Nice, clean, climate controlled facility. Security coded entry. You can pull a truck/ uhaul right into the building to load and unload. Carts and elevator make it easy to get your stuff from the truck to your unit. Security cameras inside the building. I felt safe and I knew my stuff was safely secured.

Lighting is very POOR. For at least two years now every time I visit one of the doors is out of order. This is a huge problem at this location often resulting in getting trapped and having to wait to get other renters to move their vehicle before I can exit.

Mr Larry was very helpful in every aspect of the Term of customer service. The overhead door for incoming traffic that has the drive up keypad has been disabled for months and months. The situation has become ridiculous. I dont care why and I dont think most of the other tennants care either. It just needs to be fixed and soon. Forcing everone to use the outgoing door for entry and exit and having plywood screwed to the door frame compromises security and climate control. It also does not help when the walk in door key pads are not working from time to time. No one likes paying for a product or service, especially at premium prices and then being taken for granted. Fix the door and i would score the facility at 4 stars.

The manager is nice and all but in the 4 months I have been there the overhead door to drive in through the building has been broken about 3 of those months, if not more. I can't blame them for being sick of fixing a door that people keep breaking but I'm paying $486/mo for a drive up spot that I can barely use. Not to mention that the only working overhead door is left open a lot, making the building not climate controlled. Now they send me a notice that the rent is going up another $40 per month. Why should I pay more when I'm not getting the service I'm already paying for. FIX YOUR DOORS! Install cameras and make the people that damage the door pay for it. Stop charging me more to pay for other people messing up the doors. I would not recommend cube smart any more.

Extremely nice staff, very clean and secure. I appreciate their helpfulness and kind attitudes. However, I'll be leaving my unit after only a few months. I moved in and have enjoyed a great internet deal, but just received notice of a rate increase. There is no contract so they are certainly within their rights to raise rates at any time but, in my opinion, it is curious to offer a great deal and then change rates so quickly.

Great place to store excess stuff. Horrible prices if you end up over a week late. I was one month late and they tried to charge me 3x what the unit was worth. But that's a given at any storage building imo. As far as employees go they are very friendly and helpful. Just sucks the corporate part has to ruin a good experience. I feel the people that actually work there would have worked with me to keep my unit.

The elevator in the loading bay area has been broken for months the entire time we have rented a unit here. It is also nearly impossible to find any rolling carts and no dolly’s for moving larger items. Walk around the entire facility that is empty of all other tenants and you only find one. Management doesn't seem to notice or care. Same issues no resolutions. Too busy if a facility for this type of neglect. They raised The prices every other month and the facility only became worse.

By far the best experience I have ever had while having to renting a storage unit. The general manager, Matt Asplund, and his team, always went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of while we were there. If it was opening a door while I was coming in with a loaded cart, getting us a nice cold water, or just there to make sure our storage experience was going well. Just a great group of folks up there and they run a top-notch operation. We rented a temp controlled storage unit on the second floor and the temp and lighting was perfect. They also have great quality moving supplies that hold up very well during the move, and they are priced right too! Keep up the great work, Matt, and CubeSmart!! 10 STAR OPERATION!

The doors never work. And when you show up before it closes the temporary doors that are supposed to be open are closed. Leaving you no way to get in. So not only is your secure, climate controlled unit just open to everybody and everything, you cant get your stuff.

I’m using the one in BURLESON Texas. It’s Nice simply due to being inside however it would be nice if all of the bay doors operated at all and/or properly. The bathroom doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned since it opened and they MAKE you carry insurance. That should not be forced, it’s my choice if I want to protect my stuff or not. I feel like it’s way over priced for these units, (especially due to all I mentioned above). Will be moving all of my stuff within the month.

I've had a wonderful experience here! I was able to easily reserve a unit online, and then was helped out by Matt on the day of move in. He was very professional and personable. He made the experience stand out from what you would expect. The facility itself is nice, safe, and clean. I only just obtained my storage yesterday, but the process was quick n simple. First month free is a sweet deal, only one thing. The administration fee is 24$, and the receipt claims this is the only amount you need at signing. However, you are required a minimum of at least 12$ more for insurance on the unit. Clarity would be great from the start. I believe transparency is key. Hoping this is the only surprise I'll encounter, the process of storing the past couple of days has been pleasant and smooth.

Matt the manager goes way beyond the call of duty to help his customers. He is outstanding. Sydney is exceptionally helpful as well. Too bad I can only award 5 Stars.

Someone broke the entry doors on this building so anyone can gain access. They've been broken for 2 months+! I would expect a repair next day from a business this large. On top of that they are much pricier than the competition. I left when they wouldn't fix the door and got a climate controlled storage TWICE the size for HALF the price WITH free use of a large moving truck, half off first months rent, a free item from their store and a $10 starbucks card. Much better customer service from the on site managers as well. I would look elsewhere. Also CubeSmarts rooms tend to be smaller than what you pay for once you measure them yourself.

Great storage place! Everything is super clean, it's climate controlled, your stuff is insured, it's protected by security doors, and the guy at the front desk is super awesome and will work with you to find you the right deals and storage space that you need.

I can tell you personally that the general manager, Matthew Asplund provided me with grade A customer service and made me feel at ease...but most of all he made me feel important and took care of my needs in a prompt manner.

WONDERFUL! As an independent woman, safety is a top priority. This facility is secure; I enter my "code," drive into the storage facility itself, park in a spacious area and the door closes behind me. I use one of their free, easily-accessed carts to unload or load. Even "second-floor" controlled climate storage is easy to use via the elevator! The folks I've dealt with are professional and courteous, always being helpful. My "collectibles" are safe in this clean, climate-controlled environment which makes my children, who will inherit them, happy! When done, the opposite door to the first large door opens and I leave a happy customer!

Super friendly staff! It was quick and easy to reserve my unit online. I went to the storage building and was impressed by the service and the building itself. I have a second floor unit but there is elevator access to make moving much faster. They also provide carts to load your items on to roll to your unit which is great because you don’t have to worry about carrying heavy boxes. I also loved that I can park in the building like a garage and it closes to keep my car and items safe. Great prices as well!

All storage is inside a building & climate controlled, you drive in & unload, rolling dollies provided. Be aware they charge a mandatory insurance fee on top of rent, but if you have home owners insurance it's covered.

Excellent business! Super friendly and helpful people who work here. The building is always clean inside and out with 24 hour access. It is right across from the Police Department which makes it feel a little more secure.

The units are nice and the staff helpful, but the other renters are inconsiderate idiots who either block the access driveway, or just straight-out run their vehicles into the entrance door, breaking it and leaving just the one exit for cars to get in and out, which then ends up getting blocked too.

Cathy the "general manager", was so helpful in helping us in every step of renting a unit and answered every question we had. She made us feel very secure in putting our belonging in their storage unit. We recommend them to anyone needing to use a storage unit. And everything is very clean.

For the price this place is great! You actually driver your car inside, use the elevator, along with the provided dollies that are located at their facility to load or unload your items. It is also climate controlled which is great with this HOT TEXAS weather. The two ladies in the front office gave me great customer service as well. I would recommend this place before any other facility.

I love this facility not only due to the cleanliness and upkeep and the digital security... But the staff is OOOOHHHMMMAAZZZIIINNGG! ESPECIALLY ONE MEMBER WHO HAS GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR HER CUSTOMERS ! The facility and people were fantastic. I was, however, disappointed to learn that CubeSmart does not refund any part of your payment if you vacate the unit early. I was paid-up until the 22nd of the month, and was totally out of the unit on the 3rd, but I was told the lease states there is no refund/proration. CubeSmart should change that policy. Otherwise, I was very satisfied.

We recently changed from a traditional outside storage facility to Cubesmart in Burleson. We are very happy. The rooms are clean and well lit and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. It's also nice that there are bathrooms on each floor.
