Easy in and out to my storage building I only needed it for less than a month until I got my apartment so the discount was awesome. Friendly staff and helpful. I will say I didn't know the lock was mine so take it with you when you leave. Also the small storage I got was big enough for my stuff but I only had a two room worth of boxes.

This place is great! The facility is clean, and while the front parking lot is a bit of a squeeze, your unit is easy to get into. Veronica is very friendly and extremely prompt (always fast to respond to email or phone call). I visited Cube Smart in College Station this past Saturday. Veronica was very helpful and nice. She took the time to answer all my questions and was very professional. The only thing I think people need to know is that if you reserve a unit online, be prepared for a phone call directly after hitting submit. This is in no way a bad thing. I'm glad they called to confirm my reservation. Just be ready for the call. Other than that, the location was nicely kept and I'm glad we found this storage facility. I hope they continue their great customer service even after I signed on the dotted line.

Is month to month, no limit of time. I needed to store since my daughter move dorms and was 1month with the use of the special of $1 move in +administration fee. Manager was very helpful, and even when I told her, that I need it for 1 month, she restated the special. Will be my choice if I need to store again!

Still owe me $360 from Dec 2017. CubeSmart hides behind the management company FMW Group to cut me a check, and then FMW Group uses CubeSmart to hold up paying me. Dishonorable and lacking any accountability or integrity -- 419 days waiting on $360, call after call after call, many many emails sent, and they just don't answer the phone & ignore the emails -- both of them are hiding behind some 'technicalities' between each other, in order to not pay what is owed me. This review will stay here until CubeSmart gets right with FMW Group, and FMW Group gets right with me... only then will I will delete it. Insult to injury: I think they blocked my 2 phone numbers to avoid accountability because I decided to try from a friend's phone this morning, and magically someone answered after 11 months since I last got someone on the phone. And guess what? Greg was nice to me but I still got the run around as to who is to blame, and then asked me to take an old cold tator and wait until Monday and then for 'me' to call 'them' back - so much for taking responsibility and showing accountability; it's on me to give them a minute to regroup and then on me again to follow up. Wow. Can't make this stuff up. Nope... I won't accept that... review after review after review will be coming -- I will strive to become an annoyance that hurts their income -- until someone decides do be mature and handle business on their end. After 419 days, it isn't on me to be kind or gracious anymore.

With three children attending TAMU over the years, I have had to use storage units from time to time in the BCS area. The experience that I have had so far with CubeSmart has been the best. I made my reservation too early for the online system to hold it for that length of time. I called the office and spoke with Trudy. She said that she would take care of it for me. With the level of customer service on the decline in the US, I was less than comfortable. But to my delight, Trudy called and kept me uptodate on my reservation. Whem I arrived, it was smooth and quick. I even had an encounter with a wasp and they were on the spot with spray. I highly recommend this location!

The GM, Jennifer Thomas, was very helpful. I lost my key the very first day and she came out to the unit after hours to help me get the lock off of my storage unit so that I could use it. Security measures are great and I was confident that my personal belongings would be safe overnight even with no lock on my unit. Great Self-Storage place. Would recommend to anyone!

They don't allow to use the dumpster in their facility. I don't live in College Station and I had to go all the way to landfill in Anderson TX to dispose of some old stuff from my storage. The manager is very rude and unprofessional.

Rip off artists. The website advertises a "special rate" (below most places in town) and when you reserve a spot online to get the special rate it sends you an email telling you that you will need the "advertised amount" due at rental. Then you get a call from the facility manager and she mentions your rate, but then also mentions an "administrative fee, lock fee, and required insurance." Without giving you the cost. After inquiring about the cost and doing the math, the month rate is nearly TWICE the advertised rate on the website and what is emailed to you as confirmation. No previous mention or itemizing of other "required" fees - only if you ask about them - in a phone call - AFTER YOU RESERVE! They REQUIRE insurance. Most places do not (because some homeowner's policies cover it). HIGHLY DECEPTIVE. BUYER BEWARE. There are many other options in town and most will quote you a flat rate with no "extras" hidden until they get you hooked. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE or be ripped off - your choice.
