These people locked my storage for late payment, after paying in full they charged me for the lock as well mailed the key to an old address and now they cutting the lock they charged me for. Updated: I did eventually measure temp and humidity at the unit. Temp was 83 degrees (3 degrees higher than their goal) but surprisingly, the humidity level was below 50 (high 40s). I also discovered during all of this that the mandatory lock that they require you to purchase (currently $18) came with only one key. Should have been two. They made that right and exchanged the lock for a new one. Customer service ongoing was adequate and unit access was easy. My other location fixed their elevator problem so we’re done with this unit for now. Re-evaluating at 3 stars. Original: I was familiar with this location before CubeSmart took it over. I passed on it 3 years ago due to the age of the facility. I was unaware that it was this facility when making a reservation on the phone with the CubeSmart national office. When I arrived, I asked if the infrastructure was sound, specifically concerning the climate control. They assured me that it was. After moving in our items, I noticed that it felt quite warm and humid so I stopped back at the office to address it and they proceeded to tell me that an A/C unit was currently out. So, essentially, I feel that I was lied to and mislead until AFTER signing the non-refundable agreement and subsequently moving in our stuff. So, now I am stuck and wishing I went elsewhere but I no longer have the time or assistance to relocate the items at this time.

They are refusing to open the gates for the small businesses storing at their facility because they don’t have power. I am at a loss. I have been out of business a week now and can’t feed my family or pay my rent now thanks to this facility. Do not store here if you need access to your things, they are a big company and they don’t care about you or yours. I will never store here again

0/10 Don't recommend! We have our RV stored at this location. We went to check on it Monday afternoon once the hurricane passed, no power so we couldn't get in. I returned on Tuesday during office hours to see if I could speak to someone about when we might be able to get in and check. No one was there no signs no communication. So I called customer service where they told me this location was affected by the hurricane but we don't know when it will be open again. After many attempts I still haven't spoken to anyone about when we can get in, even after asking for someone in management to call. I was even given the district managers number she also still has not returned my call. All I get is customer service saying it's closed, and they don't have any more information. It's now Friday and entergy says they have power, the business next door has power, but cube smart has no information. Magically since yesterday afternoon signs have showed up saying we could retrieve items Saturday before the hurricane and cube smart will be closed until they know it's safe. Well unless you were planning on going by Saturday you would not have know that, an email should have been sent out. However what good does it do to put out a sign Thursday night/ Friday morning that say we need to get our stuff out the previous Saturday ??.There's also nothing in the lease agreement that states if there's no power you won't have access to the property. I'm so disappointed hurricanes are hard enough! While other businesses manage to help their customers during a hurricane or at minimum communicate with customers. Mean while a huge corporation like cubesmart can't. So I don't know if my property is okay and I can't get to my RV that's equipped with a generator after a storm leaving many without power..... eventually once we can actually get back onto the property we certainly won't be a returning customer.

I called after the hurricane settled down to check upon my unit, and Miss Karen took absolute care of me. Told me that she's doing property walks to check for exterior damages or flooding or whatnot and gave me instructions on how to check on my unit as soon as possible and even reminded me about my insurance policy to keep me in peace of mind. She is so wonderful and I just wanted to show appreciation.

Easy online reservations, friendly professional customer service. Secure storage area. Easy access from the I-45 feeder. Clean, climate controlled. Update: CubeSmart called us on 8/5/24 to ask us to come into the facility. The inside storage units had been damaged due to a burglary the night before. We came down from Colorado to remove all our belongings after 45 units had been hit. We lost several of our possessions. Their insurance company requires photos and original receipts of the items taken. Some items taken were too old to have an original receipt. So no coverage. We haven’t heard anything from the sheriff’s department to date. 10/1/24. “Secure storage” is a relative term.

Convenient location and friendly staff but the continuous rate increases are price gouging in my opinion. I have rented there multiple times and 1-2 months after move-in you can be guaranteed a 20-30% rental increase and repeated increases afterward. Don’t California my Texas. I am outta there!

The facility is nice and clean... For me it was convenient... However, after being in the facility for five months, there was a 27% increase... I tried to negotiate a lessor increase; but they would not budge at all... I thin in another 5 months or so, they would have moved even closer to their advertised 'regular' or street price of $200 per month, which would have been about an 80% increase... A similar facility was only 8% more and had really good specials on top of the lower rate; so I moved... It was a bit of bait and switch in my opinion...

I rented a storage unit there for the second time because last time I was helped by Raven whom was great so now that I need it again I decided to go back. But this time I came across a guy who was extremely rude and did not want to answer any questions. Since I had the lock from the last time I rented the unit he grabbed the welcome bag and took the one that was there and I asked him to please give it back. He refused and I told him he either gave me my complete welcome bag or take it all. He should not be manager as he said he was he has the worst attitude and very poor customer service.

Scammers. I needed a place to store some boxes for a couple months and they advertised $45/month. THEN they charged $120 to move in plus insurance they said would be refunded when i proved i had homeowner's insurance. It was not. I was billed $97 the second month and they we rude when i pointed out the mistake and said read the contract. I was charged $97 the third month and moved out the next day. Don't get scammed....go elsewhere.

WARNING - Fraudulent Activity Lauren, the GM and Chelsea (helper) are extremely dishonest and very poor communicators. My husband called over a week before necessary to discuss move out with them and they refused to return our phone call and then they fraudulently charged our debit card for the units and again, refused to call us back. Never once did we sign an auto draft agreement so be warned that they keep your information and use it without permission. Go anywhere else! They are unwilling to work with customers, they are dishonest and unprofessional and do very shady transactions. Stay away!

The worst place to rent. Or even to buy auction storage units, the manager has anger issues, she was all up in customers faces because she didn't like how they went to rent another unit after they sold all the items to a family member, from an auction unit. stating they stole from her because they didn't pay the full 255 dollars per the first month rent , instead their niece rent it another unit online at discout price to moved the items, the manager obviously has anger problems.don't make this manager mad she came all up in our faces threatening us while she was swinging something in her hands while standing infront of us, I really though she was going to hurt us bad and we were going to dissappear and be found in a ditch some where, she came to us so full of rage asking us to leave, and when we tried to leave made her husband put the truck infront of the gate to block the exit and hold us inside of the facility against our will, when she was asked why was she doing that she stated she called the police on us , so we waited on the police and the exact same words from the police was this lady has issues, stay away from her and do not go close to her. How can the owner of this place hire someone like her to work in Customer service??? Or be a live on site manager ???

You will need an approved combination lock, $16 if you buy from them. I show up around 10-11am. I can never seem to find anyone at the office. They just randomly appeared unexpectedly in their car. Even after I moved out they did the same scenario. Is like they’re not even there unless someone is knocking on their door. Good luck trying to reach them by phone.

Although I’m a contractor, and I was here working on getting their systems working properly, the service was great and the ladies are very polite and helpful. ESPECIALLY Miss Lauren! She’s super nice and bubbly! She makes the experience all the more better!

Drives need to be repaired. Quite a few potholes. Person was spray painting box truck near parked vehicles and there was quite a bit of wind blowing overspray around.

They changed management bought by cube. Since then I have had my truck vandalized, which never happened before. Cost me $2000 to repair, catalytic converter stolen. Manager is trying to help but I think they don't really care. She was supposed to review cameras footage and get back to me but it's been a month and nothing. Dangerous place to have anything stored there. Don't recommend. I would give zero stars if I could.

I rented from this place previously and it was horrible. Was contacted by the new managers about 2 years ago. They told me it was under new management and asked if I was interested in coming back. Jason and Yurani talked me into giving it another try and I am very happy and will stay as long as they are there.

Conveniently located storage facility with gated entry and plenty of cameras, all at a reasonable price. Management goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs.

Place is lower priced than most places I looked at. Managers are accommodating and helpful. There are some items like lighting that needs work but all I did was tell owner and he quickly fixed it.

This place is run down and higher priced then every where else in the area. The management has changed at least 3 times in the past couple of years (2016). You are better off to look elsewhere.

The lady at the front is very nice, place is locked up and secured. I trust leave my RV on tissue site. If you need to get in early or late,she is very accommodating!

Absolutely terrible. Not only are the facilities sub-standard, but the manager on location, Lori, is incredibly rude and unprofessional, as well as dishonest. Save yourself a headache and spend your money elsewhere.
