The prices are budget friendly, the facility is clean and feels very safe and the staff is amazingly friendly and efficient. The only thing I would change is the gate for the second side across from the office. They could have an exit only gate with a key pad at the end of row R. It would help greatly with for of traffic and if you have a trailer.

The staff was nice! I rented at another cube smart and this one was not as good. The storage unit was not sealed so dirt, dust and spiders were on almost everything. I had large zippered bags that smelled like dirt/fertilizer when opened. They held clothes so everything had to be washed one or more times. Very disappointing!

They advertise having the best service in the industry and from my experience, that is certainly true. We booked a different storage company and it was a disaster, so we called around to find a back up plan and we luckily found CubeSmart and they helped us out tremendously. My unit, along with several other units were broken into. I had over $4,000 worth of stuff stolen. CubeSmart has no cameras at this facility. The insurance company that I was forced to buy a policy from said most of the items stolen were not covered and discounted the value on the rest. They have offered to pay me $462.They also said they were paying me $100 dollars less then they would have otherwise since I used a padlock. What other kind of lock are you supposed to use? Using this facility was a horrible mistake. I would have been better off throwing my stuff away than paying to have it stolen.

This place seems rather disheveled, and obviously in a sad state of repair. Apparently the only way you can get a good deal regarding storage is for the place to be in such a poor state of repair / neglect. No one obviously cares or gives a flying * insert colorful word of your choice here*. Many of the doors seem to have a coating of rust at their bases, and the one door that I used required a little bit of finagling to use. I can only hope the price for renting here reflects the condition of these units.

I called up here a few weeks ago for pricing and to shop around for a unit. After speaking with Sandy G on the phone I knew right away that this is where I was going to rent my unit from! Whether their pricing is competitive with other storage places in the area or not I don't honestly know because after speaking with Sandy and getting the level of customer service I did I never even called anywhere else. I went in the next day and had the same experience that I did over the phone! I 100% recommend!

Cubesmart is just plain to expensive. The security had not increased anymore than it was before the storage station was taken over by cubesmart. A new paint job and a VERY inconvenient coded gate entrance/exit doesn't warrant a rate increase. It isn't my job to pay for upgrades to the property that should have been in place to begin with.

We’ve been there for many years. Granted it was barely managed at all prior to Cubesmart, but we’ve run into poor customer service from the staff several times since. The staff we have dealt with have consistently been the same older two middle aged women. In a passive aggressive way, they can be rude. One time we were locked out of our units due to “lack of payment” and that was totally untrue. It was a glitch in their system, yet the same staff seemed very unconcerned with helping us. Yes, we were fully paid and were locked out of our units. We had to go over their heads to get a resolution. We’ve ran into these problems a few times and been overly nice, but recently have had enough. Honestly, customer service and our poor treatment by the staff are our chief complaints. We are considering moving our stuff, simply because of this. We never had any problems for almost a decade prior to Cube-smart. There are better places to go. We’ve been loyal for many years, but I just can’t tolerate rudeness. If you can avoid it, I’d go elsewhere.

Do. Not use this storage !!!!! My son had a couch in a controlled unit and their ac unit and furnace leaked all into our unit that was right next door. Damaged and cause mold. Had to throw out couch and get a new one. Called and they did not care nor wanted to help. Said they would do nothing !!!! Calling a lawyer. Don’t lease here !!!! Tell everyone !!
