5 star experience is exactly what you get. Ian has been extra helpful and friendly since I walked in. I was booked by another location and as soon as I came to get set up I was ready and explained what I needed to know. He also made the move experience comfortable and easy. This is a new clean and nice location. I had just checked out another storage place and it looked horrible so this was a relief to know my items will be secure .

No on-site manager and kiosk service is ridiculous. Terrible service all around. Disorganized processes. Zero interest in customer retention. We’ve been customers 5+ years in large unit. We’ve been trying for two months to downsize. We arrive with a truck full of stuff, after making online reservations and are told the manager doesn’t have units ready, a month later we were then transferred to a unit, paid transfer fee, get to the unit and it was locked, then told only thing they can do is transfer to another unit, we have to pay another fee and wait for a manager to come in a few days and vacate the unit then they will refund us. We’ve spoke to at least 10 people trying to get help and no one wants to or can help. It just feels like they don’t want to lose the larger unit income so they keep sending us away hoping we keep it another month. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had! Do not use this place! Would give zero stars if possible. Would give zero stars if possible!

I rented/stored with US storage center in. Carrollton for a year with a climate controlled unit. The facility was always clean and well kept (and conveniently located for me.) I’ve had no issues of any kind whether that be: the condition of the unit itself; accessibility to the facility and unit; assurance of a secure area (they have access-code controlled gate entry) - all of that was self-evident. Additionally, there are some carts around the facility to help with loading and moving. The service that Ian, the manager, displayed was professional but also relational - he is quick to offer his help but also open to having a chat. 10/10 recommend.

My car broke down when I was on my way home. We had to exit the highway, so my husband had to push the car to the nearest palace. That was U.S Storage right off the service road. They were so kind to let us wait inside until a toll truck could come to pickup the car. The place is clean and quiet. The Manager’s were kind and friendly to everyone that came in. They even tried their best to work deals with people.

This place is amazing, we received a great deal on the unit size we needed and Ian provided awesome customer service. I am very glad we went with US Storage Centers!!! I feel confident about our stuff being there.

I was with this storage facility for several years. Everything was fine until I recently had a horrible experience with one of the female managers. I wanted to contact the corporate office etc. but I ended up calling the facility the next day and had the pleasure of speaking with Ian who not only solved my issues but made sure everything in my storage unit was safe and secure. He was very patient and went above and beyond to ensure I was a happy customer. I cannot say enough about how awesome it was to be able to work with Ian after such a horrible experience. Ian is the kind of manager that is not just there for the money or name. He genuinely cares about the customers. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Be sure to ask for Ian.

I was trying to handle a default notice on my account after US Storage became the new property owners, because I was never notified of this change and apparently they do not accept ACH as a form of automatic payment, so after 5 years of making on time auto drafts from my checking I received a letter stating that my unit now had a lien on it and my property was set to be auctioned off. I didn't even know the storage property was under new management because my mail was returned as undeliverable even though I've lived at the same apartment for 6 years. My biggest complaint is that when I tried to call in to speak with the manager and figure out what was going on and to make payment on the two months that were not drafted to bring my account current, the associates that answered were extremely unhelpful and rude saying there was nothing they could do and all the additional lien and auction fees would not be removed, and that if I refused to pay my items would be sold. I kept asking to speak to the manager and they said she was unavailable and would "probably" get back to me the next day. Luckily, I live right near the storage property in Carrollton and made it there right before closing. The manager, Tiffany, was in fact there and was able to waive the additional fees and let me make my two late payments with no issues!! TIFFANY ALMEIDA was extremely nice, helpful, and informative, and made it easy to resolve a stressful situation. I would give TIFFANY 5 Stars, but unfortunately the experience I had with the other associates prior to Tiffany was awful, unprofessional, and that is why I am only giving a two star review.

We are moving from our house to an apartment temporarily until our new house is built and needed a place to store a lot of our current furniture. The online deals were the best compared to all of the other storage rooms in the area. It is really nice that the price is locked in for a year even though we could cancel at anytime. We have had storage rooms in the past where the price continued to increase every month. We were able to make an appointment to see the rooms with Aileen and were able to get a couple of climate controlled units beside each other that will hold our things. The rooms are very clean and right by the door for easy pull up and unload. They do have dollies and carts to also help with the move. Aileen was so nice to us and we had some fun conversations with each other while the paper work was being sent for online signing. It’s nice to know that our furniture will be safe and not baking in a unit this summer. Give them a try if you’re needing to store anything!

I was a newbie in getting a storage unit several months ago. I researched multiple places and even talked to other people. It was super easy for me to decide that Assured Self Storage was for me. I initially went to another location and the manager shared that there was a closer location, after the size I needed wasn't available. I really appreciated his honesty and even showed me the facilities. I was impressed! A few days later, I went to "my location" and met Aileen. She was friendly, extremely thorough, even patient after asking multiple questions! I know that's her job but you could tell she really enjoyed her job. Since then, I've also dealt with M.J., and she's awesome too! This company is extremely fortunate to have employees like them.

Moving can be so time consuming and very energy draining. Having a clean, secure storage gives a person one less thing to worry about. Assured storage at this location [4321 Creek Valley Blvd] also has wonderful, helpful personnel. They are like the cherry on top of the perfect hot fudge sundae. A company's production and final product are judge in part by their personnel's performance and attitude. Assured Self-Storage has an A+ rating in my opinion.

Very helpful and patient office staff. Aileen was kind to my children and gave them paper, pens, crayons, and a coloring book to keep them busy. She also showed us the climate-controlled space to make sure the space would fit our storage needs before beginning any agreements or contracts.

Can not say enough great things about Keith and his staff at Assured Self Storage. One key word I will use is EXCELLENT. He made my daughter and my experience storing her things as easy and as simple as possible. He helped us get the best rates for multiple units - that were clean and convenient to access. Over the week time period that we were storing items Keith would check in to see how things were going and to see if we needed any help. Keith treated us like family - by the way he has some great art hanging in his office. To be honest - I wish more businesses would operate like and treat customers like Keith.

I am moving from a different city with a lot of furniture. This storage facility has a great location and the indoor (climate controlled) storage is amazing. I feel safe leaving my stuff here and their customer service is great. Keith and his co- worker were very welcoming and informative. They walked me through everything and answered all of my questions. They reply emails fast and always answer the phone. I would recommend this place to anyone. Keep up the good work!

New property, very clean. Easy access, convenient location, right on 121 service road off of Hebron. Keith and Natasha were so helpful and friendly. They answered all of my questions and helped me chose the right size for all my things. They even have a box sale right now, so I was able to get everything I needed in one stop.
