Place is cool. It just sucks how they increase their prices unjustifiably. What sucks more is how a new company can come in and change up stuff not to the benefit of the customer. Our insurance coverage was cut severely but that price sure wasn’t. Furthermore people had their units broken into, the doors have malfunctioned on several occasions, and slow to fix them.

Cube Smart on Luna Rd in Carrollton was well maintained however the code box to the entrance gate is filthy. I used a napkin to prevent touching it with my bare hand. The rent kept increasing although new customers got specials and the best rates. There is no loyalty to existing customers. The facility is too dark inside. One day there was no light at all. It was uncomfortable entering alone. I moved my items to a well lit storage. I feel safer.

Hi All -- Had a storage unit in a dark, dingy building and I just had to get the heck out of there. So I went looking for a new location and came upon (Store 5092) CubeSmart on Luna just north of Valley View. Wow! What a great find. The structure was fresh, clean, bright and welcoming. Stopped in the office and I was immediately impressed with the C.S. Rep, Monica. What a slice of sunshine she is. Monica was extremely helpful in determining the size I needed, clearly explained the pricing options available and answered all my questions. They have reasonable price-points, I couldn't resist, I immediately signed for the unit. I knew I was making the right decision. And I couldn't be more happier with my decision. Upon my first load in Monica even met us at the door to offer assistance! Doesn't get any better than that when it comes to customer service. She has a great personality and is always ready to help in any way she can. Monica gets Five Gold Stars! At this point, I treasure her friendship. As I continued moving into my unit, I met Chris, the location Manager. He's also a great guy to engage with. Friendly, helpful and accommodating. On one of my trips, I even caught Chris mopping the storage areas while Monica was wiping down the storage unit doors -- who does that?! An outstanding, top-notch, awesome staff at the best CubeSmart location in Carrollton, TX is who does that! Check them out and I assure you, you will not be disappointed. I was looking for a storage facility nearby as the one I normally use was closed on Sundays and I was not aware. My movers were scheduled for same day (Sunday) and I was able to reserve my unit online without any hassles at all. Once I arrived to make payment , I was greeted by Monica who was the sweetest lady. She explained everything to me thoroughly and made sure I received the best deal with a low cost ! I also met Chris who is the onsite manager. He was super cool and laid back , both very professional. The place is extremely secured and well lit as I did not feel uncomfortable going back in the dark alone. Security cameras are everywhere and the manager is onsite . I would recommend the facility to anyone! Super professional and clean and I was left a sweet note at move in. It was fairly easy to reserve a unit. Monica called after I placed the reservation to confirm and was very professional and courteous. She answered questions for me and showed me to unit when I came in to sign the paperwork. On move in day, she checked up on us and offered us bottles of water. She even brought me a chair from the office when she saw me sitting on a lawn chair that we had brought along for storage. The chair was much more comfortable. What she didn't know was that I was having a foot issue that day. The chair was very appreciated. She also gave me some much needed advice as this was my first storage unit ever. Thanks for making the process easy!

New cubesmart management is awesome, kind and accommodating. Many options for unit sizes and location. Street entrance is generally busy, so pay attention to the traffic!

As evidenced by what the other reviews say, Rina is really what makes this place different from other self storage locations. She is incredibly helpful and is always around when you need her. The only downside I would say is that this location closes its gates at 9pm year round, which is quite early. They do offer 24hr service though for a small fee.

If you need a place to store your stuff, look no further! Assured Self Storage is very well managed and Rina is awesome. We have used this facility on and off for a couple years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else even though it may not be as convenient as other options. Pricing is very reasonable and the security is great. This place can't be beat!

I haven't needed a storage in 15 years so I was looking for the cheapest storage possible. I walked into Assured Self Storage and meet Rina just to learn that storage prices are on the rise. Even though I was looking for cheap, I decided to go with Assured Self Storage because of the personality of Rina and it being so close to work. Rina provided excellent customer service; I absolutely love her energy. I also received on special for a full month free, got to move in with the truck for $15 and never had issues getting in and out of storage. #1282

Rhina is the most kinda hearted sweet and helpful person. My experience with assured has been what customer service should be like I the any business. They go above and behond to help find a solution to your storage. I have my trailer there for 6 months and no issues. Thanks for all the help.

Rina was a beautiful soul and so sunny and she is the sweetest person a that I have ever met and her customers service experience was GREAT!!!!!! I enjoyed the storage was very clean and I recommend everyone!!!!!!!!
