management, but nothing else seems to have changed.. It's a great place to store large vehicles including recreational vehicles. However they will get really dusty, and there is very little shade.
